Esperienza eccellente. Hotel in pieno centro, stanza grande con una doccia enorme (rarità), cassetta di sicurezza, mini frigo e riscaldamento. I prodotti per l’igiene personale vengono forniti ogni giorno, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato anche uno spazzolino da denti e un rasoio (sigillati). Al piano terra sono presenti le macchinette per l’acqua e alcune merendine. Si accede all’hotel e alla stanza tramite codici, alla reception non c’é quasi mai nessuno. La struttura si trova in posizione strategica, a 10 min a piedi dalla Cattedrale; nelle vicinanze sono presenti numerosi ristoranti e negozi di alimentari.

Excellent emplacement, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la cathédrale et de l'alcazar de Séville. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir faire le check-in en ligne en amont ce qui a facilité notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons également apprécié la documentation laissée dans l'entrée, l'accès à une terrasse à chaque étage, les WC sur le palier en plus de la chambre et l'ascenseur. En revanche, nous avons trouvé notre chambre vraiment petite (mais comme nous avions prévu d'y passer peu de temps, c'était ok). Nous avons été un peu dérangé par la climatisation qui soufflait directement sur le lit (peu agréable la nuit) ainsi que la chaleur étouffante dans la salle de bain. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un super séjour !

The doors are all operated by code and we had to call the receptionist to get the outside door code. To be fair, we had been traveling from the US for the better part of 24 hours and did not respond to the email we received, and I assume they would have sent the code at that time. Luckily one of the girls in our group speaks Spanish so she handled the call. The elevator was broke (I highly suspect it has been broke and will be broke- I would just plan on it being broke). So, we lugged our luggage (4 girls on a week long international vacation) up 4 flights of stairs. One room had a very odd smell. No windows. Small. Overall it was just basic. Had the elevator been working, I think we would have just shrugged the room off as a good price in a good location, but after our hike up the stairs, we admittedly had a gray attitude about everything else.

We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Good location! Shop and sightseeing all nearby . Very noisy especially at night . No service at the desk at night time. This is a basic hotel, no kettle , no fridge. Not recommended when travelling at night time to check in. Staff English is terrible !

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre. Pas de restauration ni de bar mais bon comme on est en plein centre c’est pas grave. Chambre petite et dans la salle de bain pas de quoi poser les affaires mais la literie est confortable.

Excelente la ubicación y la habitación y el parking público en la misma puerta. El hotel debería avisar en la Web de que están reformando el edificio de enfrente, que se encuentra a 5 o 6 metros. Comienzan a trabajar sobre las 7 de la mañana y no se preocupan de hacer poco ruido hasta más tarde. En resumen, hay que despertarse temprano.

The hotel has a great location — it’s very close to the Seville bus station and within walking distance of most major attractions, which is really convenient for sightseeing. However, I stayed in one of the twin rooms, which was quite small and the soundproofing was poor, so it could get noisy at night. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. One thing I didn’t enjoy was the code access, this hotel provides code access to the main entry and room, this means there is no staff service during weekend and non-business hours. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay if you value location over comfort.

This hotel was in a perfect location. We loved being able to experience the old parts of the city by just walking everywhere. The restaurants, entertainment and shopping were all right there. The staff was kind and responsive. The only issue we had was that the internet was out the entire 5 nights we were there. That made some of our planning and ticket purchases etc difficult as we couldn’t get service and needed to go elsewhere to complete it.

Perfecte locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Na contact werd klein defect direct opgelost. Prima bedden. Inchecken kon al voor vertrek, waardoor we direct toegang tot de kamers hadden.

I mention in my original review that EXPEDIA should notify future clients that they MUST contact the hotel for registration prior to arrival, to get the code to unlock main door. Otherwise they may have to wait for hotel staff to let you in when they arrive at the hotel (around 13:00 / 14:00 hrs)

Excelente la ubicación y la habitación y el parking público en la misma puerta. El hotel debería avisar en la Web de que están reformando el edificio de enfrente, que se encuentra a 5 o 6 metros. Comienzan a trabajar sobre las 7 de la mañana y no se preocupan de hacer poco ruido hasta más tarde. En resumen, hay que despertarse temprano.

La chambre était impeccable bien que légèrement petite. L'emplacement est parfait. Au centre de toutes les attractions principales. À peine 30 minutes de marche pour la plus éloignée. Il est cependant difficile d'accès en automobile vu son emplacement.

The hotel is in the middle of the center of Sevilla. Very good for exploring the city, but at night you can't sleep from the noise of the drunk people in the nearby bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The atmosphere is cold, because there is most of the time nobody at the reception. You open the frontdoor with a code and also the rooms can be opened with a code. Next time we will choose a hotel a little further from the center.

The hotel has a great location — it’s very close to the Seville bus station and within walking distance of most major attractions, which is really convenient for sightseeing. However, I stayed in one of the twin rooms, which was quite small and the soundproofing was poor, so it could get noisy at night. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. One thing I didn’t enjoy was the code access, this hotel provides code access to the main entry and room, this means there is no staff service during weekend and non-business hours. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay if you value location over comfort.

Esperienza eccellente. Hotel in pieno centro, stanza grande con una doccia enorme (rarità), cassetta di sicurezza, mini frigo e riscaldamento. I prodotti per l’igiene personale vengono forniti ogni giorno, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato anche uno spazzolino da denti e un rasoio (sigillati). Al piano terra sono presenti le macchinette per l’acqua e alcune merendine. Si accede all’hotel e alla stanza tramite codici, alla reception non c’é quasi mai nessuno. La struttura si trova in posizione strategica, a 10 min a piedi dalla Cattedrale; nelle vicinanze sono presenti numerosi ristoranti e negozi di alimentari.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre. Pas de restauration ni de bar mais bon comme on est en plein centre c’est pas grave. Chambre petite et dans la salle de bain pas de quoi poser les affaires mais la literie est confortable.

This was advertised 3 stars I fail to see why. The room was smal the mattress and pillows poor quality no protectors on them huge refurb 2 metres from our window woken up at 7.30 with crane and cement truck where moved to another room but it was so small u could hardly walk round bed air con dripped all over pillows and floor no bar as in details no minibar no facilities no person on desk for 3 days everything by WA very very disappointing. It was clean enough and in good location but actual Hotel more like a Hostel

Property is nothing fancy, the rooms are good and the beds are nice! The a/c works better than any other place we stayed in Seville. We were only in our room to sleep, so this place was great. Central located in the heart of the town and 1 minute walk to bars and shopping!

Good central location. Rooms small but comfortable. Make sure to use the Fasttrack check in as you need the Front Door Code & Room Code in advance which they send by Whatsapp. Nice Roof Terrace on the 4th floor, great to see the Cathedral at night.

Hotel Plaza is in an awesome location--super easy to walk just about anywhere in town! Our bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and we had a really cool, huge balcony. Our location didn't really have a view, but there were definitely some that did and if you happen to land one of those it would be extra awesome! Even though the hotel is in a central location, it was really quiet--they were actually doing REALLY loud construction on the street just below our balcony, and we literally didn't hear a thing and were able to sleep late every day! It's not the most luxurious spot, which is the tradeoff for it being really affordable, and for us as budget travelers, it's absolutely perfect! The staff were only on hand for a few hours each day, but were extremely helpful when they were there. Instead of a key, you're given a code to enter the hotel and another for your room, which is really handy--nothing to lose, and you can check in after hours easily! We did have to call ahead to get our codes sent via text, since we were checking in late, but it was still super easy! We called during their office hours on the same day as our check-in, I'm not sure whether calling after hours works, so might be best to plan on that if you're arriving late!
