Hotel is located perfectly and the rooms are great! Really good beds and a good shower. Unfortunately it took me over 1 hour to check in, was a problem between hotel and expedia, but did take too long. The restaurant is simply not good. Very slow and quality below standard. Staff was also not very friendly and did not speak english. Again, great rooms, rest could use some improvement.

Excellent and Cozy environment. Staff were super friendly and willing to assist. Very few understand English and couldn't fine Qibla direction in the room. However, later discovered it was inside one of the drawers! Overall, it was an excellent place to stay!

The steam room did not work 1 day neither did the whirlpool. I had a massage which was excellent. The curtains in my room did not close properly and let light in and I found that disturbing as light keeps me awake. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was tasty and good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will stay here again.
