I would definitely stay here again! Friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, close to YEG, Costco and the gorgeous outlet mall. We got a great rate. Rooms were spacious and nice. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had good variety and was a nice added bonus. We went for dinner at the Sawmill and it was delicious and close by. The only thing is that it’s not that walkable around there so we Ubered and caught the complimentary shuttle to YEG which was great! Thanks for a lovely stay! ✨

Very nice property, room, pool/spa area and fitness centre. Walking distance to Costco and a shuttle to the airport. Delicious breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage, waffle maker, cereals, bagels, muffins, fruit and a selection of coffee/tea. Would stay here again!

Nice clean modern hotel, fast friendly check in after a long flight. Accommodating to late check out and fast efficient free shuttle service to and from airport. Nice fitness room and excellent continental breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful and spotless, as was the room. This was one of the few hotel chains throughout our 12-day trip across western Canada that offered 2 queen beds in addition to a pull-out couch. This was important for us, as we were one couple and two singles who didn't want to share a bed. The staff were incredible. The pool was a cool 85 degrees. They offered a free shuttle to and from the airport, which saved me an extra day of car rental fees. Lots of free parking. Breakfast was included, and they put on a great spread, with lots and lots of choices, and we didn't have to wait around for refills like at so many other places I've stayed. There was a mall with a large grocery store and restaurant options just over the hill (across the highway) about a 2 minute drive away. To sum up: STAY HERE.

it's a very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel by the airport. The parking is complimentary for the night/nights you are staying but they are charging for extended stays, $12.00 per night.

Rooms are nice and comfortable but the bathroom smelled very badly of smoke even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Front desk staff were very accommodating with that though.

Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed and pillows

Everything was good except the tub had hair in it so unsure if it was clean and the pool floor was disgusting.

Housekeeping refused to refresh our room upon request, explaining that they only clean every other day. I asked the front desk three separate times (after breakfast, around 1 p.m., and again at 3 p.m.) to at least have our garbage taken out, towels replaced, and the bed made. Each time, I was told “no problem” and that housekeeping would be notified — but nothing was ever done. When I tried speaking directly with the blonde housekeeper, she claimed she didn’t speak English — yet later responded to other comments perfectly fine when it wasn’t a request. We returned to the room at 8 p.m. to find nothing done at all. Despite repeated follow-ups both in person and over the phone, the promises were empty. Traveling with a child, it was extremely frustrating to have to tidy up ourselves after a long day. Very disappointing experience — will not stay here again.

Room was very clean

Our room had not been cleaned. We got new bedding changed it ourselves. Then later went to put our drinks in the fridge. It was full of someone else’s food.

Room was clean and front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We found dry human blood on both of our bedsheets and on the wall and in the bed covers By the phone and by the small little desk Phone medicine on the floor The pillows were used!! So in this case our room wasn’t clean at all for us And the worse my 19 years old was tired from our long drive to get to hotel and went to lay down So she was laying in a bed for over 2 hours on someone else human blood Gross unacceptable especially in a quality establishment like them

There was no soap in the bathroom. We were here for a quick 5 hour rest before our flight.

Property states 'free highspeed internet' , actually low speed , with the option to pay $5 a day for high speed . Internet connection times out every 24 hours . Mini fridge has a 2 hour timer on it , so if you want things to stay cold you need to keep turning it back on . Excellent staff , wouldnt recommend the restaurant .

The furnace was ridiculously loud. Otherwise it was amazing

The fridges in rooms have a two hour timers in it so you have to keep turning them on every two hours or they don't stay cold. Super inconvenient if you travel with foods that need to be refrigerated as I do. I REALLY didn't enjoy this.

Beautiful but room doors slam when you let them close automatically. Adjustments to slow the pace that room doors shut would be a nice tweak. Ours slammed shut and startled us and as others came and went from their rooms, their doors slammed too and late at night it sounds like folks are intentionally slamming doors.

