I have stayed here numerous times. Staff is always welcoming. Always enjoy staying there. Hope they fix the outdoor fire pit. One of my favorite things to do when I’m there is to hang out by it.

This was the perfect location for me, it had everything I needed. Not sure why the pool wasn’t open until 9a.m. or the gym until 6a.m. another 15 minutes would have been appreciated.

The parking lot in the front of the building is small. While there is a lot more parking in the back, this made getting my belongings inside a little more difficult. I was also traveling with an infant and had lots of items I needed to bring inside.

This is newer hotel that is in very good condition. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. They even offered me a "to go" breakfast bag, since I had to depart before their in-house breakfast started. Snacks, drinks, and supplies are available. The shower water pressure was amazing.

Check-in was amazing. However, the room, #309 was terrible, There was a very distinct "urine" smell that necessitated us acquiring a different room. The problem was immediately and professionally handled and our second room, #320 was perfect. We went down for a coffee and a tea around 04:00 in the morning and, to our surprise, no hot coffee and no hot water. Someone was sleeping on a couch in the sitting area at the time. We didn't have any idea who he was, but he eventually woke up, apologized, and advised us he would get us some hot coffee and hot water for tea. Shortly he came back and said the heater was broken and the manager would have to fix them later, but there was hot coffee and water in the meeting room. There was hot coffee but no hot water. In addition there was no regular tea bags, just Earl Gray and Green Tea. Breakfast was okay, but all the hot food was disappointing. Oatmeal was not hot, just warm. Eggs and sausage were cold. Still no hot coffee or hot water. Wanted to talk with someone about my stay at check-out but no one was around, Very disappointing for a Hilton property.

This was probably the best hotel stay I have had in a long time. The staff was great, the room was big, and the breakfast actually tasted good - first time I was served egg omelets instead of powdered scrambled eggs. Wish I had more reasons to travel to Kutztown because I would definitely stay here!

Distance (to town/University) is walkable BUT THERE IS NO SIDEWALK! The combination of soft water and tub bottom which is mostly smooth is treacherous! There was only one grab bar. "ALEX" (I think that was her name) at the front desk is very personable and helpful.

We called ahead of our stay and were told that the room we booked over a month earlier had been given away and was now unavailable. We chose that style of room specifically to accommodate our needs. They offered us a different 'set' of rooms and I was assured over the phone they would honor our original room cost. Instead after our stay I received a CC charge for 2 separate rooms and over $300 higher than the original room. They absolutely refused to issue a refund or communicate with me about the over charge that we did not agree to.

This was probably the best hotel stay I have had in a long time. Kutztown is small and hotel choices close by are limited but this was exactly what we needed and I plan to stay again when visiting my son at KU. Breakfast has many options, and both hot and cold items were stocked (and even seasoned if applicable!)

This was a great room. Very modern, clean and well laid out. I was upgraded to a King suite, but I'm sure all the rooms were nice. The only complaint was the breakfast which was - like all hotel free breakfasts - overly focused on sugary carbs and eggs that really tasted bad. The industry as a whole has to figure this out, not just this hotel.
