DO NOT BOOK this hotel! This property management is horrible. First of all, we did not get the type of rooms we booked and paid for. The check-in experience was really bad, the manager gave us key for a wrong room. Then they scammed us for parking at “wrong” space, bullied me and my family at the middle of the night and tried to take almost 1000 euros from us. We had to involve the police to resolve the situation.

Check-in was difficult. The staff was not around.

the hotel is in the middle of nowhere just in the road. No restaurant for meals, only bevereages .... they do not have the prices published of the drinks , the ladly of the reception does not have a nice bad attitude lack of customer service seems to be upset all the time, thaty does not feel well for a proper guests welcome. The opposite Maria was the only kind , helpful person. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s clean, remote location no commute to anywhere. No restaurant or shopping near by. The stuff very rude, not easy to find any service because the stuff never present in the front desk. I will not book this again .

There was a lot if confusion over what we reserved. We asked for a room to accommodate 3 adults- me, my wife, and our 26 yr old daughter. The person that checked us in was obessed over our daughter being older than 12 and wanted to charge us extra, becuase their family room was for kids under 12. She was condsending, insulting, and dismisssive. We only wanted what we reserved. The guys that worked there were super helpful and professional. Also, we did not see on hotels.com that we had to pay an additional $15 for parking.
