Aalesund City Apartment

Gillade lägenheten i stort. Bra läge och Härlig uteplats på baksidan. Det som var mindre bra i den lägenheten vi bodde i var sängen som var lite för smal för två personer. Eftersom vi bodde högst upp blev det fyra trappor utan hiss vilket inte stod någonstans. Äldre kan ha lite svårt att ta sig upp med packning.

A nice studio apartment in close vicinity of the ferry pier. Clean room with very oversized shower and tiny toilet closet! Private balcony with chairs and flowers.

Appartement neuf. Équipement neuf et tres fonctionnel, terrasse privative roof top,propreté, lit très confortable, salle de bain propre ,machine à laver dans l appartement...il manquait juste un étendoir. Vue sur la rue...c un détail. Proximité avec les commerces, restaurants et autres. Pas d embouteillage....en bref abordable et tres bien...et l arrivée, un code pour l entrée et la chambre.simple et ultra rapide. Une très bonne surprise.je recommande. Il manque juste un choix de programme tv en anglais...sinon tout était parfait..

The picture of the property is not the property. It is the building across the street. Very misleading. I specifically said no sofa bed.and i got a sofa bed. The street parking was horrendous and expensive. Luckily there is a parking garage down the street and once i figured put how to pay, it was convenient but expensive. The shower was a separate room and very large. Then you had to walk to another room for the sink and toilet which was tiny. The apartment was in a pretty good location, was clean and had a great rooftop deck. The price was great, I just wish it wasn't so misleading

Easiest check in with codes sent to your phone or email. Internet was good, streaming and casting from phone to TV. The fact that there was a washer and dryer was a blessing, you can only do small loads, but I'll take anything when traveling with a small child. Kitchen was well stocked and all in all so comfortable and cozy. The location is so central and one block from the main shopping strip and restaurants nearby. Parking was fine, there's a garage around the corner by the Pub (Smutthullet) or you can park on the street from 4pm to 8am for free.

I do not recommend this. There is very little literature regarding managing the flat, no direct online contact method or listed emergency number. This was problematic when on arrival the wifi did not work. I found a number for the property on google maps, calling the number I was told to call a different number, even though I pointed out that the call for me is international and expensive, the person on the other end did not offer to call on my behalf or call me back. No help for the wifi was given, which I had to solve by switching off the property electricity via the main swicthboard in order to get the wifi restarted. Room is small, wardrobe is in the kitchen. Although check out is at 11, cleaning statff started knocking on the door from 1030 and insisted on "checking the apartment".

깨끗하고 모든 시설이 있는 아주 만족한 숙소 입니다. 세탁기 오븐 식기세척기 등 있으며 마켓 전방대가 가깝게 있습니다.

Location excellent. Modern clean and everything we needed. We enjoyed the roof top deck with a view of the city. If we return I would get a larger room with access to both sides of the bed Highly recommend

Very centrally located. The apartment heater is centrally controlled and not able to turn up the heat in the cold weather.

Grei løsning med to soverom og stue/kjøkken. Men skittent / gammelt gulv. «Åpent» tak, så man såg rør og annet. Ikke pent. En del bråk fra korridorer/yttergang på kvelden. Om du vil ha utsikt er ikke dette stedet

Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt i leiligheten vi bodde i! Veldig god kommunikasjon med eier, fikk svar med en gang hvis det var noe😁 Komplett kjøkken med alt man måtte trenge😁 savnet en saks og en tørr mopp eller kost og støv brett. Sengene va veldig gode! Eneste vi reagerte litt negativt på var urinlukt på badet. Også savnet vi et gulvteppe, det va ganske gulvkaldt der. Men gikk bedre med et par ullsokker! Men alt i alt, veldig fornøyd 😊 skal ikke se bort ifra en ny booking her når vi skal tilbake.

Super leilighet, men vi måtte vente over en time på at leiligheten skulle vaskes når vi ankom. Utenom det har vi ingenting å utsette. Enkel og komfortabel måte å overnatte på! Fin leilighet med komfortable senger og god standard.

