完璧な立地で噂のKFCもピラミッドゲートも徒歩3分でピラミッド側で3階以上なら泊まる価値あります。備え付けでドライヤーがないのとタオルが少し古い気がしました。それ以外は申し分なしです。屋上レストランで朝食やディナーはおすすめです！ココ以上のホテルは無いと思います。マリオットが最高だと思いますが景色だけなら絶対このホテルが良いと思います。

We loved the view from the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because I paid for our ride back to the airport on the day we arrived, informed the front desk on the day before we left, as I was told to do, what time we needed to leave, and the ride was never ordered. We were late leaving which made us have to run through the airport instead of having plenty of time. Everything else was top notch. We would stay here again.

If you want to be close to the Pyramids this is the place to be. A short walk to the entrance was perfect. The rooftop dining had incredible views of the pyramids and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. But don’t expect a cocktail. No alcohol served here.

Ça fait ka 3ieme fois. La vue sur ka terrasse est à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est très propre.la nourriture est très bonne . Le déjeuner est très de base mais on trouve toujours de quoi manger. Les chambres sont très simples mais très propres. Un point qui doit absolument être amélioré c'est le fait que l'ascenseur arrête fréquemment. Il fini toujours par redémarrer mais c'est très stressant. J'ai pris les escaliers plusieurs fois. Pour le secteur cet hôtel est très bien. Je vais sûrement y retourner. Je le recommande.

The property is beautifully laid out and the view of the Pyramids from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular. The Hotel is extremely well maintained and very very clean. Staff members are attentive to your needs and any concerns are immediately addressed. I wanted a room on the same floor as the rest of my family and the front desk made it happen immediately with no problem. The hotel is near to the Pyramids and the Sphinx but I strongly suggest booking a tour with a recommended guide. A few short blocks away from the hotel, the nightlife did get a little noisy on the weekend with the party goers cutting up. I felt safe in my room and in the entire hotel. I have to admit, the locks on the room doors were impressive. Speaking of rooms, my suite was perfect. My son had a perfect view of the pyramids from his balcony. My sister and I had rooms that faced the main street. Just a reminder, if you are used to bathing with a washcloth you'll have to bring one with you. Lastly, if you're a tourist, be cautious when you are outside the hotel. People are people and will try to scam you and they are not above using kids to that end. Just be smart, guard your wallet and your heart strings.

Fantastic hotel and very gracious hotel staff. Very clean. The rooftop restaurant has excellent food, and you can't beat the view of the pyramids and Sphinx. Laundry service was great and turned around quickly.

Estadia tranquila, ótimo custo benefício, café da manhã simples mas suficiente. Check in e check ou rápidos. Um motorista nos buscou no aeroporto por um preço justo (gostamos dele e fizemos todas as demais corridas com ele. Inclusive para fora so Cairo) Utilizei serviço de lavanderia, barato para os padrões brasileiros. O quarto com vista para as pirâmides é excelente; o hotel está pertinho da venda de tickets para as Pirâmides Cama confortável, banheiro bom e limpo, agua quente e sachets de café e chá disponíveis. O restaurante com vista é o ponto alto do estabelecimento Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente Nada negativo a relatar.

Good location. Loved the panoramic view of the pyramids from the roof top. The hotel does not have its own generator and during a power breakdown there was no water or light. Fortunately this happened only once during our stay. I shudder to think what would have happened if someone had been in the elevator at that time.

It is about an hour away from Cairo Airport. They had a room ready for us as soon as we arrived. Mountain view rooms offer panoramic views of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. You can get a better view from the terrace on the 6th floor. Breakfast is also delicious and you can eat it while looking at the pyramids. The room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. On the way back, we took the shuttle to the airport. The driver was very kind. I would like to stay here again when I come to Egypt!

Et absolut fantastisk hotel med gode faciliteter, rent og et utroligt venligt personale. Værelserne var perfekte, men ikke mindst udsigten til pyramiderne fra morgenmadsrestauranten slog alle rekorder.

