Don’t stay here if you want to rest at night! Worst Sleep Ever – Felt Like a Nightclub Was Right Above Our Room This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a nightclub that plays insanely loud music until around 4 or 5 in the morning, and it literally felt like it was right above our room. The walls and floor were vibrating from the bass — it was impossible to sleep even for a minute. I can’t believe the hotel rents out rooms knowing how unbearable the noise is. It’s unbelievable that a hotel would rent out rooms knowing guests can’t possibly rest. If you actually want to sleep, stay far, far away from this place.

There is a nightclub at the very top of this hotel which you need to be aware of and there was no mention of any gym/fitness facilities. The staff were very helpful though and responsive to any concerns/questions. 7/10

Hotel muy desastroso. Aunque estuve en una planta 5, el ruido del tranvía y de la calle era horroroso. El desayuno muy mediocre para el precio que cobran. No realizaron la limpieza de la habitación aduciendo que había un cartel de no molestar en la puerta de la habitación, cosa que no era cierta. Cuando se reclamó, ni caso. Imposible aparcar, obligatorio parking que hay que contratar fuera del hotel. La limpieza y el estado de conservación muy mejorable

We were excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was terrible. Upon arrival, we were told the bedding we requested wasn’t available. Instead of a queen bed, they gave us two beds pushed together and called it a king. They claimed it was an upgrade, but the AC in that room didn’t work. Parking was also advertised as available, but there was none—we had to park far away. When we complained and requested to cancel, they told us to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, and the staff lied, claiming they had a better room for us and that parking was available—both false. After much back and forth, they showed us the room we originally requested. It was finally a queen bed, but by then, the trust was gone. They also said they’d include breakfast due to the inconvenience, but the next morning we were told we had no breakfast included—after already serving ourselves. It was embarrassing. Javier from the front desk had promised otherwise. On top of it all, the shower in our final room was clogged and didn’t drain properly. This hotel has potential, but poor management, lack of training, and dishonesty ruined the experience. Guests deserve better.

A difficult review to write as I always try to see positives. Firstly the good, location wise this place is perfect, there that’s the positives covered. The roof terrace is in fact a nightclub that is open until 4am at the weekends and midnight the other nights, it is very popular and very very noisy. We were first allocated a room on the 5th floor the rooftop venue is on the seventh floor as we arrived on the Wednesday although disturbed by 1am things had calmed down little did we know what the weekend had in store. We came back from a day out on the Friday about 5pm and the hotel was already humming with noise we tried to retire at 11pm but the noise from drum and base music and revellers never let up and we finally fell asleep at 5.30 am. We then asked to be moved to a quieter room the reception staff did not seem surprised by our request but worryingly not concerned ether. We did have a better sleep the next night but worryingly access to the hotel floors is easily granted to the nightclub guests who use the passageways to conduct who knows what again disturbing sleep. This hotel claims to be four star, we have stayed in lots of four star hotels this is not four star. The rooms although spacious are basic and the amenities at this hotel non existent I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are attending the club upstairs when it will be perfect to roll back downstairs to your room.

Be under NO illusion, this is a party hotel, with rowdy guests, a nightclub ON THE ROOF until 4AM, a shared lift with the nightclub, no restriction from guests and non guests roaming the hotels corridors, falling out of the lift drunk or vomiting outside your room. Since our complaint, hotels.com have not reviewed their listing of this property, they don’t give a toss about their guests. We will be cancelling all our upcoming both personal and corporate booking with this company based on their inability to take action on this and not take our situation seriously. Awful stay, unbelievable response from hotels.com. For the property: Don’t attempt to run a nightclub and a hotel in the same venue. The two are not conducive to a good experience for either party. 4 Star, this isn’t. No real welcome from reception, to the hotel, the city or area. No invitation to book breakfast, no local recommendation for ANYTHING. No offer to use the gym, nor their nightclub, adjoining restaurant or bar. Got told the wrong floor for our room. Air conditioning was off and room sweaty and stinking of strong cleaning product on arrival. The fact that the hotel markets themselves as luxury is farsical. Dusty, covered in cigarette burns, tired and run down. This place and its furnishings has taken a hammering due to its clientele and partying ways.

