Staff were lovely & rooms were very clean. Room size was quite small which made it tricky with three people and large suitcases to move comfortably. Laundry was great to have, could possibly use more machines as it was hard to find the machines free for use. Location was fantastic, just down the road from Tsukiji fish markets and a short walk from multiple konbinis and public transport. Would stay again!

Breakfast was included but it was limited to three sandwiches. You can’t take anything else. When I asked instead of the sandwich give me something else the answer was that only this choice and practically no variations. Very strange. Looks like the hotel was trying to save a few dollars. But food is cheap everywhere in Tokyo.

Enjoyed our stay here, super clean and great location. Loved the coffee/tea bar by the reception and also loved that the toilet and shower were separate and had a sliding door to split the rooms and washroom.Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is walkable to Tsukiji Market and Ginza shopping district. Also a 5-7 minute walk from various metro stations so getting around Tokyo is easy but I would recommend getting an IC card since you will need to ride the train a lot. Very quiet and walking back at night felt safe. The hotel also offers breakfast which is great since other than convinience stores there are limited options in the area that are open before 9 or 10. The laundry machine did wash but not dry very well but I just hung up everything overnight to finish drying.

Rooms are very small. Couldn't get more than a trickle of water out of the sink, even after I complained twice. Coffee is only availableat breakfast and from 2 PM to midnight in the lobby. Only tea is available in the room. For a room cost of over $150/night, they should provide individual instant coffee.packs

This is a great hotel, close to the Higashi-Ginza station. From here it's pretty easy to transfer and move around Tokyo rather easily with the subway system. The room was a little small, as it had 3 twin beds in it. As far as amenities the hotel was great. An amazing Japanese buffet type breakfast was offered. They had hair clips, hair ties, shaving cream, razors and other items available in the lobby. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel.

Loved everything at Vista Tokyo Tsukiji and definitely recommend. Im a single female and felt very comfortable going formy morning walk at 5:30am in that neighborhood and the Outer Market ( Fish Market) starts opening then for early eaters and theres a 7Eleven a few blocks away thats 24 hrs for great coffee. ( I do wish the hotel had coffee early , but the hotel breakfast is pretty good and opens at 7:30 and in the afternoons they open a machine w coffee and tea in lobby thats free. Overall the room was super clean- like it was new and had a nice large window that you can open for fresh air. Also the AC that you can control works great. The shower temp and pressure are awesome. Staff were all very polite - the ladies that work the breakfast are super sweet!

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Cafe/breakfast was very good. Room and hotel as a whole was very clean and immaculate and a high end 3* hotel. What a great place for my first night in Japan. Very comfortable single bed, short but deep bathtub, good shower, good air conditioning, a little desk, and above all so very quiet! The soundproofing must be excellent because I didn't hear anything of my neighbours. Neat little room, spotlessly clean. Free tea in the lobby and a kettle on the room. Excellent location, easy to get to Tsukiji market for breakfast. I foolishly also booked breakfast at the hotel so I checked that out too and it was pretty good!

The hotel is at excellent location, close to Tsukiji market and easy walk to Ginza. Subway station is close by. The room was very clean and comfortable but rather small (my 6'3'' son found it hard to move around and to fit in the bathroom :)

We stayed in June & it was super hot in our room. The air conditioner didn’t work. We had to keep our door open to cool the room down. Rooms are very small. Only room to open 1 luggage. Positives: Close to Tsukiji market, train, excellent water pressure in shower, some front desk staff are helpful & has laundry machines but can be hard to secure.

3人で泊まりましたが、ベッドが他のホテルと違って腰が痛いことも無く、大変快適でした。 静かでシックなところや、お風呂や洗面台も別になってるトイレも大変良かったです。凄く快適に過ごせました。また利用したいです。

Perfect location for moving through Tokyo. We were in a family room (3 twins) so it felt cramped but by our own doing. First shower room I had seen in Japan (no shower curtain and drain on floor) no biggie but just different. A good stay for sure.

Should have coffee/tea facilities in the room. Goind down to the ground floor for each cup is inconvenient. Also, the Vegan/Vegetarian range is very limited and the options are not clearly labelled, so we didn't know which options are suitable for vegetarians.