La terrasse avec vue sur les pyramides est vraiment un plus et fait oublier les problèmes rencontrés dans la chambre,douche qui fuit,prise non fonctionnelle rideau très très sale,bouilloire pleine de calcaire et restaurant et petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur grosse déception. En revanche personnel très sympatique et serviable.

The view from the room is on the pyramids. The restaurant has a terrace with an amazing view on all the pyramids! Absolutely outstanding! The room was clean, the staff helpful, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel.

Pulizia ottima, personale gentile e premuroso. Avevamo la camera al terzo piano vedevamo bene una piramide, megkio la vista dal 5 piano. Cibo buono e una menzione all'autusta, bravissimo.

大人2人、小学生1人で宿泊しました。 部屋はとても広く清潔で冷蔵庫もとても冷えます。朝食も美味しく景色も良くとても良かったです！またギザへ行く際はぜひ宿泊したいです。

It’s a nice little hotel. Inside was clean, amazing view of the pyramids, even from our bedroom balcony. I would recommend for 1-2 nights maximum. The area of Giza was very dirty with lots of garbage. Great place to stay if you want to check out the pyramids and the new museum.

What I liked about the property was we had the best room with panoramic pyramid view. Room was decent for the price. One very negative part was a bathroom had strong odour of sewer smell, that wafted into room if door wasn’t shut. I’d be very hesitant to book anything extra through this hotel as they are a huge money grab. We booked a Nile river cruise with Omar and it was not as he described. We were placed on a different boat than originally stated. It stated tickets to attractions were included which they weren’t. Also Omar became very unhelpful once he started to raise the price after our agreement and after we paid deposit. I had to argue with him and then cut him out and deal direct with lobby/hotel. Communications were horrible and we were given limited itinerary, day by day random guides messaged us stating our program for the next day. I feel they smoke annd mirrored us on the tours we booked thru them, we had better luck booking excursions outside of the hotel saving hundreds USD. Also the area around the hotel wasn’t desirable to be in other then the close proximity to pyramids and sphinx. I would not recommend or ever return due to this experience. All staff other than Omar were great to deal with I’ll give them that, breakfast was ok and service there was great.

Location is great but that is about all I can really compliment. WiFi is terrible and prepare to be haggled the moment you step outside. I would not recommend booking a pyramid tour through them. The guide they give you is insufferable and will ruin your experience.

We had the suite with pyramids view and that was amazing. You would wake up looking right at the pyramids and literally as close as you can get. The lower pyramid entrance is just 100 meters, we just walked. The roof top terrace also has stunning views, we spend half of our days just drinking tea and looking at the sunset and the pyramids. The hotel is very clean and our suite, which consisted of one very large room, was quite comfortable. The surrounding area is as one has to expect in Gizeh, chaotic but safe, at least during the day but we anyway just walked to the entrance of the pyramids.

The room was on the 5th floor. This is great in that you're high up so better views. It's not so good because it's right under the terrace/dining area. Every time staff/customers moved chairs or tables, you heard everything in your room. We loved the lady who makes pitta bread fresh on the terrace. The food choices where good. Front of the house/reception, Mr Reda Abd was excellent. Friendly and helpful.
The room was on the 5th floor. This is great in that you're high up so better views. It's not so good because it's right under the terrace/dining area. Every time staff/customers moved chairs or tables, you heard everything in your room. We loved the lady who makes pitta bread fresh on the terrace. The food choices where good. Front of the house/reception, Mr Reda Abd was excellent. Friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice overall. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely accommodating. We stayed in the biggest suite. You can tell they’ve made upgrades. It would be ideal if they would update drapery. It is older and has some stains on it. Also note, this hotel has a wonderful view of the pyramids and is in close proximity. With that in mind you will hear a lot of noise in the street from locals and big groups.

L’hôtel et la chambre étaient magnifiques. On avait la vue sur les pyramides de notre balcon et la vue sur la terrasse du restaurant était splendide. Le personnel était également super gentil et courtois. We loved the view from the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because I paid for our ride back to the airport on the day we arrived, informed the front desk on the day before we left, as I was told to do, what time we needed to leave, and the ride was never ordered. We were late leaving which made us have to run through the airport instead of having plenty of time. Everything else was top notch. We would stay here again.

