We loved the Christina, the room was gorgeous, with nice views. The staff was great, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and massages on site. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and the breakfasts were good too.

What a truly beautiful Aparthotel Cristina is. Just a 2 minute walk from the main centre of Zakopane, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. For us, it was the perfect location. Our room was simply outstanding, with dramatic views out over the mountains. Incredibly romatic. The staff at reception and dining areas we engaged with were lovely, and are a credit to this beautiful hotel. Two restaurants on site with fantastic reviews online. The breakfast was also amazing, with a starter and then cooked selection to reflect different countries across Europe and UK. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff knowledge of the surrounding area greatly addisted our stay. The spa facilities were also amazing. We were so lucky to have the place to ourselves for the hour slot you're allocated each day. A perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back, and the surrounding area offers so much all year round. Thanks to everyone at Aparthotel Cristina for making our short stay such a special memory.

This place was amazing! We had our two sons with us and the two bedroom room with one king and two twins was ideal. The use of the sauna and hot tub was just the perfect touch for us to unwind after a day of hiking around the town. The walk to the main street is 5 minutes, and we found that both restaurants at the hotel ended up be our favorites. The freshly made pizza and pasta was amazing, and was a 10 out of 10 as my kids say. The front desk concierge Paulina was extremely helpful and even gave us a suggestion as to where to find a bathing suit to save our planned thermal bath spa day. We can't say enough about this place except we wish we could have stayed longer!

An ideal location when staying in Zakopane. From the welcome on arrival, pleasant helpful staff, very clean premises, quiet location, eco friendly measures in place to the choice of both restaurants. The breakfast menu is superb and the choice on both restaurant evening menus leaves you spoilt for choice. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. Well done to all the staff.

Clean, decent quality, great breakfast (except for coffee, which was machine made), very close to Krupowki street Negatives: wifi(poor signal on the 2nd floor, mostly unusable), no central air but an AC unit installed above the entrance to the room, no turndown service, one pillow per person, relatively loud at night especially if there is an event around the hotel (our room faced a square where the city set up an outdoor cinema for the summer with movies starting at 930 PM and running until 1 AM) so bring ear plugs

The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing.

We loved our stay with a Mountain View and balcony! The place was just off the busy street in town so it was pretty quiet compared to the main street. They only give 1 pillow per person but happily gave us an additional pillow upon request. Breakfast was included and made to order and served with breads, yogurt, etc. and parking was not too expensive 50 PLN and only about 2 min walk from the parking lot to hotel. Just a bit confusing to find the first time. The only downside was that we booked sauna time and not a single towel for use in the whole sauna. I guess you’re supposed to bring your room towel? But we were not informed. They also only give one towel in the room per person.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was kind and professional. I was traveling with my wife and her mother both of whom have serious physical limitations. The elevator was broken. This was a big deal and all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience". I paid for two of the nicest rooms and would never chosen this hotel had I known I would be assisting handicapped people up the stairs. They offered nothing for the "inconvenience". It was much more than inconvenient. It seriously affected our trip. Additionally you can easily hear others throughout the place. The walls are thin. Breakfast was provided but only average. The rooms are beautiful so for that I give them 4stars
