Relaxing Private Country Escape with Hot Tub

A very pleasant, roomy and quiet location near Knock Shrine and accessible to roads and highways to get to other sites. Quite good for families to enjoy the quiet countryside.

Situated high above a rural road surrounded by green fields with views and a breeze. We had one couple and four single travelers in our group each with our own bedroom. Home base while visiting for a Irish & American family reunion. The kitchen was a central gathering for breakfast, tea or cocktails. Americans who drink 16oz morning coffee would have liked a large drip coffee maker.

This was a beautiful spot in the country. The home was absolutely lovely and the attention to small details made us feel so welcome and special. Claire the host was helpful with our many questions before we arrived and upon our arrival. You do need a car to get around in the area. It was a nice place to unwind after a good week of touring Ireland. I would highly recommend Errit House to all. Claire, great job, you have a wonderful place!

The property was very nice, there was enough room for all of us. Claire and Seamus we very helpful. Everyone enjoyed themselves. 😊

The house was well laid out with 5 bedrooms with just the right combination of beds to fit all our party in. A main family lounge and the separate childrens lounge worked well with smart TVs in each lounge. Wifi in the house helpe with the older children as well. Giant jenga was a big hit. The hot tub was great and the robes and slippers our host provided were that extra bit of luxury. The house was in a great spot, out in the country but close enough to several towns for shopping and dining out. Our hosts recommended places to eat out, walks around the lakes and other activities. We had a wonderful relaxing week in a really lovely house. I would definitely recommend a stay at Errit House and our hosts.
