The hotel desk clerk was faboulous. She noticed I was site impaired and offered to accommodate anything she could by way of assistance. The rooms, the appliances, the hot tub and the pool were immaculate. The breakfast was lovely with a large variety of hot and cold options; I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends and acquaintances.

Our room was fantastic! It had everything we needed and lots of space. The pool and gym were great and there were lots of options in the breakfast. The front desk women were very friendly and housekeeping did a wonderful job, especially in common areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Three generations stayed together (mother/daughter/granddaughter) and we all enjoyed our stay! From the inviting outside fire pit surrounded by comfy chairs upon our late check in, our early morning swim/hot tub, the lovely choices in the buffet breakfast, comfy beds & bedding and the quiet room for great night sleeps we were very satisfied with our girls long weekend! Thank you.

This was our second time staying at this hotel & we will come back again! The rooms are spacious and clean, majority of the staff is very courteous and welcoming. The only downfall we noted this time was the housekeeping service. They only came twice for a 6 day stay. When they came they did not leave clean dish towels or empty the garbages. We had to call a couple times to have our garbage picked up. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Definitely great value for your money. We just weren’t satisfied with the house keeping service this time around!

The room and staff were amaizing but the night we stayed there was a tournament in the hotel and the kids ans parrents were so loud all night we had to complain a few times because of the noise and people bamging on our door. I. The morning the hall was a mess and the elevators were covered in who knows what.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both times the place was overrun with teens and young families. My guess is there was a hockey tournament in town. On both occasions there were young kids yelling and running up and down the hallways until 3 am with not a parent in sight. Popcorn and garbage littered the elevators and floors throughout the hotel. Won’t be back for a third visit. If you’re booking, I’d recommend calling ahead to confirm the hotel wont be overrun by kids first.

The free breakfast was more than we expected . Delicious. Staff was friendly and the rooms were excellent very quiet. If one was staying for along period the suites had large fridge, microwave, glass top stove, dish washer glass and dinner ware. Drug stores and retail outlets near by. We would stay there again

The only complaint i have with the hotel is the e remely soft pillows, stupid complaint but i cant be all positive. The room was big and clean, we had a fridge, 2 burner hot plate, full sized coffee maker, pans pots plates everything you would really need for a longer stay. The front desk attendant even at my late time of arrival (1 am) was really jappy and perky and very informative about the hotel and its ammenaties.

TownePlace Suites Petewawa was amazing; Expedia was not. The hotel went out of their way to ensure that the error made by Expedia was resolved. I highly recommend booking with the hotel directly as the staff are accommodating and kind.

I was on a work session training firefighters in the are with the OFM OFC in the MLFTU a propane prop for suppression. My stay was wonderful Sarah the night shift staff was amazing and handled the alarms ringing at 430 am like a pro.! great job!
