Das Haus ,die Zimmer , der Veloraum mit Steckdosen ,alles wunderbar für unsere Veloreise. Das Personal eher Aushilfsweise und nicht in der Gastronomie ausgebildet. Der Koch hat 100% nie eine Ausbildung gemacht. Der Service obwohl wenig Gäste sagt ich komme bald macht anderes zuerst als bedienen. oder bringt das falsche. Oder weil es bei der Verständigung Probleme gab ,obwohl ich italienisch spreche.......bringt er 2 Bier aufs mal und stellt die Gläser vor mir ab....ich war sprachlos hatte ich noch nie erlebt. dann beim Nachtessen ,kleines Angebot und unflexibel die Contorni zu wechseln oder andere Zusammanstellung. und es waren gerade mal 6 Gäste zu bekochen. Das Verhalten zieht grosse negative Kreise , in Diesentis und Ilanz und Laax , als die Leute uns fragten woher wir kommen haben alle gelacht und gesagt ,von dem Haus haben sie nur schlechtes gehört. also waren wir nicht die Verwöhnten.....sondern realistische Kritik ---->schade um den Ort.....

Overrasker virkelig positivt ift. de 3 stjerner. Gode værelser, flot spa område, fin resturant - dog begrænset morgenmadsudvalg og der blev ikke fyldt op i løbet af morgenen.
