El hotel está ubicado en el mejor punto de la isla para ver la puesta del sol. Las instalaciones están muy bien y el buffet de la cena y el desayuno muy variado y bien cocinado.

Un apartamento cómodo con una pequeña terraza dentro de un recinto muy acogedor. La piscina espectacular, camas balinesas gratuitas y, lo más espectacular, poder ver la puesta de sol desde una de ellas. Muy recomendable.

Il punto forte è sono la posizione, le piscine e il locale eolo. Arredi da rifare, pulizia inesistente,asciugamani a volte dimenticati, DA RIFARE L IMPIANTO DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA!! Nelle camere è solo un ventilatore che crea aria umida (sudare in stanza in un hotel 4 stelle è inaccettabile! avevo vestiti in camera completamente bagnati) invivibile la stanza! ben diversa la situazione in reception che gode di un moderno split! Ristorante interrato a buffet senza rispetto di norme igieniche. Al. Mattino la colazione dalle 8 penalizza gli ospiti che per qualche motivo devono uscire prima! Solitamente negli hotel si inizia almeno alle 7.30

Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel.

La location è fantastica! Le tre piscine sono una manna dal cielo soprattutto al tramonto. I tramonti sono spettacolari una location veramente unica! La colazione è varia e abbondante, puoi farti anche i panini per il pranzo a sacco. La cena anche varia, non è una roba eccezionale come cena, ma c’è molta scelta e riesci a saziarti. Importante recarsi a colazione e cena quanto prima. Se si va tardi si trova poco e freddo.

Hotel muy funcional. Piscina con vistas , aunque cierra MUY pronto. El servicio del bar de la piscina muy amable. La limpieza de la habitacion correcto. Las habitaciones son grandes y con terraza. La entrega de la hanitacion, cumplio los tiempos establecidos de entrega hasta las 15, a pesar de haber hecho el checkin a les 10 i de avisar a las 1330 que una persona del grupo habia tenido insolacion. Manteniminento habitaciones justo pero acceptable. La TV no funcinaba, se arreglo, una Luz parladeaba y no se arreglo en los 3 dias. Banyera con reparacion de golpe, nevera con frontal desgastado.

No muy bien , para ser un 4 estrellas esta muy mal cuidado , la habitación había paredes en mal estado y el nivel de limpieza era otro horroroso. En cima al entrar en la habitación encontramos la chica de la limpieza hablando por teléfono dentro y todo en general, a parte la cama , daba la impresión de no haber sido limpiado. El suelo con cabellos , la bañera en muy mal estado ect . Además pedimos una vista mar y en las fotos la habitación era en el primer piso con un balconcito muy bonito y al final nos dieron una planta baja

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas en absoluto. Las paredes están llenas de humedad, en mi caso era un bajo. La limpieza pésima, había arañas en las esquinas, pelos por todas partes. El baño viejo y sucio, de óxido. Bañera con cortina de ducha con marcas de óxido… Lo único bueno era el exterior, la zona de piscinas y tumbonas, y en cuanto al desayuno y la cena tampoco había queja.

4 nuits dans cet hôtel trop loin de Ciutadella de Menorca pour espérer y aller à pieds tous les jours. (Voiture ou bus). À flan de falaises, le décor est brut mais très beau : mer et falaises. le Pont en Gil est accessible en 4 minutes à pieds. Petit déjeuner très complet. Propreté impeccable. Par contre les piscines sont exposées aux 4 vents et n’attirent personne. Grosse tempête subie le premier soir, garer sa voiture dans la rue devant était risqué à cause du vent qui a déplacé les bennes à ordures. Logements bien insonorisé. Wi fi un peu faible et choix de chaînes télé limité.

Hotel in posizione panoramica e poco distante da Ciutadella, necessario avere la macchina per muoversi. Pulizia e stanze molto belle, non perfetto l'isolamento acustico tra le varie stanze ma accettabile. Nota a parte merita il ristorante, abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione. Colazione e Cena non all'altezza delle 4stelle, cibo molto vario ma alcune pietanze non erano fresche e di qualitá discutibile.

The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful.

Two star plus at best Very spacious rooms, friendly staff and lovely views. Rooms need maintenance and air conditioning was poor. Good very average. Staff appeared stretched, too busy to ask for help. We did contact Hotels.com to request a relocation after the first night but no response was received.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location however, the room is lacking basic facilities like the kettle and the air conditioning on the first night was broken and I had to change the room on the second day. The food and a halfboard is average or even below. The chef is running out of the main items fast. There is no proper marking for allergens. I would see this dinner to have a potential to increase the quality of the serving in the food also the staff is quite noisy. When I remove the plates it’s way too loud.

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich die kleine Küchenzeile im Appartement war in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank hatte einige Mängel. Doch die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse hat uns entschädigt.

Die Lage der Anlage ist unersetzlich. Gute Betten, schöne, grosszügige Appartments. Der Speisesaal hat Kantine karakter und der Buffet nachschub ist schleppend. Mietwagen empfehlenswert.