From the moment I booked via Expedia, service was flawless. Gamal, the hotel manager, contacted me immediately and stayed in touch throughout, helping us plan every detail from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo. He made us feel safe and cared for before we even met him. The hotel is quaint and cosy, and the view of the Pyramids is unreal! You couldn’t get closer unless you stood on them. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower, solid breakfast, great coffee. Everything we needed. Gamal organised all our excursions exactly how we wanted, with total transparency, no hidden costs. He also arranged a surprise birthday cake for me during our Nile cruise, which was incredibly thoughtful. A huge thank you to Mohammad, our driver, who picked us up at the airport and stayed with us throughout. I don't think I could say enough good things about this hotel. When I first arrived I had a problem with my credit card getting declined. Omar took the time to help me call the credit card company and get the problem resolved. All the different staff at the front desk were super nice and made me feel welcome. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the Sphinx entrance and there was an atm not too far away and easy to find. I was able to purchase a sim card from the front desk which came in very handy when communicating with the various day tours that I took. Omar was great at offering the different tours and I went on one to Saqqara which was fantastic. The cafe was located on the sixth floor with a stunning view of the pyramids and the sphinx. Again, the serving staff was very nice as were the cleaning ladies.The room was modern and kept very clean. I was always supplied with plenty of water. If I ever went back to Cairo/Giza I would stay at this hotel for sure. I highly recommend it!

In my 40 years of travel for business, conferences and pleasure this was the single worst check-in and stay I’ve experienced. My friend and I checked in from a late flight and were greeted by what I can only describe as the most chauvinistic, uncaring person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He refused to check us in citing local laws and customs unbeknown to me and totally nowhere on the webpage or Facebook. My friend was taken aback because I had tried to surprise her with a nice trip so she didn’t know anything until we arrived. I was so furious with this individual at how they treat American and Egyptians here that I literally collapsed and had to compose myself before actually paying for another room for her so we could get some sleep after our 20 hour travel from America. They threatened the police on us. I will advise everyone possible, stay away from this place/this area at all costs!! I will never return here, when I am in Egypt I will go to the ritz and pay before I risk my health and trip. This hotel single handedly ruined a long planned trip to the pyramids for me. It is not safe, it is average clean, there are no irons, the food is subpar. But worst than anything is the way reception treated us. If we have any further repercussions from this place I will hire a international lawyer and demand a high recompense.

The location of this hotel was perfect, it had an incredible view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, you could even see the light show from the balcony. Mohammed on the front desk was incredibly pleasent and helpful at all time. Omar, who organises the tours, was absolutely amazing. Making contact before we got there to help us pick trips and arrange transfers. Once he got to know us a little bit, he recommended things he knew we would be interested. Maintained great contact throughout, and was a pleasure to deal with. Sara, our Tour Guide, and Mohammed, the driver, absolutely made our trip. Mohammed was a please to be around and incredibly attentive. Sara was perfect. Incredibly knowledgeable, and tailored the tour to what we were interested in. She took us around the non-touristy areas, along with the big tourist attractions. Cannot rate this place highly enough, I would reccomend to anyone and everyone.

All good BUT if you book a tour of Cairo in the hotel, be careful if the tour guy is “Abu”. He will look like a nice polite man. Until he will ask you to give him cash for tickets that you can pay by card. He was supposed to take us to a mosque where you pay an entrance fee, but instead he took us to a different, irrelevant one , with no entree fee but claiming the money anyway. And robbed us also during lunch. Just DO NOT GO WITH ABU. It s a shame as he ruins the image of the hotel where the rest of the staff is nice.