The rooftop terrace bar is a separate business with its own entrance, which may make hotel photos appear misleading. On Saturday evening there was loud music from the terrace, although it was not audible in our fourth-floor room; higher floors may be affected more. Street noise is to be expected due to the central location and nearby tram lines. During Carnival, noise increased significantly, with a nearby bar playing loud music until 4am on our final night. With windows open, early-morning noise from people outside and cigarette smoke from staff smoking below was also noticeable. Night-time refuse collection added further disturbance. Overall: The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but we would not stay again. Rooms do not have balconies, and the rooftop bar is not part of the hotel. Das Hotel soll vier Sterne haben. Ist aber von vier Sternen weit entfernt. Real würde ich sagen: zwei Sterne. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist vom billigstem. Alles Ikea und dann noch runtergerockt. Löcher in der Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Die "Rooftop-Bar" mit Kakerlaken auf dem Boden. Die Bänke und Sessel verdreckt und kaputt. Nur im Eingangsbereich schaut alles schick aus. Ansonsten nur das billigste, und das ist auch bereits 10 Jahre alt- oder älter. Keine Empfehlung. Nie wieder!!

Las instalaciones y el equipamiento son modernos y están genial. El trato del personal es muy bueno, principalmente las personas que atienden el desayuno. La ubicación es muy buena. No le hemos dado la máxima nota ya que uno de los días se notaba que no habían limpiado bien el suelo cerca de la cama, si bien es cierto y justo decir que nos fuimos de la habitación ya tarde y seguramente le dieron prioridad al baño que siempres estaba perfecto.

Hotel idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre historique. Nous avons eu une chambre au 2ème étage , calme et très spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner a été délicieux et très varié. Le personnel très sympathique et souriant. Tout a été parfait!

Fand es sauber und ordentlich. An der einen oder anderen Stelle hat man gesehen, dass das Haus schon älter ist. Im Zimmer wäre Platz für einen Kleiderschrank, der gefehlt hat. Trotz Nähe zum Zentrum war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig.

La stanza molto spaziosa e con finestre grandi, tanta luce naturale. Il materasso non era dei migliori, dovrebbero cambiarlo. Bagno spazioso ma pochi posti dove mettere le cose, senza una finestra e col ventilatore non funzionante. La doccia enorme. La posizione perfetta del hotel è perfetta.

Todas las chicas son súper simpáticas, tanto las de recepción como las de limpieza. Nos facilitaron muchísimo la estancia. Fue nuestra segunda vez en el alojamiento y sin duda repetiremos.

Llegamos y había overbokking, aunque nos dijeron que el cliente de nuestra habitación estaba enfermo( nos mintieron). Nos pasaron a otro hotel ( AC marriiot) y nos dieron una habitación en la planta baja, que nos limpiaron a las 18 de la tarde . En definitiva , mal servicio , sin explicaciones de su error ni ningún tipo de compensación por las molestias

City centre and close to many cafes, restaurants and plazas. Easy check-in, exceptionally helpful staff. Room was huge and well furnished. I was here on business for 2 nights and would recommend.

Great central location. Friendly staff. Good facility.

Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again .

Stayed only for one night on a Monday. We had a room on the inside of the building, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Breakfast is nothing special but all and all just fine! Location is great within close range to the bus terminal and the city centre, just how we liked it.

Typical city hotel. Clean enough, everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast not so good. Hot food not very warm, coffee in machine was fine. Bar prices over the top. Very central for the old town tram right outside the hotel.

Centraal gelegen, ruime kamer, goedkoop en correct ontbijtbuffet.

Stayed only for one night on a Monday. We had a room on the inside of the building, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Breakfast is nothing special but all and all just fine! Location is great within close range to the bus terminal and the city centre, just how we liked it.

The place is centrally located and modern. The room is comfortable and they have a terrace for drinks, tapas and music. Will return if back to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
