Enjoyed our stay. Used to Ibis budget hotels so this was the same standard but the breakfast choice was a little restricted and the TV channels did not have any English channels.

The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! Otherwise everything was fine.

Les photos sur le site sont mensongère On vous fait croire quand on regarde les photos qui a piscine mais c’est faux. Nous n’avons pas accès à la piscine le personnel nous dit que c’est Hotels.com qui met des fausses photos mais pour nous c’est complètement faux. Le personnel est bien au courant et c’est pour attirer les gens.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et offrent un confort pratique pour apprécier un séjour au calme. Le petit déjeuner propose des viennoiseries, fromages, céréales, laitages, fruits,…, ce qui permet de commencer une excellente journée. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre-ville d’Aubenas, et dispose d’un parking. Nous revenons dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.
