The hotel is new so it’s very nice. Very clean and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast. The pool area was great too! Laundry room came in handy as well. One of the best stays I have had in a while.

Shelby at the front desk was super nice when we checked in. She made sure we were happy with our room and that we had the sheets for the fold out couch since Covid does not the linens to be in the room anymore. On the morning of the check out the guy at the front desk was very nice as well I just didn’t catch his name. The indoor pool was actually warm enough to swim and enjoy. Our room was very clean. No complaints at all. Would absolutely recommend the Holiday Inn for anyone visiting Union City!

This is a relatively new hotel. The building is neat, organized, and beautiful. There is an indoor pool and gym. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, and so much more.

Young man at front desk was great. Room was very clean, everything you could want. Bed comfortable. Shower and bathroom toiletries were excellant. Nice excersize room and indoor pool. Even continental breakfast was better then most ive seen.

Very nice and clean. Keurig coffee makers and Dove shampoo and soap, in the rooms. Warm indoor swimming. Nice breakfast with bacon, sausage, and biscuits. It is right next to the Discovery Museum.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Right before we went out for the day we stopped at the desk to report that the toilet was stopped up. The woman at the desk was rude and condescending. As a matter of fact she said, "do you want a plunger or do i need to go do it for you?" Not only was the toilet not fixed before our return that night, the room was not touched by housekeeping. We made sure there was not a "do not disturb" sign on the door.

There was zero service during our 3 night stay, we had to go down every day and get towels, coffee, empty our own garbage, even pick up toilet paper when needed. I was disappointed in this especially at $160 per night. The staff was extremely nice, but the cleaning policy was below par.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to the "kids suite." This is the room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. The girls loved the bunk beds and having "their own room." It's a small space with a divider. I thought it was wonderful for me and an my 8 and 11 year old co-travelers. The people at the hotel were great, and we were basically in the shadow of Discovery Park which the kids also loved.

This is a great hotel property with all the amenities. We rented 3 rooms (with children) and they made sure we had adjoining rooms which was great. The indoor pool was a great bonus for us to help “entertain “ kids after a day at Discovery Park-it is right next door! The free breakfast had egg and cheese omelettes, bacon, biscuits and gravy and all kinds of sweet rolls and muffins as well as cereal. It was certainly a step above other hotels. The rooms are large and clean and very new. Best choice ever!

The view from our window was so pretty. We loved the corn fields. The bedding was so nice and soft. They even have bedding for the hide a bed in the couch. They have the bedding in a bag you can get from the front desk. It was very convenient. The breakfast area was so clean and food delicious. We will definitely be back.

The boys really enjoyed the indoor pool and their complimentary hot chocolate afterwards! They also loved having bunk beds in the room, with their own private tv area!

This is the best hotel property in Union City. The only thing I would change is more pressure in the showers, but a pretty minor tradeoff for all the other plusses.

The bathroom amenities were all inclusive and nice quality. I didn’t care for the layout of the room. There was only one bedside table between the two beds. There is also no ceiling fan to regulate temperature. We would cool the room down and then get cold and turn the temp up a couple degrees and instead of keeping the room at that temp it would immediately get hot. The foyer in the room was huge. That space could have been utilized more efficiently. All the essential components were great. I can always expect to find comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The included breakfast had something for everyone. Overall great stay.

Everyone was very nice, we left a pair of shorts on accident and they called within 1 hour of checking to let us know that we left something. They went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. My daughter got her hand slammed in the bathroom door and the front desk gave us the closet hospital ( didn’t need one) an ice pack and checked up on her later. They were so nice and offered us all kinds of help with our three children. Would stay here again!
