This was actually my third choice due to price. It was well worth every cent. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Everyone i came in contact with was super helpful and courteous. The room was perfect and smelled so nice. We used the pool and it was very clean. The breakfast options were delicious. If I need a room in Hopkinsville again. I will do my best to be a repeat customer. Thanks to everyone that made my trip so enjoyable!

Great! Love that there was actual buffet food for complimentary breakfast instead of pre-packaged food and to-go items most hotels are offering right now. Dove toiletry products-love it. Restaurant in hotel- didn’t eat there but nice to have option.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Hopkinsville-Convention Center. The staff was helpful and friendly. The check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The room (King w/fold out sofa) was spacious and well-equipped. We had a wet bar with a microwave and a mini-fridge (no freezer). There were two benches and a dresser for suitcases. The room also had an armchair with an ottoman. The king-sized bed was comfortable, although on the firm side. The foldout couch was typical, but quiet. It came with TWO of its own pillows (It's rare to even have one), clean sheets (including a fitted sheet) and a blanket. The room was equipped with outlets and USB-A ports galore (both bedside tables, the desk, the sofa end table)! The room was VERY clean in appearance, feel, and smell. Towels and sheets were bright white, not dingy. The carpet, walls, floors, and shower were stain-free and clean. This hotel has a great location just off the highway with stores and restaurants close by (not walking distance). It was quiet. We will be staying here whenever we return.

I travel all over the U.S. and outside the U.S. I think the service at this hotel is one of the best i've ever experienced. In particular, Kenya at the restaurant was phenomenal, and at the front desk, Lou Ann, Taylor and Heather were extremely kind and super accommodating. I will definitely return there to stay. It may become ons of my quiet getaways!

The hotel was amazing. However, I'm upset that I didn't get the room that I booked. All of those rooms were sold out. Holiday Inn would not give me a partial refund for the difference. By i booked a king suite and they gave me a regular two queens. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing.

The property itself is not bad at all. The room was clean and comfy. The big issue was that there was no Internet and no TV. I wish this was advertised so I would’ve booked somewhere else. And three dollars for a small bottle of water is a rip off. All other properties I’ve stayed in the past provided bottled water complementary. And when asked the front desk for a discount because there was no Internet or TV. They said they could not discount because it was booked through hotel.com. Just rude!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. It was convenient to all the places we had to go. Our bathroom door creaked, which created a creepy middle of the night experience for us. But that is just being trivial. I'll be coming through here frequently, and this is where i will stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The person checking us in was the ONLY one doing everything. The bar and cafeteria closed early, so we were stuck on grabbing a bite. The breakfast was mediocre. Not worth the extra cost. It was also cold. We have stayed in many holiday inns, so was disappointed.

The only complaint I have is their breakfast. 2 kids and 2 adults, which led me to pay for our breakfast as it is not free. We went down 40 mins after they opened the buffet and they were literally out of everything. No one around to refill the eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits or sausage. I asked the front deak for my money back that I paid for upong check in for breakfast. They were unable to do so because I booked through Expedia. I then asked for a $15 credit for future use (this is what I laid out of pocket for 2 adults to eat) as we stay at Holiday Inn very frequently, however they were unable to do that either. I understand only so much can be done, but when we pay ahead, I expect to have the items I paid for. Other than this poor experience, the facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
