Very clean. Old but the owners take good care. Good price. Room small but managed pretty well with big dog. Nice details : flowers baskets, Adirondacks chairs right beside the rooms door, picknic tables, etc. The air conditioning worked well, but draperies right in front and no way to open windows.

We really enjoyed out stay in the motel. We atayed in #20 which was great to be disconnected with our toddler whos been travelling for 5 days. The room was really clean but very hot when we got there. The air conditioning worked well but leave it on at night as it was very warm when we turned it off. The "garden furniture" and playground is a little sketchy. My daughter and son sat on the bench and it collapsed and the trampoline looks like an accident waiting to happen but the playground was lovely to let him play for a few while we unloaded the car. A good sleep and would stay again but do hope they get rid of the safelty hazards out front.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding were very comfortable but the rest of the furniture is rough, shower enclosure sketchy, walls very thin - I listened to a man singing in the shower next door and others gathered on the porch chairs (which is a nice touch) outside my door talking, laughing, smoking (which came in under my door) til quite late at night. A useful rest stop, but not quite worth the price when sleep was hard to get.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice little private cabin, #19, heater was very loud so didnt sleep well, walkway had lots of ice, no turn around in narrow driveway to cabin so had to back out past another car.

The room was disgusting, bathroom was full of mold. Nasty stains on the sheets, mattress was gross. The couch looks like it came out of a dumpster. Absolutely disgusting. Was unable to get a refund from location after I refused to stay. This place is a rip off.

The door locked like it was booted in. Didn’t lock properly. came into my room everyday and ONIY TOUCHED MY USED TOWEL. Never touched my bed etc. never felt so unsafe in a motel room. Place was full of mold was told by locals you can pay cash at the establishment for $60 for four hours to bang prostitutes in. Bed sheets were stained. Watched a drug deal go down infront of my room. As a women that’s traveling independently DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our biggest issue was one of the beds sheets appeared stained, yellow staining, bleach would go a long way. My son had initially picked that bed but once we opened it up refused to sleep in it for good reason. Otherwise the place was clean and good for a quick stay. I didn’t take a pic of the staining on the bed but did of the room. We are stopping in Cornwall again on our return trip but will try a different place this time. No bugs so that was good! Lol Staff/owners were very nice and had we not left so early would have mentioned the sheets.

Just a place to sleep. Nothing fancy, price was right. The curtains covered the AC unit so the room was pretty hot, and you could hear everything going on outside. The room was clean and a really nice size. Bed was comfortable.

Ive stayed twice and both times the room had no hot water. After travelling for 12 hours with kids , id like.to bathe and was not able to duento the water situation. We asked them about it and all they said was " It should be working". Tbis is unacceptable in the hospitality business and needs to be fixed at once.

For budget accommodation it is not too bad. I felt the room was well-kept, clean, and the bedding clean. My only complaint would be that I was lucky to have 2-3 minutes of actual hot water in the bath. I've stayed here before, and noticed this before, and it doesn't matter which room I stay in, it's the same. Overall a good budget accommodation.

I went for one night for a birthday and they charged me 30 dollars for towels that were only used for makeup after explaining that they would in fact come clean they refused to give me the money back. The room was not clean when I arrived and the floors were so dirty they were brown.

They say they are pet friendly. I booked a room, when I got to Nites Inn they said the room charge didn’t include my dog so extra charge plus deposit. Deposit wasn’t refunded so when I inquired they said they had difficulty refunding give them 5 days. Checked my card later they refunded part but not all of the deposit. Reason given when I asked, they found some dog hair. Don’t sound pet friendly to me. Do not recommend

It is a very good price-quality ratio. Still, in our reservation said we were 4 and we only got 1 tiny shampoo, 1 soap and two towels. It would have been nice to have the right amenities. Other than that, the check in and out were quite fast, the staff rather friendly.

The reason for our stay at this location was mainly for the convenience of the location off of the 401 highway. I was a little disappointed in the traffic noise level of the road that it was on as I would have liked something a little more quite. In my opinion there are a few minor adjustments that could be made in the bathroom to make it a little more user friendly such as a hook for your towel close to the bathtub/shower, a slip free mat in the tub and the toilet paper suspensor closer as it required you to actually come off the toilet to reach it.

Positives= Location was fine. Staff were pleasant Room was neat and clean. Pet friendly with trash cans available outside for garbage and doggie do-do. Negatives= shower curtain hem stained -needs replacing. No tea or coffee in room - just an electric kettle.

Way over priced for a 2 star. It was price like 5 star Limited service to non. When asked for ice non was available. Room was clean though. Poor tv reception , limited channels. Would not book it if not for the limited number of rooms available in the town for that weekend.

Very friendly staff, older motel but very clean. Coffee etc in room would be nice. Price was right. Best deal in trivago which went to expedia but was $25 cheaper than going to expedia directly.

I always enjoy my stay here, and the price is right on point. Great friendly staff. I needed a pet room this time, and paid a reasonable pet fee of $20 for having a chihuahua. The room was very clean, comfortable and of course it was accommodating. I really liked that there was a small table w/2 chairs in the room and also an electric kettle for boiling water. The bathroom could use new caulking around the tub and tiles but other than that its very well kept. I will definitely stay here again and I will suggest this place to anyone if asked. Thank you!