Hotel in posizione panoramica e poco distante da Ciutadella, necessario avere la macchina per muoversi. Pulizia e stanze molto belle, non perfetto l'isolamento acustico tra le varie stanze ma accettabile. Nota a parte merita il ristorante, abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione. Hotel muy funcional. Piscina con vistas , aunque cierra MUY pronto. El servicio del bar de la piscina muy amable. La limpieza de la habitacion correcto. Las habitaciones son grandes y con terraza. La entrega de la hanitacion, cumplio los tiempos establecidos de entrega hasta las 15, a pesar de haber hecho el checkin a les 10 i de avisar a las 1330 que una persona del grupo habia tenido insolacion. Manteniminento habitaciones justo pero acceptable. La TV no funcinaba, se arreglo, una Luz parladeaba y no se arreglo en los 3 dias. Banyera con reparacion de golpe, nevera con frontal desgastado.

Apartments were pretty basic, they advertised it with a kitchen, but there is little to no utensils in there, so you won't be able to cook much unless your bring your own. There was not even a kettle available, no sponge nor dish soap. My room was next to what seemed to be a generator, so loud continuous sound on until 10 pm. Breakfast was average, orange juice is NOT the standard you'd expect from a 4 stars, some of the food did not look nor taste very fresh. Staff was friendly, pool enjoyable. Overall it can be good for 1 or 2 nights if you get yourself a room with ocean view, otherwise I would not recommend.

Two star plus at best Very spacious rooms, friendly staff and lovely views. Rooms need maintenance and air conditioning was poor. Good very average. Staff appeared stretched, too busy to ask for help. We did contact Hotels.com to request a relocation after the first night but no response was received.

I stayed 5 nights at SeaClub Menorca and although it is in the west of the island, it is very well located as it is only ten minutes from Ciutadella. This hotel has the best sunsets in the whole island, people came every night from other parts of the island to view the amazing sunset. In terms of personal service, all the staff at Sea Club Menorca exceeded my expectations. Everyone was remarkably professional and helped me with my needs every single time. The food for the buffet is abundant and diverse. The restaurant staff was cordial and friendly, making me feel like at home. Overall I am extremely pleased with this hotel and absolutely recommend it. Thank you Sea Club Menorca staff!!!

O lugar é lindo, com uma vista incrível! Os quartos sao apart-hotel e possuem otima estrutura. A equipe é muito simpática, com destaque para o recepcionista José que nos deu várias dicas e ainda solicitou um lanchinho para viagem pois precisamos sair muito cedo, antes mesmo do horário do café. Wifi funciona muito bem! Restaurante com boas opções (pegamos meia pensão)

The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful.

4 nuits dans cet hôtel trop loin de Ciutadella de Menorca pour espérer y aller à pieds tous les jours. (Voiture ou bus). À flan de falaises, le décor est brut mais très beau : mer et falaises. le Pont en Gil est accessible en 4 minutes à pieds. Petit déjeuner très complet. Propreté impeccable. Par contre les piscines sont exposées aux 4 vents et n’attirent personne. Grosse tempête subie le premier soir, garer sa voiture dans la rue devant était risqué à cause du vent qui a déplacé les bennes à ordures. Logements bien insonorisé. Wi fi un peu faible et choix de chaînes télé limité.

Importante recarsi a colazione e cena quanto prima. Se si va tardi si trova poco e freddo.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location however, the room is lacking basic facilities like the kettle and the air conditioning on the first night was broken and I had to change the room on the second day. The food and a halfboard is average or even below. The chef is running out of the main items fast. There is no proper marking for allergens. I would see this dinner to have a potential to increase the quality of the serving in the food also the staff is quite noisy. When I remove the plates it’s way too loud.

L'appartement est super, grand et très propre, le service impeccable. Mais le BRUIT est insupportable. Aucune isolation , on est dans une petite maison de 4 appartements, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les 3 autres appartements ainsi que la maison voisine, les déplacements de meubles,les conversations, les télés.. et sous notre fenêtre chaque matin, le personnel qui prend son service à 7h qui parle à très haute voix les sorties de poubelle... Le pompon, le camion d'approvisionnement de l'hôtel qui reste en marche de 7 à 8 h juste sous notre fenêtre. Le bruit est également présent dans la salle de cantine ( pas restaurant, la nourriture n'est pas du tout au niveau) où le personnel déplace des chariots de vaisselle et range les couverts en les jetant littéralement dans les bacs.

Amazing place. Staff are so lovely, the hotel room was clean and the views are lovely. The pools were well maintained as well. Very much enjoyed my stay

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Seems ideal for families with easy pool access. Note the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. Clouds foiled our sunset mission but this hotel is in an ideal location for sunset. Easy walk to super market with enough general food items.

Two star plus at best Very spacious rooms, friendly staff and lovely views. Rooms need maintenance and air conditioning was poor. Good very average. Staff appeared stretched, too busy to ask for help. We did contact Hotels.com to request a relocation after the first night but no response was received.