We had the worst experience at this property with partying happening like it was a disco all night. There was a graduation party and people kept coming in through the night. Played loud music and threw beer cans and pizza slices on stairs. Thet kept banging on our door and i was scared for my safety.I could post pictures of how dirty and unsafe the stairs were in the morning if expedia allowed photos.

Won’t stay here again. No elevator. Super tiny room. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Had a glass door in the bedroom that opened to someone’s private staircase and front door.

Small but pleasant and functional apartment in a very central location. Great to have direct access to an outdoor seating area.

Very comfortable, first floor apt, amazing location - walkable to alesund harbor., shops, restaurants, aksla viewpoint, grocery store . parking on street in front of apt was surprisingly very easy to find . Wifi was weak-needs to be improved. But overall we had an amazing sray

Sjarmerende bitte liten leilighet. Ett rom med dobbeltseng, minikjøkken og et lite bord pluss moderne baderom.

Liten trang leilighet, men helt ok til den prisen.

Leilighet sentralt i Ålesund. Leiligheten var veldig mye mindre enn det som framkom på bildene. Den såkalte dobbeltsengen var smal og ikke egnet for to. Det var festing som pågikk natterstid hos øvrige som leide der.

In our 2 wonderful week's time in Norway, this was by far the worst stay experience. We booked for 3 guests, specifically for the washer/dryer amenity as we knew we'd need to do a load of laundry for the remainder of our trip, and the place and location looked nice. Expedia's description states that an email would be sent 24 hours prior to self check-in. The apartments messaged right after booking, stating they would send an email with check-in instructions within 1 hour prior to check-in. We did NOT receive any email within the hour prior to check-in, nor at any time, with check-in instructions. We stood on the street corner, after the stated check-in time, messaging the hotel - which we received no response, then contacting Expedia for support. Since it took some time, we walked to a nearby cafe with all our luggage . Expedia was able to reach the apartments, and they said they had text us the access code to the apartments, but I NEVER received any text from them. I don't understand why they didn't email the instructions as they said they would. Very, very frustrating. We finally received a message from the hotel via Expedia with access code about 45 minutes after check-in time. We dropped off our bags in a hurry so we could explore Alesund, returning late in the evening. By then we realized there was no laundry soap, no directions on how to use the washer/dryer combo, no extra blanket, pillow, and towel for my child. Completely ruined our Alesund experience.

The location is great but it i difficult to communicate with the management. Also no receipt was provided for the stay, which I need for expenses report.

The place is small but excellent location. The significant negative was the communication- that was not existing- contact via Expedia and no answers what so ever. Moreover their website got hacked and we were constantly getting messages and emails that we need to pay- apparently spams - but when co ta ting the property - no answer.

Veldig enkelt å komme inn.

This was a great location. It’s close to everything and the staff is great. They let us check in early and check out late last minute. They were so accommodating to us and our little kids. Highly recommend this place.

Location is perfect, minutes from the harbor, a few minutes to the hike to Akalsa mountains. Great for families.

This apartment building is close to city center and walkable to many attractions. Room are clean and modern. I booked two 2-bed apartments and both were great. Parking is one block away in a garage which is not too bad. The apartment communicated with me very easily for late check-in. Everything is smooth.

Vi var svært godt fornøyd med dette leilighetshotellet. Store fine rom, lekkert og minimalistisk. Fine uteområder på baksiden. Veldig sentralt plassert, men i en rolig gate. Er jeg i Ålesund, så kommer jeg tilbake hit.

Great for one night stay in Alesund - not too far from the center : 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to airport !

Leligheten lå veldig sentralt. Totalrenovert bygg med veldig bra terrasse på baksiden. leiligheten var innbydende, ren og nyoppusset. Det eneste som får minus er at det blir litt dyrt for en ubemannet leilighet og uten inkludert frokost. Sånn sett er hotell bedre valuta for pengene
