Totally an amazing place to stay. The staff at the front desk were helpful, and amazing. Loved the bar and food served at the restaurant. The breakfast choice was really appreciated. Ao clean everywhere. Loved the pool too. Recommended to anyone going for a pleasant stay.

Very convenient for my trip to Oakville. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym was uncrowded and well equipped. Great place for a business traveller.

This was a really excellent stay. Large clean room with full amenities incuding full fridge and stove. Great hotel with bar and food service and a great breakest buffet included. Friendly staff, we had a small issue with room heat and they came right away to sort it out.

I’ve stayed here before a few times and I loved it. I initially booked one day, and decided to book an additional upon arrival to the hotel. It wasn’t until AFTER my payment was processed for the additional day, and I was settled in my room, did the front desk call me to tell me there would be a mandatory fire alarm testing. I understand that alarm testing must be done however the length of time and the amount of times the alarm was tested was unacceptable. I would have appreciated being informed PRIOR to my booking that it would be tested. I left the hotel tired and un rejuvenated. The fire alarm went off for two mornings and was EXTREMELY loud. The pool area did not have towels until I had to inform front desk who then only replenished the hamper with a few. Also it would be great if the breakfast buffet was extended to at least 10am/10:30am. Often the point of booking a hotel is to be able to sleep in longer than your usual wake up time. With breakfast ending at 9:30am, you are forced to either wake early or miss it entirely. On a lighter note, I love that parking is complementary, the rooms are spacious and quite clean (despite the fact that I had to to switch rooms due to a leaking toilet) and the kitchenette is perfect. It’s equipped with every thing you need.

The food options for the breakfast were as expected but seems monotonous sometimes. Bed was very comfortable Internet was okay Access to the hotel was easy with very large parking lot

We arrived around 11 pm. Then as we enter our room were very disappointed. So dusty even the telephone is dusty, the fridge they didn't clean it properly and the toilet shower walls is sticky .. over all cleanliness is poor. The staff even told us they will clean it the bext day. That makes me upset more then i told them were so tured and we will sleep in a dirtt room? Put yourself in my shoes would you be happy.? I want you to transfer us now.. Then someone came out and said yes will do now..Hotel should always make sure that there room is clean someone should inspect the room everytime the cleaning is done to make sure that once the guest came in its clean.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und schön. Wir hatten eine komplett ausgestatte Küche im Zimmer. Die Lüftung war leider sehr laut (schlafen war nicht möglich), sodass wir nach einer Reparatur fragten - Antwort des Hotels: es wäre wohl normal und in jedem Zimmer so. Daher haben sie uns auch keine andere Möglichkeit angeboten, hinsichtlich Zimmerwechsel etc. Im Endeffekt haben wir jeden Abend den Strom abschalten müssen, dementsprechend ging auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Reinigung findet aller 2 Tage statt. Die erste Reinigung war in Ordnung. Der Spüler wurde wegen einem Glas angeschalten, das hätte nicht sein müssen. Bei der 2. Reinigung wurde in der Küche leider der Biomüll/ Müll nicht entfernt und auch die Waschlappen und die kleinen Handtücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt, sodass wir Duschhandtücher nutzen mussten. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber und gemütlich.

The hotel is quite clean and the staff is nice.

Upon entry of the room it was apparent that the room was not effectively cleaned. The shower had dirt on the end of it and the kitchen gad dirty cupboards one of which had onion skins all over along with on the floor around it. We were told that cleaning of the unit is every other day. The cleaner tried to enter early but I informed her that my little one was still asleep. She said she would return but she never did. Both incidents gave the impression that cleaning is done at the bare minimum if anything.

Room size was good. Kitchen was a nice have for a longer stay. The pull out sofa was poor. The sheets were dirty and garbage was found under the couch. It was still there after it was reported. Will try a different place should I return to the area.

Cleanliness and friendly staff.

One thing I noticed was that the heating was auto set to a certain temperature (21.5'C). I increased it to 24 overnight but it didn't change and remained 21.5. Seems like it's not controllable from the room. Other than that everything was great and breakfast was really good as well!

