We had a wonderful stay at Far East Village Hotel. It is located in a nice quiet area away from the Tokyo crowds but just a short walk to the Ariake-Tennis-o-Mori station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The check-in/check-out machines made everything simple and the staff was at hand to help with questions navigating the machine controls. Our stay was for 9 nights and enjoyed it. They offered supplies in the lobby - anything you might have forgotten to pack. The room was clean with extra touches like pajamas and slippers. We added the breakfast buffet to our reservation and truly recommend that. The food was fresh and delicious. A lot of restaurants do not open until 10 or 11 so having a breakfast buffet was great. There is also a 24 hour Lawsons nearby. The hotel also has washing machines/dryers available which we used. It was very helpful that the machines accepted IC card payments too. Vending machines were also available (using coins was easier on those). Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant.

Laundry was convenient but clothes didn’t dry even after adding 30 minutes to dry. The room was clean. AC was nice and quiet. Location close to Ariake Garden and bus stop was great.

チェックインを機械でやる方式なのとエレベーターで毎回カードをかざさないといけないのとコインランドリーがあるにもかかわらず台数が少なすぎてなかなか使えなかったことと朝食にほとんど和食（のおかず）がなかったことと客室にまともな机がなかった（幅の細い棚？みたいなのが机の代わり？）なのが残念でしたがそのほかは概ね満足です。バスユニットを含め客室は問題なくきれいでした。すぐ近くにショッピングモール（有明ガーデン、５階にレストラン街あり）があるのは大変便利ですし、有明アリーナに行く用事があればまた利用すると思います。

Não tivemos serviço de quarto. Os quartos não foram limpos. Ficamos hospedados por 3 noites e só deram novas toalhas, mas não limparam os quartos e nem trocaram lençóis. I used an air purifier because there was a lot of dust. I kept coughing. So I checked the air purifier filter and it was already full of dust, so I stopped using it. Don't look under your bed. You can see a lot of dust, so I think they probably don't use a vacuum cleaner. I also saw mold between the bathtub and the wall. It is an 'eco' style hotel. So after the first night's stay, only the towels were changed and the room was not cleaned. I hope the other rooms are okay.

大人3名幼児1名での宿泊。2人部屋にエキストラベッドで対応してもらった。が、キャリーバックを開封するスペースはゼロ。狭いの極め付けみたいになっていた。その場合予約時点でこんな感じになる旨の説明をして欲しいね。歩くスペースもままならない感じでした。また、ユニットバスに入る時に謎の段差があり、夜中トイレに起きたが段差につまづき、浴槽奥の壁に頭をぶつけ、おでこを負傷してしまった。手すりの方にぶつけてたら、もっと惨事になってたと思う。全体的には綺麗で、1人、2人であればまぁ良かったのかなと思う。

The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, but they are small with almost no counter space in bathroom, although there is a narrow counter/shelf near the door. No closet space, just a bar to hang your items. Staff is very pleasant and the food at the buffet is basic, but good. Did not like the location of the smoking room near the elevators. It smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and we have a child with a breathing issue. Overall, appropriate for the price compared to higher end hotels. The proximity to the mall and train station is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Compared to the other hotels we stayed in Tokyo in the same price range, this hotel is a clear winner. The lobby feels very welcoming and our (relatively) spacious room even comes with a nice view. The amenities are great. The only small issue we had was with their drink bar…we can’t stand the artificial flavored drinks and brunt coffee. Luckily there is a Lawson just around the corner. It’s also close to Ariake Tennis-No-Mori station and Ariake Garden. The surrounding area is great for scenic waterfront walks.

First of all, the view from the room window was exceptionally wonderful. I am very grateful for them to put me in that room (after staying in another hotel with no view). I stayed a week, and felt comfortable and safe there. The location is very good, you can go anywhere using public transportations. Also, you can enjoy walking in the neighbourhood. There is a big shopping area a few blocks away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The day of check out my car service wasn't going to pick me up for a couple of hours and the staff took care of my luggage so I could do some shopping nearby. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to stay in the Ariake area. If I ever am fortunate enough to visit Tokyo again I will certainly stay at this hotel.

Everything is good except: During checkout, I asked if the hotel can keep one piece of my luggage for one day. But the front desk said they can only hold it for the same day, not overnight. Even if I am willing to pay them, they still don't accept it. Most hotels in Tokyo have such service for free. So be aware if you run into such situation.

有明アリーナでのコンサート参加のために宿泊を予約しました。ところがチェックインの時間に行ったところ、すでに長い行列がホテルの外まで伸びており、コンサートが始まる前にはチェックインできるような状態ではありませんでした。大きなコンサートがある日はチェックインの時間を早めるとか窓口のスタッフを増やすなどの対応をするべきなのではないでしょうか？さらにやっとチェックインの順番になったのに、支払いがタッチ決済に対応しておらず、そこでもトラブルになりました。外国人も多いこのエリアでタッチ決済ができないのはいかがなものでしょうか？館内の自動販売機も500円玉もカードも使えず、わざわざ両替をしに行かねばならずとても不便でした。明日の朝の食事は、見たところダイニングルームがすごく狭そうでしたので、どんな混雑になるのか心配です。ちゃんと朝ごはんが食べられるのかしら。

If you’re looking for a clean space to have refuge in after spending all day in central Tokyo - this is it!! Self check-in and out is easy; all the conveniences of a train line OR a bus line to Tokyo station in 20 mins! Probably would not stay here if you like to have refuge throughout the day. It’s a bit out of the way.

Beautiful hotel! The staff were very friendly and were all quite fluent in english making communication after a long day of activities and commuting a lot easier haha. I loved the view from our room, the walk to the station was really quick and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would gladly book to stay here again!

朝食を予約していて、10時までだったので9時位に行ったら、楽しみにしていたお粥が無く、また新たにもってきてくれるかなぁと待ってたけど、来なかったので残念でした。卵料理が無かったのも寂しかったです。そこの以外は快適でした！
