A very quaint and retreat like hotel property. Loved all the encouraging words displayed throughout the property and the accommodating staff. Wish pool was heated though as the hot tub was small and the larger main pool was cold water. Breakfast is ok if included with room and by request laundry services can also be performed.

Rooms were spacious, a/c was excellent. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Wifi was terrible and dropped the signal constantly. Parking is a nightmare on the weekends.

My overall experience is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. All that I requested were attended to right away. My family enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast were excellent on all 3 days that we stayed there. I just wish there's a microwave oven in each room.

Visit for family wedding- this was listed as 3 star and that fits - staff were very friendly and helpful- apart frm saying they had no pizza when they did - cud be language issue - pool area very clean and great for kids - spa and massage very good - comfortable stay

Hotel is potentially great but unfortunately a few things were broken such as the safe, phone etc and the water was sometimes cold. There was also a smell of sewage. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was freezing cold. Reception cited maintenance issues but they were fobbing me off. I asked to speak to the manager every day about these issues but I was told they are unavailable. On the last night I got upgrated to a bigger room but I feel that I didn’t get value for money and the manager failed to address or even speak to me about my concerns. Otherwise the room was nice & clean and the breakfast buffet was simple but pleasant. Lots of crew available who are pleasant but they were unable to do anything regarding numerous issues.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the only negative was the wifi. It wasn't there fault though. They told me there was an incident out of their control that affected the wifi and was being handled by the service provider; however, the wifi in my room was very weak not sure if it was the issue but ill accept them at their word. Very close to Ayala. Very clean, staff answered calls for service very fast. Breakfast buffet was good and very tasty with great filipino foods.

OK,First the Safe was broken, later the Hairdryer.the linens are Grey and extreamly used,Bf Had Not even a knife available finally at 7 am the constuction nexte to our room begann and waked all up.internet IS extreamly slow If IT works at all