I really hope my absolutely terrible experience will help others open their eyes before they book a trip or stay with this hotel. It is a long story, but let me briefly put it this way, and in the words of one of the guides I used (through the hotel), "In Egypt, you are NOT a tourist; you are an ATM." He couldn't have been more correct. Here are a few of the terrible experience I had at this hotel: - Photos they put on the Internet are misleading. I booked a room that was supposed to open on the pyramids. It opened on the slams. I was told I had to go to the roof to see the pyramids. - I hired two guides (through the hotel): one was rude and unprofessional; he would leave my and my kid behind and just wander on his own. The second one left us after two hours claiming that was everything you could see in Alexandria. I had to pay the chauffeur (hired through the hotel too) to take us to a few extra places (on top of what I had already paid them). There were more problems, but I am running out of characters allowed, but lets just say when I complained to the owner he just told me "go drink from the sea" in the nicest way possible. I would NOT stay at this hotel even if it was the last one on North Africa. I hope you think twice before you do, too. They will take your money and send you to the street! You are nothing more than an "ATM" to them!

Expeditions thru hotel are way over priced, they should be able to explain these services more clearly as far as prices and what is paid for with these services. Most services do not cover entry. Guide and driver firmly request tips as like you didnt just pay for the services. I would recommend booking all expeditions on expedia before travel.

We had the suite with pyramids view and that was amazing. You would wake up looking right at the pyramids and literally as close as you can get. The lower pyramid entrance is just 100 meters, we just walked. The roof top terrace also has stunning views, we spend half of our days just drinking tea and looking at the sunset and the pyramids. The hotel is very clean and our suite, which consisted of one very large room, was quite comfortable. The surrounding area is as one has to expect in Gizeh, chaotic but safe, at least during the day but we anyway just walked to the entrance of the pyramids.

The area surrounding the hotel feels a bit edgy. The hotel is definitely just a 3 stars with a good view. The view from the top floor is infact incredible. Having dinner and breakfast looking at the pyrsmids was amezing. The rooms are ok, the bed comfortable. The food was average. The staff friendly.

It’s a nice little hotel. Inside was clean, amazing view of the pyramids, even from our bedroom balcony. I would recommend for 1-2 nights maximum. The area of Giza was very dirty with lots of garbage. Great place to stay if you want to check out the pyramids and the new museum.

The hotel itself is quite nice. My room had nice view of the pyramids. However, this is not a knock against the hotel, but the area around the pyramids and all the hotels is terrible. Most of what I saw in Giza, especially on the main road that leads up to the road which most of the hotels are located on resembles a "war zone". The Egyptian government should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this area to look like it does. It seems that the government doesn't share any of the millions of tourist dollars they receive with Giza. It's a shame the Great Pyramids are located in such an awful place.

Views from the hotels rooftop restaurant are of all 3 of Giza’s pyramids and sphinx and it’s the highest hotel so you get a clear view of everything. It truly is magical and you’ll have a great view for all your meals. However the area outside the hotel is such a tourist trap and there are kids running around trying to guilt trip you into buying junk so please be wary of the amazing pictures of the view you’re seeing, as the area immediately outside the hotel (street level) isn’t pleasant at all. Be nice and tip people between 10-100 Egyptian pounds (this applies throughout Egypt)

If you want to be close to the Pyramids this is the place to be. A short walk to the entrance was perfect. The rooftop dining had incredible views of the pyramids and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. But don’t expect a cocktail. No alcohol served here.

I work remotely and the internet was not working properly for me to work. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and this presented a problem. I went down to the front desk and someone told me the situation would be resolved. The hospitality was great and the hotel staff were very helpful. The food on the rooftop was great too.

Great pick up service from the airport. Good prices for excursions. Clean room. Reasonable food prices, food could have been hotter but was ok. Waiters need to be a bit more attentive and not on their phones.

The hotel is nice and well located with the pyramids view from the room and rooftop. Regarding the location and considering you’re in Cairo, I believe that’s the best you can get with reasonable price. The breakfast is okay. Wifi is very bad indeed how you can see in many reviews. But overall and for 3 days, the stay was good enough. The hotel restaurant is terrible and I’d not recommend. We had dinner just once and ordered pizza, surprisingly we got overpriced frozen pizza. For next days, we got some treats from the convenience store and could still eat it and enjoy the view from the rooftop.

Good for the money but Giza is never a place I’ll stay again. Too high pressure, not fun when everybody is trying to rip you off. Clean, breakfast was good, staff was great, no beer.