I spend a great deal of time in hotels around the world and I have never been asked to extra to check in 90 min early. The staff was cold and unwilling to even consider waving the fee. The room was advertised as being able to sleep three people but really what it was was a two-person room that they had jammed a third bed in between the other two. The room was incredibly cramped and I would never stay here again.

The room was tiny with 3 beds. There was no place to put the luggage. There was an end table taking up space so we ended up having to put the small end table on the small couch in the room along with our luggage for the night. The breakfast was good, but i do not recommend the 3 bedroom rooms.

Great hotel. We enjoyed staying here for three nights. Very close to Tsukiji fish market and GINZA area. The Room was clean and spacious. I was impressed with many non Japanese staff who speaks Japanese fluently. Well trained. However it was disappointed that one Japanese lady was unfriendly while in the check in process. No smiling and her explanation was not clear. Other than that, it was great hotel.

The building seems bit outdated. The room is very small and the bathroom has very low ceiling. They don’t clean your room less than every 3 night for “sustainability” but the provide new towels everyday- which it’s very contradictory. Breakfast is poor, I didn’t even bother the last morning. Desk team useless. At check in I was told my stay was 2 nights only but in reality it was 3. On my last night, I didn’t sleep at all because someone within the same floor was talking very loud few doors down on the hallway and within their room. Contacted reception every 15 minutes do something about it. They did nothing

Check in process was easy and the staff spoke english as well. A good walking distance to the shopping strips. They do offer luggage delivery to hotels. There were new towels everyday which was amazing! And the best part was that the tsukiji fish market was just down the street from the hotel!

Staff unresponsive. Had to ask for everything. Toilet paper ran out and was not automatically filled. Tried to charge for early check in, even though only half hour before. Other than towel change no room maintenance, not mentioned in booking information. Never again.

Super close to Tsukiji market which was great, and within easy walking distance of many train stations so easy to get around the city! The staff were very helpful as well.

This hotel is walkable to Tsukiji Market and Ginza shopping district. Also a 5-7 minute walk from various metro stations so getting around Tokyo is easy but I would recommend getting an IC card since you will need to ride the train a lot. Very quiet and walking back at night felt safe. The hotel also offers breakfast which is great since other than convinience stores there are limited options in the area that are open before 9 or 10. The laundry machine did wash but not dry very well but I just hung up everything overnight to finish drying.

It took about 225 steps from hotel entrance to Tsukiji Market stoplight. Went at 8am to avoid the crowds. Most vendors are closed around 3pm. Sign for HOTEL does not stand out, our taxi driver drove past since no parking available in front. We enjoyed our stay there, Ginza took about 15 minutes to walk while Shimbashi was 20 minutes.

I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel with my 2 teens. We enjoyed the very convenient, affordable and quiet location - less than a 5 minute walk to Tskiji Fish Market, the ritzy Ginza shopping area and 2 subway stations. The front desk staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with tasty Japanese items (Ramen for breakfast!) and western options.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from Tsukiji Fish Market, and 5 minutes to subway stations. All the shopping and eateries in Ginza were between a 10-15 minute walk. Room was perfect for a solo traveler with a comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo.

Breakfast was included but it was limited to three sandwiches. You can’t take anything else. When I asked instead of the sandwich give me something else the answer was that only this choice and practically no variations. Very strange. Looks like the hotel was trying to save a few dollars. But food is cheap everywhere in Tokyo.

This is a great hotel, close to the Higashi-Ginza station. From here it's pretty easy to transfer and move around Tokyo rather easily with the subway system. The room was a little small, as it had 3 twin beds in it. As far as amenities the hotel was great. An amazing Japanese buffet type breakfast was offered. They had hair clips, hair ties, shaving cream, razors and other items available in the lobby. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel.

Our stay was great. I specifically really liked the bathroom layout as it felt like an efficient use of a small space. I wish the nightstand/counter space by the bed was a little bigger as we could not fit much on there. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was amazing. I would stay here again.

Staff unresponsive. Had to ask for everything. Toilet paper ran out and was not automatically filled. Tried to charge for early check in, even though only half hour before. Other than towel change no room maintenance, not mentioned in booking information. Never again.
