Beautiful hotel, staff are very accommodating and friendly - they gave me a lot of recommendations on things to do and see. They even have a great gym! Note, it is not walkable to shopping areas, but you can get a taxi or take public transportation.

Großzügige Zimmer, hell und freundlich eingerichtet mit großem Fenster. Toller Pool-Bereich, Wasser nicht beheizt aber Ende September war die Temperatur noch ausreichend zum Schwimmen. Kostenloses Parkhaus, unbezahlbarer Vorteil in Mailand.

We found both ve & -ve aspects. On the side, although the hotel is located outside the city center, it is easily accessible by public transport. Bus 80 stops at the door & there’s a morning shuttle service to the Duomo - booking is required & availability isn’t always guaranteed.The outdoor area was pleasant & our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.The rooms were neat & comfortable, though there was some dust on the cupboard, standing light & TV. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Room service was prompt & the restaurant & bar had a good selection of food & drinks. On the downside, parking was quite expensive at €25 per day & our car broke down just outside the hotel. While the hotel did offer a week of free parking as compensation, I recommend avoiding parking outside, especially with foreign plates. There seemed to be ample parking spaces, so the hotel might consider lowering the fee for guests with foreign plates. We also had to deal with bug bites, which may have been due to the surrounding parks and the August season. Despite the friendly staff & helpful security, the shower in our room was clogged & despite several reports, it remained unresolved, making consecutive showers difficult. Overall, while the amenities & staff were commendable, shower issues & the car trouble affected our experience. Nonetheless, we would definitely consider staying again

The hotel was a 30min cab ride outside the centre of Milan for sight seeing etc The nearest public transport was too far to walk Nothing nearby the hotel (no restaurants/shops/pharmacy for sun cream or little snacks) No pool bar/cafe at the hotel On site restaurant was quite expensive

Hôtel magnifique personnel au top le seul gros problème était que la piscine n était pas ouverte alors qu hôtel.com stipulait que c était ouvert de mai à septembre Si j avais su j aurai été ailleurs car je voulais vraiment me reposer au bord d une piscine même sans se baigner et la c était tout fermé dommage on a payé un prix onéreux pour ce service que l on n a pas pu avoir Sinon tout était parfait On nous a quand même offert le parking pour le désagrément

very good experience of the stay in Milano. this hotel is a bit far away from the city center though. but the room is new and clean, with the excellent swimming pool and great restaurant. and very quiet.

Spa var kun åbent fra kl 17-22 og pool kun åbent fra kl 9 og dermed kunne vi ikke nå at benytte disse muligheder modsat vor forventning. Åbningstider bør gøres klart for alle på deres hjemmeside.

Parking was a bit expensive, pool was nice, staff and breakfast was very good, very clean throughout, building could use a tiny bit of touch up, but nice grounds.

Great setvice. Great hotel and facilities but the SPA area is terrible, strong smell of sweat in the changing rooms, the spa rooms and showers are dirty, looks like they do not clean the place often. The whole SPA experience was horrible. In there felt a whole different world from the hotel itself. It is shocking that they called it a SPA! Otherwise a great hotel and people that work there👍

Stayed here for 7 nights, great place to stay if you are intending to go to the san siro stadio. We had an issue with a smell in our room and were given a new room. Good access to transport with bus stopping out front

Hotel incrível, quarto espaçoso, muito confortável e limpo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das essen wie immer Top. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, aber für 1 Nacht war es ok.

Molto pulito personale professionale.

Modernes Hotel mit guten zwei Restaurants. Der Fitnessraum war mit vielen sehr modernen Geräten ausgestattet. San Siro Stadion ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, dass Stadtzentrum mit Bus und U-Bahn innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten. Auch für Kinder und Familien ist das Hotel geeignet.