Clean, well maintained, good amenities, easy parking, OK breakfast. Only downside is sofa bed: not comfortable at all even for 1 person.

Nice beds very comfortable

It was bright, clean with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The HVAC system was excessively loud and light sleepers will have a problem.

Staff at the front desk were not as friendly as in past years. Everyone in our group complained of the type of heating and cooling they have as the fan turns on and off a lot throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff extremely friendly and always treated us with a smile and a hello. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly

This hotel was fantastic, affordable, and a quick $8 Uber to Clarkson go station. We stayed here and went to Budweiser stage for a concert and now we’ll never get another overpriced downtown Toronto hotel again! The hotel is modern, spacious and has all the amenities! I especially loved the kitchen which would be very convenient on a multi-night stay! I’m so glad we found this hotel!

The rooms are large well laid out with a great kitchen bathroom and very comfortable beds. All the staff are attentive and responsive in every situation.

We arrived at 4pm to check in and our room wasn’t ready.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent 2-night stay at your hotel. While we had looked forward to a comfortable and enjoyable experience, several issues during check-in and in our assigned room have left us dissatisfied. We had specifically requested a high-floor room; however, when we arrived at approximately 8:00 PM, the front desk assigned us a room on the first floor. This was especially concerning as we witnessed the guest who checked in immediately before us being provided a room on a higher floor, which suggests that our request was either overlooked or disregarded. Furthermore, at the check-in desk, I noticed a printed list of available rooms. The left-hand column appeared to be marked or allocated, while the right-hand side showed no such markings—implying that there were still unassigned rooms available. Despite this observation, we were told that no higher-floor rooms were open. This inconsistency felt misleading. If our request could not be accommodated, a courtesy notification or explanation would have been greatly appreciated. Open communication, even if the request cannot be fulfilled, is always preferable to having it ignored or dismissed. Additionally, the level of service provided felt inconsistent. The guest before us received a full orientation regarding breakfast, Wi-Fi, gym, and swimming pool access. In contrast, none of this information was offered to us until we specifically asked.

First time ever in a hotel where front desk staff hangs out in the office and not at the front. So you have to sit there and wait for them to finally realise there is a guest waiting to be admitted. Dont bother calling the front desk because they wont answer either. You have to go down on your pjs to make any sort of request.

Horrible! I complained 2 times because my room didn’t have hot water and they did nothing!!very poor management

Staff in the reception area are very friendly and helpful. They’re more than willing to answer our inquiries about the surroundings as a 1st time visitor of the place.

Staff seemed to initially help us by offering and providing a complimentary late checkout until 4pm. Then later lied and said it was never approved, even though they had provided us with key cards which work until 4pm at the day of checkout. This was later dealt with accordingly and a formal apology was issued to us by upper management. The staff continued to be rude about the situation and refused to apologize. The driving conditions were terrible. Many guests complained about the poor removal of snow from the entrance driveway and parking spots including accessible parking. Staff just argued with guests rather than taking the necessary steps to provide a safe environment. Our vehicle got stuck numerous times trying to leave and enter the driveway. No help was offered by staff. Wifi and room entertainment was spotty and not working for the most part. The TV greeting was for another guest in another room and the TV remote did not work. A maintenance worker was sent to our room to correct the issue, and rather than providing us with a working remote for the entire system, they provided the original TV remote used only to turn the TV on and off, and left the system remote with dead batteries, which could only be used in close range. We are regular guests at this hotel and can guarantee we will never be returning due to poor management and customer service. They even threatened to call the police and have us forcibly removed from the property when we mentioned our late checkout.

Very nice hotel, the staff at the reception desk were very helpful any issues were resolved immediately. It’s a beautiful hotel the rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were good. The only problem the windows can’t open. Walkability is a problem if you don’t drive. Otherwise there are shops and restaurants about 3-5 minutes drive. I would recommend staying there and I am looking forward to staying there again.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. New property, very comfortable, staff was great. Breakfast included was basic but good to have. You do get tired of the menu after a week though! Good location and my kiddo enjoyed the pool. Would book again!

Common areas of the hotel were too hot. Especially the breakfast room. Asked staff to turn the air conditioning temperature down but got no results.
