Property was very nice good selection of breakfast. Nice outdoor pool. Stayed a couple nights and no one exchanged our towels but front desk was friendly and we were able to get clean towels.

This hotel was wonderful! Very clean and modern, but still cozy! Loved the simplicity and functionality of the room. Great hotels are hard to find these days, but this one was awesome! Very neat setting with fields right out our window. Super comfy beds! The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Just a minute off interstate 65, but very quiet and safe location. We'd definitely return if traveling thru this way again someday! If you're fussy about hotels, book this one, you won't be disappointed! I would highly recommend!

Overall was a nice hotel. Could use some improvement in housekeeping. Had blood stains on the comforter that housekeeping had to notice and chose to ignore. Also found lots of random long black hairs in the bathroom and beds.

At check in there was one person handling phone calls and check in. The lobby floor was sticky. In our room, beds were clean and cozy. Bathroom sink and shower were not clean (hair and toothpaste from previous guests). Breakfast- was 10 minutes late opening and pancakes were not available. The lobby and breakfast area was disgusting. The floor was sticky, tables were filthy, and trash had flies swarming around. We were greatly disappointed in this hotel especially since it’s new.

Checking in was great considering the time change(thank goodness the hotel operates on Eastern time). The hotel was very clean and easy to follow. The room was great super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly. We will be using this hotel again in the future.

Stayed here before and everything was great. This time the cable was out which didn't bother us much but it did bother us that the front desk didn't mention it when we checked in and they made it obvious that they didn't care when we asked about it. Worst part of the stay was the toilet had not been cleaned. The remnants left in the bowl were disgusting.

I stayed in this hotel in August 2024 and liked it. However, this time my room (# 212) is next door to the "maintenance office" on the second floor. There is non-stop high pitch sound 24 hours a day coming into the room. It may be some equipment with motor inside that "office." I am usually quite tolerant of noises, but find it quite annoying.

Tje staff was on point! Check-in was a breeze and the bed was the best hotel bed i have ever been in! The pillows were bliss!! Its like to room was tailored just for my personal preferences. The only let down was there wasnt a room darkening screen on the window. There was a sheer that obstructed view from outside but you'd never sleep in on a sunny day. The staff was extremely froendly and knowledgeable and ready to assost woth anything you might need.

Hotel is new and excellent in every respect. Ideal for Purdue events as it is just half an hour away, especially when West Lafayette hotels get sold out early. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. If you need a really quiet room, the third floor might be better as the sound from the rooms above carries down. All the amenities are high quality. No cheap bar soaps here, Dove liquid soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and provided. Breakfast foods are also excellent, there is variety and the coffee and everything provided tastes great.

Bathroom exhaust didn’t work for 3 days, hotel staff was rude in dealing with the situation and they could the resolve the situation and ultimately offer a petty discount of 5 per day. Such a pathetic response.

Everything about this hotel was awesome. Ashley and her team members are doing a great job, on just about everything. They are just great people. Wonderful breakfast options, super clean room, and a very courteous experience at the front desk. Keep it up. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, staff at the front desk was super helpful with us never being in the area before and pointed us in the best direction to get the stuff we needed for our stay. Room looked amazing and was fully stocked on all toiletries and essentials you could need for the stay. We are very pleased that the staff at the front desk was willing to give us plates and silverware for our dinner tonight. Customer service was amazing!

The staff was great in the middle of a terrible snowstorm when they were inundated with people wanting to get off of the interstate for the evening. Thank you for working so hard to accommodate so many people at the last minute.

All very nice and clean and new. Two misses: my reserved room was not available when I arrived late after 9pm. Hotel rep upgraded me to king suite, it was nice. Secondly, I went to breakfast at 08:00 and there were hot trays all empty so I had some orange juice and got breakfast at a restaurant. Long trip, this caused a delayed start.

Be aware that there's nothing in the way of food outside of a few fast food franchises, so if you're a business traveler used to using delivery services, best to look for dining options on the way to the hotel.
