Very spacious 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette. I loved the attention provided by the staff. It is also located in a place which has lots of activities for the kids. The breakfast was excellent. We also used the pool and self service laundry. Very handy with the stay.

Spacious room with nice amenities. Near plenty of shops and easy on site parking. Hot breakfast is served too unlike some other places we’ve stayed which only offer continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Your staff member Carson is awesome! He was very personable and helpful. I needed accommodation because the elevator was broken and he found me a room on the first floor. He also helped me find a room when I had surgery at Mayo Clinic and needed to stay last minute overnight after an outpatient surgical procedure. Staybridge has been our first choice when booking a hotel because of Carson.

We stayed here a year ago and things are not as clean this year. We pulled down the cover of our bed and the sheets were nasty dirty with black spots all over them. The garbage hadn’t been emptied. The floors near the elevator in main area were so dirty with fruit loops laying around for a week. Not enough chairs near the pool . Has gone down significally from a year ago. Not staying there next year

The room was alright. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror. The lighting in the bathroom sink area dull. Wet dishes in the dishwasher. They probably should have be dried and put up for the next guest. No seal on the toilet that it had been cleaned or disinfected.

We LOVED the room! Everything we expected and more! Two small things though, the floors need to be mopped as our feet turned black walking on it, and the toilet seats are too flimsy/loose. We were hardly there though, as we were out exploring your beautiful city, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that, we LOVED everything!!!!

We had a multi-room suite and it was fantastic. We were a large group and it worked for us perfectly. The suite was nicely outfitted with dishes, etc. The beds were REALLY comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice. I would not hesitate to return.

Arizona heat at 114 degrees and our a/c unit won’t stay on. Motion sensor, if you want a/c you have to keep moving in your room. Breakfast on day one ay 8:15 there was nothing in the warmers, finally at 8:30 there was eggs, 8:45 sausage. Cedric (sic?) at the front desk was awesome. Great guy. Very comfortable, clean, safe and quiet.

We love this hotel and anytime we go to the Phoenix area we will stay here. The room was very large, the bed was very comfortable, large bathroom and a kitchen. They have a couch that has a section that is a lounger where you can put up your feet and kicked back and read a book or play games on your iPad. This place is very close to the casino, Medieval Times, the OdySea Aquarium plus other sites. Also, Roadhouse theater is right next to the hotel. Oh, the breakfast is superb and you can eat outside on their beautiful covered patio. Anyway, we couldn’t find one bad thing about this hotel. Loved it!

I loved this hotel! I have a large family of young children. I did book the room that fits 8 and it felt like a small apartment. I got to have my own space which I loved! Breakfast was awesome too!

Very spacious 2 bdrm suite with comfy beds and good kitchen set up. Daily breakfast hit the spot with lots of variety. Staff very helpful & friendly. Good location to major routes, so easy to get around. The only thing that needs attention is the living room furniture in suite needs to be replaced as it’s seen better days. Would highly recommend this place

There was a confusion on my booking when we arrived. They booked me on the previous booking that I cancelled. Reception keep on telling that my payment declined etc. I keep on explaining that card will definitely decline since I cancelled the booking. I had to call Expedia for help and inform them about the other registration/booking number since the one in reception was not eager to look for it. Voila! booking found. Payment did go through!! After a lot of explanation.

The stay was fine, but we showed up at check in and still had to wait for our room, it wasn't ready yet. People checking in behind us had to wait as well. They just weren't ready at check in time. They also don't have weekend cleaning service, just FYI.

The Check in gal Tristy & General Manager Marissa, would not accept my credit card, as they could not read my name on the card. I had to drive back to Flagstaff 90 minutes each way to get a duplicate card. They would not call my credit card company to make things easier for the guest. Reiterating that’s their policy. Was polite & shocked, however Marissa replied “could stay at another hotel, that’s the policy. Not courteous or kind, extremely dismissive. So I drove back after 3 hours and received a $50 credit. Wow Also they charge $7 a night for parking if you stay at the hotel. What is going on?? This is ridiculous

Arrived late around 11:30 PM and the check-in process took about 20 minutes which seemed a bit long. Once I got up to my second-floor room the key did not work. I return to the front desk and they spent about five minutes confirming everything was OK and sent me back up to the room with the key did not work again. When I arrive back for the third time they laughed and asked me to try the key on the front entry door to make sure it was OK. I did Cell and they sent me back to my room the key did not work again. They thought the whole thing was rather funny and this point my check in at 45 minutes and I was tired and just wanted to get in my room. A manager called and after about another 10 minutes he assured me the car was OK and would work perfectly and he escorted me to the room only to find out my card still did not work. Let me in my room with the key but I cannot go back to my car because it would take me another 45 minutes to get back into my room. The condition of the hotel is very nice and the room is very comfortable and the staff is utterly incompetent, impolite and discourteous.

Clean, quiet, safe location, right next to a target which made it wasy to get water, snacks anything you may have forgotten. Gas station is close. Odysea is less than 5 mins drive. Free breakfast was also very good.

Rooms are very large. A/c was quiet. Good location with a shopping center and theaters within walking distance. Close to 101 freeway which gets you anywhere quickly. Only problem was breakfast on Saturday morning at 8:30 am was not good. No fruit, no plates, no to go coffee cups, 2 tsp’s of clumped up oat meal at the bottom of the pot. Coffee was luke warm and most canisters were empty. Lots of people wandering around looking for things to eat since this was a prime time. Guess the gal attending went to the rest room but was gone for at least 35 minutes or longer. The other days during the week were ok while we were there.

We got a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. We did the hot tub in the evening when no one else was around. The breakfast cook was super late so didn’t get a meal. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff and everyone were great. One of the best buffet breakfasts I've had at a hotel. It was included as well. Plus they have a social hour with food, beer, and wine that was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the greater Phoenix area
