We have stayed twice per year for the last three years traveling. Always fantastic service, comfortable beds and great showers. Great bar and it’s so nice to have a coffee and breakfast in house. Trolley stop in front of the hotel and a dog park across the street. Worth every penny!

Great, boutique hotel in a great location. Only downfall was that the valet service closes at 12am and reopens at 6am, leaving me to park in the street since I had to leave early. Very walkable

The location is convenient to several attractions and restaurants. The concierge was fantastic, very welcoming and gave thoughtful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The hotel has an aesthetic that feels like a speakeasy. Only caveat, i definitely recommend using the valet service. We used the public lot behind the hotel for our first 2 nights and our car and another were broken into on the second night. The valet service parks in a secure garage.

The décor was very unique. The cement floor in the room caused noise from the room above. A tile, wood or carpeted floor would have been better. The valet service was terrible - when we arrived no one was there and when there was an attendant, only one of three actually cared about what they were doing.

The hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly & quick to respond. Bed is very comfy and hotel room was clean. I do wish there were more hooks in the bathroom and a light over the bathroom mirror. There also needs padding on the desk chair legs because when you move it, the sound is very loud on the cement floor. There are also no ice machines on the floors so you have to go to the front desk for ice.

We had the best stay at Arrive in Memphis. We were greeted with the friendliest staff ever! We were traveling with 2 dogs and didn’t know what to expect, but the staff was incredibly friendly, petted the dogs, gave them treats on arrival and took care or us very quickly. The room had a cute dog bed and bowls. We at the Detroit style pizza for dinner and also had the avocado toast in the am and delicious drinks and coffee! If I am ever in Memphis again or traveling through, I will make a point to stay here again. A+++ experience!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The people standing next to them in the cafe were not. The garbage can in our room was not emptied so we worried that other things weren’t cleaned either. There was a large whole in our ceiling and hot water was insufficient. The chairs in the lobby were all stained. Also, getting the luggage cart in from the lobby was very difficult.

Pros: About 18 minutes by Uber from the airport. Check-in was painless and the elevator works fine and fast. Room was spacious and comfortable. Anything I needed I just texted the front desk and they took care of it: more clothes hangars, drinking glasses, etc. Location is “good”, about a 10 minute walk to Beale Street. Arrive Memphis is also almost right across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel, where ML King’s tragedy occurred, and one block from The Blues Hall of Fame. It’s a short walk to some nice restaurants and BBQ joints. Cons: Lousy amenities; no ice machine or ice bucket, the only bottled water was for sale in the minibar at $5 per bottle. NOTHING is complimentary. The room has a finished (smooth) concrete floor, and around the bed there’s an area rug. I concur with another review I read here; they really, really, REALLY need to wash the concrete floor. If you walk on it in bare feet, it’s like walking outdoors on the sidewalk, your feet are filthy. I can’t believe they tolerate that. We saw the people who clean and make up the rooms and they definitely don’t have mops with them. My impression is that this is an attractive property that needs some sharper customer focus. Based on my experience, Arrive Memphis doesn’t give me a good reason to return.

The service here was the very best! The cleanliness was top-tier as well. I was surprised to find only one USB charger in the whole room, and it was difficult to reach. Also, the openness between the bathroom and bedroom was a little uncomfortable, leaving very little room for privacy. If you're traveling solo, you'll love this place!

OK, so this is my second time staying at this property. I chose it because of the location, and the aesthetic of the property. So staying there for a second time now let me just explain some of the things that I think could be improved upon. so, the area near the downstairs hallway that leads to the elevators that go to the guest rooms that are smells a little dank, Including the elevator. And secondly, I think the thing that I noticed this time around staying at the property is the AC unit in my guestroom. Whenever it would kick on, it would literally wake me up from sleep, because it was so loud! I really like this property it’s beautifully done, and I think a lot of thought has gone gone into it aesthetically. I would say both times that I stayed at the property. I didn’t notice that the armchairs within the guestrooms are a little worn, and show stains on the cushions. I think that is something they could easily address either by replacing the armchairs or cleaning the cushions I will say that the, breakfast food that I had at this property from the café downstairs was really good! In fact, my husband comment that the grits were probably the best he’s ever had! They were super creamy, and the maple flavor makes it very unique. The staff at the properties really nice , and friendly. You will note that if you are staying on the backside of the hotel, you may hear the train when it goes by.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The lobby/reception has great ambience. The room was very spacious with a loft motif. Lots of light and high ceilings. The rooms don't have carpets which means noise carries. That is my only complaint.

Richie and his staff made us feel at home. Sheree, takes great pride in her work and our room looked as if we were the first guest to ever stay in the room. Tessa, our barista and Willie the front desk many were all so helpful and friendly. Special acknowledgment to the valet guys as wel! Do not stay at this hotel I was unable to check in as no one was there at the front desk to check me in no one was there at the valet to valet. My car couldn’t get any help so I had to leave and go find another hotel to stay at worst experience ever this is a major POS.

Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Memphis. The staff was amazing and so kind and helpful at all hours! The room was beautiful and clean and overall very comfy. It’s also very close to the national civil rights museum and quite a few restaurants.

Absolutely amazing!! This was my first time in Memphis and I couldn't of stayed in a better location. I was able to walk right across the street to the civil rights museum. Beale street was about a 10 minute walk. And there were tons of other locations near by. If I ever return to Memphis I will definitely stay here again.

I love loved this hotel. The rooms were so well designed aesthetically and very comfortable too. They fit a lot into the lobby with coffee, bakery and a bar. The trolley runs out front. The Civil Rights Museum is very close. Beale Street is walkable. Great bbq is 2 blocks away. A few blocks to the beautiful riverfront park too.

A great boutique hotel in Memphis - would definitely recommend to anyone visiting for the first time. Rooms are super cool. Also across the road from the National Civil Rights museum which is a must for anyone visiting.

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are fun, the bar and lounge are comfortable and convenient, and the staff were super friendly. The area seems questionable as we heard gunshots while going to bed, but the fire department is across the street so at least help is close by. We didn’t hold this situation against the hotel as it appears crime in Memphis is one of a kind.

Bar Hustle has great cocktails! Hustle & Dough had good bakery items and good coffee drinks! Only downside is the mini fridge in the rooms has a blue light that’s lights the whole room up in the dark ( had to unplug it to get sleep)

I loved this property. I will definitely seek out this hotel again when I return to Memphis. I really appreciated the historic nature of the property. Loved that it was close to the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Motel, plus other popular attractions like Beale Street. The staff was great. The cafe and coffee shop was great. My second time visiting Memphis. This was a block from where I previously stayed. Quick check in and enjoyed the breakfast/coffee etc and the bar area. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish they had either had a coffee maker in the room or free coffee for guests in the morning. You have to use their coffee bar to buy coffee. Also, very limited dinner menu. Good but limited to basically pizza and snacks
