2 great members of staff on reception helped us order food when it was getting late. Paid for a room upgrade as the room we were given had 2 small beds, not 2 doubles as advertised. Rooms are very large, clean and bright. Very nice hotel bar. Would stay again.

When we complained at night that the heater was not functioning properly, staff dealt with it quickly. But the system that the temperature in the room was preset and the guest could not turn it lower or use AC in winter was dumb. It wasted energy and made the room unnecessarily hot at 26C.
