立地もよく近くにスーパーとコンビニがありアウトレットに近く機動性は良いただ車が多いと第２駐車場に回され、少し歩かないといけないといけないのが残念、ただそれほど遠くは無い。

大浴場があるので朝晩と利用させてもらいましたが朝6時半に行ったのに床がとっても汚くて髪の毛落ちまくりでした。前の夜から掃除してなかったのでは？とっても残念です。

Good experience except in room sound proofing, I can hear people taking shower at other room and people walking from upstairs. Otherwise everything is good. Make sure to visit their Mt Fuji observation deck at 4th floor. And free shuttle bus to Gotemba outlet is located 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Walk to Gotemba station is around 15 minutes. Finally, there is Uniqlo, MaxValu Supermarket and Daiso right across the street.

お風呂が生乾きの臭いがキツかった。見た目新しく清潔に見えるけど臭い対策が不十分。結露がすごくてカーテンがカビていた。クッションも臭かった。夕飯で食事(飲酒する)に出る為、タクシーをお願いしたがタクシーがないということで自分達の車で行くしかなく調べて運転代行サービスを利用。不便。

枕元近くに冷蔵庫があるので、冷蔵庫の騒音で眠りずらかった。知らなかったので、チェックアウトの時に受付の人にクレームをあげた際、知らされた。早目にわかっていたら、冷蔵庫を切るという事ができた。騒音のことを言った時にすぐに冷蔵庫と言われることは、私だけのクレームではない様に思われる。

仕方がないが　部屋をでる度に電源が切れエアコンも切れるので部屋が暑くなる。枕が固く厚みがありすぎます。柔らかく薄いのが好みなのでバスタオルを折り畳んで使いました。朝新鮮な空気を入れようと思いましたが窓が開かず残念でした。

Hotel is clean and rooms are good. Bathroom size is outrageous!!! It is so small, the smallest I have ever seen in Japan. Breakfast is basic, the curry is disgusting! Other than that, Hotel is fine.

チェックイン15時と聞いて10分前からロビーで待機していたが、スタッフが現れたのは15時06分。着いたとき電気も消えていて暗い雰囲気、お客を迎え入れる雰囲気全く無い。色々なホテルに宿泊したが、こんなホテルは初めて。

ハードウエアが良いが、スタッフの対応がマジで最低。子連れで、夜9時過ぎのチェックインだが、事前に遅くなる旨をホテルに連絡し、チェックイン時にたまたまホテル自前の駐車場に障害者専用スペースしか無く、我々のあとにチェックインする人が居なかったら、余った障害者専用駐車スペースは使えないかと聞くと、障害者手帳を持っているのかと聞かれ、そこに停めたいという意味で無く、客の立場に立ち、子連れの人なら、あとからチェックインする人が居ないのなら、上司に確認するなりして、病院じゃあるまいし、余った駐車スペースがあるのなら、停めてあげる事ができるかどうかの配慮(確認)をしてくれる事を期待していたが、過度の期待である事が分かり、言い換えてきた態度と言葉遣いにはすごくイラッとし、サービス業なんだから、ロボットのようなルーティンワークとしか思えないから、何度かリピートして宿泊していたが、こういうスタッフがいるホテルにはもう二度とごめんだなぁ。

I stayed there twice while in Japan. On the second visit I traveled with my Uncle who is wheelchair bound. The staff was exceptional and ensured that we had the accessable room.The staff was very kind and professional and most accomodating. Breakfast was delightful and the view of Mt. Fuji was a lovely bonus.

I have stayed before and it is a nice hotel, pleasant staff, very clean and room is standard. I was a little disappointed that they would not accommodate a couple of very simple requests prior to check-in citing standard rules. It would be nice if they tried to go a little higher with their standards of customer service. However, I do recommend the hotel and the staff performed their jobs fully without issue.

Good experience except in room sound proofing, I can hear people taking shower at other room and people walking from upstairs. Otherwise everything is good. 朝ごはんビュッフェのおかず皿が空のまま追加がなかなかされていなかった。種類も少なく、牛乳もなかった。シリアル用のみ牛乳は用意されていた。飲み物も種類が少なかった。トースターはパンがなかなか温まらなかったため冷たいままたべた。朝ビュッフェは1,000円以内なので種類が少ないのは仕方ないのかもしれないが、がっかりした。施設はとても綺麗で掃除が届いていた。女風呂は番号ロックが入り口についていてよかった。

御殿場周辺での仕事のため利用しました。コスパで考えると、非常に満足できるホテルでした。ホテルの徒歩圏内にレストラン等が少ないため、無料サービスの夜泣きうどんは非常にありがたかったです。また、24時まで利用できるウェルカムドリンク(コーヒー)やお風呂上がりの無料アイスサービスも嬉しかったです。お風呂は大きくありませんが、アメニティーも揃っており、お風呂の温度もちょうどよく、シャワーの圧も強く非常に快適でした。また近くで仕事がある場合は利用させていただきたいと思います。

Stayed there for a night to shop at Gotemba. The view of MT FUJI was super awesome if the sky are clear. Nothing much to ask for since it was just a night stay. What I thought should have improve is the availability of water dispenser. Water and tea will be close at a specific time which I feel can be improve. The amenities in the onsen room should also provide a facial cleanser/toner if possible,

We just needed a room to stay overnight to go shopping at the premium outlet and found a place with reasonable price. The room is a good size, and is clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that they have a public hot bath too.
