Overall our room was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. The location is close to the metro station which is convenient. The bar downstairs was kind of underwhelming. We went down for a few drinks and appetizers but were not so pleased as service is slow, food is tiny and untasteful, and drinks are a bit overpriced. Overall, our experience was good, had no complaints

Nice place, only thing I recommend is not to hit the hotel bar to drink, very expensive drinks for a hotel bar. Other than that you not other thing we did not like was the shower is a glass wall right next to the bed. Cool looking but not very practical with lighting and noise when trying to sleep…Duh…what were you thinking

This hotel was the perfect choice for safe parking in Milan. I’d heard that break-ins are common with street and outdoor parking, so I specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor garage. While the underground parking wasn’t huge, it felt very secure—it required a hotel key card to enter, which gave me peace of mind. The room didn’t have a view (just other buildings), but everything was super clean, including the bathroom. The free drinks provided were all tasty too, which was a nice touch. Also, the room was spacious enough to open three large suitcases at once—great for travelers with a lot of luggage. I was really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Wohl immer wieder ein Problem im INNSIDE ist der Lift von der Tiefgarage zur Lobby. Auch bei diesem Aufenthalt hat der Lift nicht funktioniert. Die Zimmerpreise haben sind wegen der Designer Messe leider verdoppelt.

Great room condition, close to central station and local public transport. Super limited parking - you're lucky to find a spot. Staff was very polite but quite unhelpful at the same time - nobody seemed to know what they are doing and what guests need.

Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Lediglich die Ausstattung brüchig und alt gewesen und auch Toilette war einiges an Kalk dabei. Aber im Großen und Ganzen super Aufenthalt!

This hotel is very close to the train station, is brand new, clean and the design is nice too. The rooms are spacious and everything is spotless. I prefer this hotel over some of the older 5 star hotels. If you come with kids, get the interconnected rooms.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a decent size with views of the city. We had daily house keeping so our room was very clean. The property is close to the major train station ( Milan Céntrale), about a five minute walk. It’s also very easy to get to Duomo from this location by bus or train. There is a supermarket across the street from the hotel and lots of places close by were one can eat; the hotel also has a restaurant/ bar on location and also a gym. If you are looking for a clean and modern hotel in downtown Milan, we highly recommend this property.

7-10 mins walk to Milan central train station. Aldi supermarket along the way, very convenient to get food. Clean. Good front desk. No coin operated washer and dryer. You have to pay each item / clothing for someone else to clean it for you. Only “complaint” — the shower enclosure is glass and only semi private. Useless design. Otherwise, great hotel Did not try their restaurant, cannot comment.

Nice, compact, modern room. The floor-to-ceiling windows were great to take in the view from the eleventh floor. Great location for the metro two stations nearby, and walkable to tons of places. The reception desk people were so friendly and helpful, especially Esra and Martina who always greeted me with a smile and had a happy disposition. Thanks to them for answering my questions and welcoming me to Milan!

My wife had an accident and couldn’t walk and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They gave us a wheelchair for the duration of our stay and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We originally booked a room with a view but they suggested a wheelchair accessible one. My wife said the original one would be ok and when she found it wasn’t they moved our stuff with no problems to a room with a wide short etc. The staff were all great couldn’t have been better !

Good place near the Milano Centrale, easy check in (our room was ready earlier). However the shower leaked over the shower walls (like a glass shower but not closed on the floor) and there was no small towels. Overall no complain due to fair price, location, but it’s more a hotel if you want to drop things in and out (like one night stay). About 45 min walk from the Duomo, but you can also take public transportation (20 min)

INNSIDE is a great hotel, and if you need to take an early train, either to Malpensa airport or to another Italian city, it's a 5 minute walk to the main, Centrale, train station. Rooms are immaculate with enough high Italian modern design to make it feel much more interesting than a bland business hotel. Get a room with a city view, it's an interesting, modern neighborhood. Staff were helpful, we had some snafus with a boarding pass and they gave us useful advice. Often, folks only visit the historical center of Milan, but Milan also has really interesting newer neighborhoods. This neighborhood will give you a taste of that architecture (the tallest building in Italy, Unicredit, is viewable from the street views, and it was designed by Cesar Pelli).

We walked from Milano Centrale train station to the hotel in 5-7 minutes; very convenient. Numerous restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Beautiful park with unique modern buildings and the infamous “tree building” is less than 10 minutes walk. Metro stations are also very close walk.

Great location: close to train station with 7 minute walk. Room: very clean, large space, and comfortable bed; equipped with yoga mat for daily practice is a plus, free daily bar items in the fridge, including water, drinks and beers and they are refilled every day. Breakfast: fresh made daily with name and basic notes in front. Lots of health diet options, for milk, they served soy milk, almond milk, oak milk, and more. For the 2 nights stays, we surprised to see they change menu daily, like fresh made milkshake served in little jars in one morning and the next day, it was replaced by a light fruity chia seed dessert served in little colourful ceramic bowls. Overall a great place to rest after a long day and a best place to start the new day!