The ac units are so loud when innuse and makes it so hard ro sleep.

Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in a king suite. Bed was comfortable and so was the pull-out sofa bed

The room was lovely & the beds were comfortable but unfortunately the bedside lamp did not work which was frustrating.

Very nice hotel, only complaint, their fitted sheets do not fit their king size beds. Had ours changed do to coming off while sleeping. Change didn’t fix issue…

Do NOT stay at this hotel — I had to escape before even checking in. Terrifying experience. The Fairfield by Marriott Edmonton International Airport was the most unsafe and traumatizing experience I’ve ever had — and I never even made it inside the hotel. I called the shuttle three times to pick me up — the hotel is only four minutes from the airport — and still ended up stranded outside in the freezing cold for over 30 minutes. Each time I called, they gave me a different excuse: first “the driver just picked someone up,” then “he’s on the way,” then “he’s putting gas.” When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver immediately started yelling at me, accusing me of not being there. I stayed quiet because he was shouting so aggressively it felt unsafe. While I was still putting my luggage on the rack, he suddenly slammed the brakes — I fell forward, hit my mouth, and started bleeding. Then, unbelievably, he started kicking me out of the van — and at the same time, locked the doors so I couldn’t get out. I was trapped inside, hurt and terrified, until I screamed for help. Only then did he finally unlock the doors and let me out. When I called the hotel to report what happened, the front desk clerk was cold, rude, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering help, they told me to “call Expedia for a refund.” This was not just bad service — it was dangerous. The staff were aggressive, unprofessional, and showed zero concern for my safety.

Asked for a wake up call two visits in a row and it didn't happen. When I came to the front desk at 4:00 to complain that this had cost me my flight no one was there. At 4:35 a guy came out of the back room looking like he just woke up,

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Marriott Edmonton Airport. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were lovely with a really great, thoughtful layout that made the space feel both functional and relaxing. ​Every aspect of the stay was top-notch: the food was wonderful, the pool area was great, and the location and parking were incredibly convenient. What really stood out, however, was the staff. They were very, very accommodating and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. It was such a stark, positive contrast to other experiences I’ve had recently. I really enjoyed this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant stay

I didn’t like that when we called the curtesy shuttle to pick us up, we sat outside for 45 mins when staff told us 10-15 mins. We ended up taking a different bus.

They overbooked so they moved us to Radisson.

The front desk staff is excellent. I asked for a very early check in and they gave me a room right away. Always friendly, polite, and helpful.

The staff were all amazing from check in to checkout and the shuttle. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the shower was hot.

Our stay was as great as it should be. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which was convenient as we didn't drive for this trip. They also offer this courtesy service to the close by Premium Outlet mall. Fairfield Marriott also has free breakfast with your stay so that was a plus. The amenities such as the gym and pool was clean and an added bonus. But most importantly, the service was topnotch. Despite us already checked out, they've made sure to accommodate us with the shuttle or even storing our baggage. They always went above and beyond in helping us - highly recommend.

I was surprised beacause the Breakfast service closed before the normal time. The Shuttle took after half hour to pick me up at the airport.

Excellent option close to YEG for early flight. Onsite restaurant in evening. Good hot breakfast. Close to outlet mall, gas, casino and highway 2. Room and bathroom are large. Bed was a bit too firm. Would definitely stay here again.

One night stay after a return trip from Dubai before returning to Fort McMurray. 1. kept my room even though I was arriving at 2 p.m. 2. Hotel Shuttle was efficient. 3. Room was nice, with 2 big TV's and a very comfortable bed. 4. Only issue is they had a nice breakfast buffet but the Eggs, Bacon and sausage were cold.

Great experience: getting a shuttle to and from the hotel was easy, we were greeted by very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was filling and rooms were spacious and clean.

Hotel was nice and clean...front desk staff nice and efficient Bar staff was terrible...overpriced,beer tap broken,waitress disappeared...and nowhere else to go with no vehicle...never again
