Sehr gut: • Online Check-In und -out • Neu • Gut geschnittenes Zimmer und Bad • Lage: Mitten im Gewerbegebiet Moosfeld • Waschmaschinen im Eingang • Richtig großer Kühlschrank Nachteile: • Die Zimmerwand (225) war so dünn, dass ich aus dem Nachbarzimmer alles hören konnte. Mich hat das allerdings nicht wirklich gestört, und das Hotel an sich ist sehr ruhig. • Nach München Innenstadt benötigt man mit ÖPNV ca. 30-40 Minuten, und nach 20 Uhr ist das Hotel nicht mehr gut angebunden. • Die Bezeichnung „Apartment“ fand ich etwas hoch gegriffen, da es weder Kochmöglichkeit noch Geschirr / Besteck gab. Fazit: Empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man im Gewerbegebiet Moosfeld etwas zu erledigen hat. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Am Empfang eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin die uns alles erklärte. Zimmer ruhig da nach hinten. Lediglich wenn Gäste laut im Gang sind , ist es zu hören. Zimmer ausreichend ( wir waren nur 2 Nächte) . Betten bequem und auf Nachfrage noch ein Kissen erhalten. Frühstück ausreichend. Für jeden etwas dabei und einiges wird immer frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten abends mit dem Fernseher ein Problem. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar hat uns sofort geholfendas alles wieder ging. Bushaltestelle zur U-Bahn ca. 150m vom Hotel. Parkplatz hatten vor dem Hotel an der Straße gefunden. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten für 4 Nächte ein Zimmer gebucht. Zimmer waren sauber, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher auch. Leider hatten wir Silberfische im Bad und im Zimmer (auch im Bett) nach Nachfrage durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, dort waren aber auch Silberfische im Zimmer….. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch in ordnung.

Room was quiet. Cleanliness was so so. My room reservation turned out to be in an overbooked hotel.i had to leave in the middle of the night, after arriving by taxi to their other hotel. Their staff was first not over friendly, didn't want to pay the taxi although their partner hotel said they will pay for this. Later friendlier and new room by booked.

Booked a stay late night at got to the hotel 40min after the booking to find out that my room wasn't available for me. On top of this, gentelman (if you can call him that) was raising his voice and shouting at me. His name is Oskar at the front desk, absolute dicsussting behaviour, said that he doesnt care that i bought via booking site, i should have gone on their site. After loads of shouting at me, he then offered a room in other hotel that was 5 min away. Ive asked will i get complimentary breakfast for inconvenience, he said yes, but yet, nothing was offered in the morning. I would not stay in this facility purely for one reason - apalling customer service, no responsibility taken for misseling too many rooms online and shouting at me! I understand that it is easy to sell too many especialy in this economic situation, we all trying to make most profit to sell each room, dish, seat on bus or plane, etc. But its not consumers fault if oversold, so please act accordingly - apologise, give better spec room, offer upgrade, be nice and polite!

The hotel itself is clean and in great conditions. Shame about the hotel policy that prioritize direct bookings over the ones made through third party booking agencies. My wife and I had a huge shock when we tried to check in at 10pm and we were told by the receptionist that the booking was cancelled by our provider of choice. After arguing back and forth with the staff, explaining that we didn't cancel our booking and nor we have received a cancellation email from our provider, we were finally provided with a room for the night which we had to pay as extra. However we had to find new accommodation arrangements for the reminder of our trip, which added to unnecessary stress. Once checked in our room, I contacted our booking providers customer service and was informed that they didn't cancelled our booking, but the hotel did (it was clear that the hotel has overbooked us and shift the blame onto other booking providers when they cannot accommodate all their bookings).

Sehr gut: • Online Check-In und -out • Neu • Gut geschnittenes Zimmer und Bad • Lage: Mitten im Gewerbegebiet Moosfeld • Waschmaschinen im Eingang • Richtig großer Kühlschrank Nachteile: • Die Zimmerwand (225) war so dünn, dass ich aus dem Nachbarzimmer alles hören konnte. Mich hat das allerdings nicht wirklich gestört, und das Hotel an sich ist sehr ruhig. • Nach München Innenstadt benötigt man mit ÖPNV ca. 30-40 Minuten, und nach 20 Uhr ist das Hotel nicht mehr gut angebunden. • Die Bezeichnung „Apartment“ fand ich etwas hoch gegriffen, da es weder Kochmöglichkeit noch Geschirr / Besteck gab. Fazit: Empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man im Gewerbegebiet Moosfeld etwas zu erledigen hat. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten für 4 Nächte ein Zimmer gebucht. Zimmer waren sauber, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher auch. Leider hatten wir Silberfische im Bad und im Zimmer (auch im Bett) nach Nachfrage durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, dort waren aber auch Silberfische im Zimmer….. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch in ordnung.

Wir hatten für 4 Nächte ein Zimmer gebucht. Zimmer waren sauber, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher auch. We arrived for the Adele concert Hotel Was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was ok but not the best. However it suited our needs we had a fab few days and would definitely go back there.

Ich hätte mir mehr Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Obst und Gemüse gewünscht. Außerdem sind, zumindest in meinem Zimmer, nur 1 Ess- und Teelöffel, 1 Tasse und KEINE Abwasch- und Geschirrtücher vorhanden! Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen. Personal und Service war freundlich.

Stayed whilst working at Congress Centre for 5 nights. Nice hotel, good staff and good value breakfast. For evening meals I ate at a little Italian restaurant around the corner (adjacent to a rather seedy and industrial looking Champagne and Sexy Girls club!!) It (the restaurant, I didn’t try the club!) was good value with nice staff.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Am Empfang eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin die uns alles erklärte. Zimmer ruhig da nach hinten. Lediglich wenn Gäste laut im Gang sind , ist es zu hören. Zimmer ausreichend ( wir waren nur 2 Nächte) . Betten bequem und auf Nachfrage noch ein Kissen erhalten. Frühstück ausreichend. Für jeden etwas dabei und einiges wird immer frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten abends mit dem Fernseher ein Problem. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar hat uns sofort geholfendas alles wieder ging. Bushaltestelle zur U-Bahn ca. 150m vom Hotel. Parkplatz hatten vor dem Hotel an der Straße gefunden. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