Luxury hotel, good service at front office, rooms are big and comfortable. Really nice the taxi line in the morning, so you don't have to call one. Breakfast service definitely needs to improve: it is buffet but drinks almost always require an order and it takes long time to have them. Wasn't exepcting this, given the level of the hotel. Could improve cleaning and ecofriendliness

Tolles Hotel, Frühstücksbuffet und Bedienung war gut, Restaurant und Abendbedinung sehr gut. Reception sehr freundlich, Hotelpage sehr aufmerksam. Alles sehr hochwertig, neu und sauber. Etwas weit weg von der Stadt ca. 20 min. Aber es gibt einen Transfer. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Zimmer sind geräumig und stilvoll jedoch etwas hellhörig. Würde jedenfalls Hotel weiterempfehlen. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Vi valgte dette hotellet på vei til Nice og var så fornøyd med det at vi like gjerne booket 2 overnattinger på hjemveien. Veldig fornøud med komforten (bortsett fra at det var noe støy fra det tekniske rommet i øverste etasje). Ungdommene likte spesielt godt treningsrommet.

Das Sheraton San Siro Hotel war perfekt. Das Superior Zimmer groß, sauber und super modern. Das Badezimmer hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich nur wünschen kann. Alles bis aufs kleinste Detail bedacht. Wir haben das Hotel absolut genossen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Arrivederci 😍

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept. We used a hire car as we were attending a football tournament with our son and never had any issue with parking on the main road. We used the bus right outside the hotel to get into the city but the hotel also put on a complimentary shuttle in the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

I’d like to give a compliment to one of the restaurant/hotel staff members named Alassandra. We ordered room service after a long day and she delivered it with a geat attitude and great service.

Great staff, super helpful. Nice, clean rooms with plenty of space. No problems with me coming and going at odd hours. Lots of help with transportation options.

Typical business hotel in a fairly remote area. Easy to drive from and to for expeditions around Milan. Only complaint is we had bad experience with service at the restaurant when we chose to order from the menu instead of 25 euros buffet (slow, not quite what was ordered, had to repeatedly ask for one of our meal; i was done when my wife omelet dinally showed up).

Empfang sehr freundlich. Zimme sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Frühstück gut, Service beim Frühstück miserabel. Wie kann es sein, dass man in einem Sheraton Hotel selber den Tisch decken muss, Besteck zusammen suchen, Servietten suchen muss. 45 Minuten sassen wir beim Frühstück nach dem wir den Tisch selber gedeckt hatten und KEINER hat uns beachtet! Niemand fragte ob wir Kaffee möchten! So ein schlechter Service, sehr enttäuschend. Personal masslos überfordert und unfreundlich. Auf die Frage ob es Omelette gäbe, bekam ich ein schnippische “10 Minuten” zur Antwort.

The hotel is a bit far from Milan city centre but very clean with spacious rooms. I was charged £45 for mini bar items after I checked out. I phoned the hotel asking what items I was charged for. They couldn't tell me. I emailed asking for an invoice of the items I was charged for, but did not receive a reply.

Zimmer nicht bezugsbereit um 15 Uhr, dann auch mehrfach bestätigtes Extrabett nicht vorbereitet, schlechter Service zu Beginn. Das Hotel und auch das Restaurant ist hingegen durchaus in Ordnung.

Prijs kwaliteit was best ok. 4* waard maar niet meer. Ligging wel ver van centrum maar vanuit het hotel per taxi ( €22-€28 ) , openbaar vervoer mogelijk.

Convenient for San Siro

Totally blown away from start to finish we would highly recommend this wonderful hotel, perfect in every way. So easy to get around and ideal for the San Siro Stadium, easy enough to walk to or there’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Milan and we had a great lenghty stay. Many positives but expect to pay premium price. Down side for us was the length of time taken to get into city centre areas , expect at least 45 mins to 1.5 Hour commute depending on the option used....no issue if you have the time available.

Stayed here to visit the San Siro which was easily walkable from the hotel or the 80 bus stops outside but on game days will maybe be quicker to walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable but breakfast wasn’t very well organised with tables not being available when we went.

Overall a great experience, but the restaurants was not full, but still we did not get a tavle, because the did not have enough staff. Slow and poor service on the Italian cuisine, and the argintinian cuisine was a bit overpriced compared to market.
