Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic

The hotel has a magnificent location on the best beach on Sokhna coast, the hotel design and landscape are also very good, however it has some major problems on the hygiene factors and the overall cleanness. The furniture and the bed mattresses are not up to the hotel grade and rates. I‘ve been offered an upgrade to a suite with the best view on the mountain, pool and the sea which was so generous of them however the interior fit out was so poor due to lack of maintenance, the sanitary and toilets have so many broken parts. The beach and pools close at 6:45 pm while the sunset is @ 8 pm for no reasonable reasons. Breakfast is ok while the dinner was very poor with no varieties, the stuff was friendly and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed the stay because of the wonderful view, téléphérique and the surroundings but I won’t definitely go again.

The hotel is over crowded , no regular cleaning, slow hardly exist food refill, rude staff not helpful at all !

Great place for families

Rooms are smelly … staff was rude and unhelpful … receptionists know nothing … food is terrible and unorganised Pool is and beach areas are good and the kids show is nice but overall it was horrible experience and will never go there again
