Very good. Service was top class, rooms were new and modern, bed was comfy. Dining options were brilliant. Special shout out to breakfast at Stfumato. Only criticism is loud construction works around the building but there’s hardly anything the hotel can do about that. Will definitely be back.

The property was ok - the design of the hotel is very unique but the service is subpar. In fact in the staff was kind of condescending and rude, when asked if we would receive an upgrade to our room (as a benefit as a Gold member) we were told we could pay for it. The restaurant selection in the hotel was nice to have options when we weren't in the mood to go out. I can see why this hotel would be good for someone traveling for business with all the business amenities but as a tourist the location wasn't as great for sight seeing and walkability especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in town.

Fantastisk hotel og virkelig god service. Hotellet ligger centralt i forhold til Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa og tæt på metro, hvis du vil andre steder hen... Personalet på hotellet er super søde og det er tydeligt, at de gerne vil have gæster tilbage på hotellet, virkelig lækkert. Hotellet har et lækkert fitness og lækker pool område, men hvis jeg skulle nævne en ting, som ikke var det bedste, så var de igang med at lave ny restaurant i forbindelse med poolen, hvilket betød meget larm, men jeg levede med det, for alt andet var perfekt og opvejede larmen. Jeg vil anbefale dette hotel til alle jeg kender 👌😜 virkelig lækkert, og jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage....

An der Unterkunft hat uns das Design sehr angesprochen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig. Im Bad sollte der Duschebreich sauberer sein (Rost/Schimmel im Fugenbereich). Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Personal war über alle Bereiche sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wäre schön wenn auf der Website vermerkt wäre, dass rings um das Hotel stark gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiter der Baustellen ringum haben sich am Anblick der Frauen am Pool erfreut. Das war weniger schön. In Summer ein gelunger Aufenthalt und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Fantastic and one-of-a-kind design by Zaha Hadid. There will never be another hotel like it. The rooms are well appointed and spacious (some more than others - note that rooms on the 2nd floor tend to be larger than those on other floors). Noise may be an issue. When I arrived my room was located directly above a restaurant that played a loud and booming soundtrack until at least 1am. This was not ideal having just come off of a 15-hour flight from the US. Fortuantely the staff were very helpful in identifying an alternate room for me, brining me there to verify that the noise would not likewise be an issue, and facilitating my move to that room. Staff was also very helpful in locating an article of clothing that I unintentionally had left behind when moving rooms, and again once more after I checked out. The breakfast could be improved. It is a buffet and and a la carte menu, but the buffet is not an extensive as other buffets in large Dubai hotels. While the buffet fell slightly beneath the regional standard, the a la carte menu did make up for what it lacked, though. Be forewarned that some of the a la carte menu items come in extremely large portions, which they will size down for you if you are a smaller party or just an individual. I did not have the opportunity to try out the coffee bar in the lobby or the other restaurants but they all looked decently appealing. The pool is a nice respite and I enjoyed the surroundings. Spa is also excellent.

I had an amazing stay. I stayed from February 19th- February 24th. The staff were all pleasant and check in was a breeze. The location of the hotel is also great. I was able to easily catch an Uber to and from any of my locations with ease. There was even 2 nights I walked from the Dubai mall which was about a 25 minute walk. The hotel was clean and I was provided clean towels and chocolate each night. I would stay again.

ME Dubai hotel is a luxury hotel located in downtown Dubai. The decor is beautiful all around -- lobby, restaurants, and rooms. The customer service was excellent -- everyone was very friendly and checked regularly with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. There are several restaurants and a wine bar on site and several restaurants across the street at a neighborhood mall. Not really walkable to other places except for other hotels, residential housing, and office buildings. Very nice and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I visit again.

This property is spectacularly modern, ultra cool and chic. Designed by Zaha Hadid so any fans of hers will love this hotel! Even the standard room is plenty large and the technology is very neat. Our room had a fantastic view of the Burj Kalifa. The service is fantastic with very friendly, helpful and professional staff. A special shout out to their concierge, Timothy, who helped us throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing stay. The only negative was that the bathroom was entirely black which meant it was very hard to see and little to no bench space to store your toiletries. Staff were impeccable especially the concierge Timothy. Will definitely go back again!!!!!

We had an incredible stay at ME Dubai from the minute we walked through the impressive lobby. We were checked in by the GM of the hotel, Elsa, who was so warm and welcoming. She immediately set the tone of the hotel and our Suite was absolutely stunning. Spacious, well appointed and the incredible design elements were just what we were looking for in Dubai. In terms of location, super close proximity to the Dubai Mall and the best restaurants. Thanks to Elsa and the team - we'll be back

The property is a in a great location with friendly staff. However, if it weren’t for the unique architecture I believe this is more of a 4 star experience rather than 5. Overall a good place to stay if you’re visiting Dubai, just don’t expect the luxuries that you would get in other 5 star properties like the Raffles.

Very nice staff, awesome room that I got an upgrade for. Cool modern design. Clean room. Only downside is I would say the hotel was quite noisy throughout the day due to construction and conferences and at night after midnight too (sounded like furniture being moved around and things banging around), so I guess there is a potential wall thinness issue
