Es war ein weiteres Mal einfach so 😏 im Emma. Wir kommen wieder und bleiben dann einige Tage länger. Einziges Problem gab es für uns beim Check-in. Aber die Hilfe war gut 😊.

Fantastic! The location is brilliant, just next to the Lungern train station and in a very very beautiful area. Excellent facilities, a small and chic hotel, we really enjoyed our stay at Emma's. Emma's had a top-notch breakfast - One of the best breakfasts we ever had in a hotel :). The staff team is super friendly. Very highly recommended!!!

唯一の暖房器具であるラジエーター（洗面台の下にあります）がうまく機能せず（21時頃から熱くなりました）、寒くて夕方からベッドから出れず、凍えていました。 フロントに繋がる電話機がなく、何か問い合わせたくても、自身の携帯から有料で連絡する必要があります。 ラジエーターが不調だと電話で連絡しても、即座に何か対応してくれるわけでもなく、他の暖房器具もなく、寒い時期に泊まるのは危ないホテルです。 室内にケトルはなく、１Ｆの共用部分にあるコーヒーメーカーでお湯を調達する必要があります。 朝食のホットミールはゆで卵のみで、チーズやハム、ヨーグルトがメインです。クロワッサンは美味しかったです。朝食のスタッフは親切でした。 ルンゲルンはとても素晴らしい景観の街で、駅からも近くて、暖房や問題発生時の対応がしっかりしていれば良いホテルです。

Easy quick stay one night stay in a beautiful location. New renovated, clean. Easy self check-in. Parking is easy and free in front of the hotel too. One thing they could do is to clean the waterboiler, cause it wasn’t functioning correctly anymore, because of the calcium deposits. Other than that, nice staff and great service in the morning during breakfast

I would recommend a room here to everyone. They really have thought of everything - good parking, excellent breakfast, the room.was.spacious and spotlessly clean. They have free tea/coffee in communal space, luggage and bike storage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of lovely special touches - chocolate and bedtime story in your room. Beautifully decorated breakfast room, great coffee and crafts for sale at reasonable prices. Loved our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Emma’s, everything was exceptional from the self Check-in ,to the clean aesthetic property,conveniently located near the train station ,wonderful views of Lungersee and most of all the courteous Emma & all her staff.Definitely will stay again!!

We loved Emma’s. It was cute, quaint, quiet, safe, comfortable, and relaxing. It also had more bathroom space than you typically find in a European hotel and the bed was larger too. We had a private balcony that overlooked the lake and mountains, such a beautiful view. Breakfast in the morning had lots of options, very tasty. And the hotel had lots of cute touches like a library and coffee nook inside an old elevator. You can also store your luggage and it’s literally right next to the train station. Perfect place to stay.

Cons: the bedsheets were not 'smooth' anymore. They should be renewed. Lots of mosquitoes. No airconditioning, it was warm, could not sleep with door open because of the mosquitoes. When it's colder outside the temperature in the room is acceptable. Pros: Enough free parking. Clean room, unfortunately no standard room cleaning everyday, so no clean towels, although you could request for it. Friendly personnel at the restaurant. In general I would recommend but not in summer because of no airconditioning

This hotel is literally next door to the train station which runs Panoramic express trains every hour. It's really quiet in the rooms and you cannot hear the trains at all. It's super convenient to get to Lucerne or Interlaken. The hotel location itself in Lungern is so beautiful and definitely worth exploring and spending a day there too! The room was lovely and modern, had a stunning view of the mountains and the cleanliness and hygiene were of five star quality. The breakfast rooms were really spacious with a lovely design. Every morning we were greeted with a very welcoming bright smile from the staff who serve you a hot drink before you help yourself to the breakfast buffet. The place gave the best value for money and I would definitely stay here again!!

The property location is pretty good, close to the lungern train station . The only thing I don’t like is the attitude of the person serving us in the restaurant . She’s unprofessional and rude . I was boiling my egg on this self cooking ( boiling water container ) and this is not my first time . She treat me like stupid , say it harshly that I need to do it for 10 mins , which I think is not right when you want a soft boil . 3 to 4 mins is good enough. She won’t even give me a chance ti explain why I prefer less time . She follow me every where I go like I’m going to break anything or do something wrong . I’ve been traveling around the world . I never felt this feeling of someone is watching me every minute . She doesn’t treat a guest like me like a guest . She makes you feel she’s the boss . But , what I notice is when she talk to local , she’s nice . I’m not sure if she have issue with a different race We tried to talk to her when she was making a cocktail . Since she’s working by herself , we tried to go to her bar area and ordered something . I don’t think she appreciate it , she said you can go to your table . Then she went inside the kitchen and started raising her voice to her co worker or her employee , feeling like we upset her Overall , the room is clean and spacious with a balcony , which we like

Away from touristy areas but you can hop on the train and go wherever you want. Not much dining options. Two nearby restaurants. One restaurant is next door closes very early and the other is down the hill so when you come back it's uphill and a bit of a walk. This one closes before 10pm. They serve breakfast at the hotel though. Nice folks. It's self check in and easy to do.

Den bästa med hotellet är att det är nära tågstation. Väldigt ren och finns mycket att välja till frukosten. Personalen är super trevliga. Tråkigt att Rummet är lite trångt och det hörs när andra stänger dörren och pratar. Annars är vi nöjda med hotellet.

Overall, my experience was good. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the price was competitive with other hotels in the area. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice. However, there were some negative aspects. The pillows were very uncomfortable, so it felt like the room didn't have any pillows at all. The bed linen looked very old, and it was difficult to ventilate the room, especially without the AC. Maybe it was just my room, but I hope the manager pays attention to these issues. Despite this, I think I will come back again next year.

Das Frühstück ist erstklassig. Dieses Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

I was really excited about coming here to stay as we were looking for a traditional bed and breakfast in the Swiss Mountains (as advertised) and this was the only moderately priced place in the region. then we found out why! While it’s cute and clean, there is no real service or hotel hospitality. It does feel a bit like a hostel. The bathrooms in the room are basically a public stall with no privacy if anyone else is in the room. There is no one to greet you for check in and the staff is only around until 11am. So if you’d like more pillows or towels, as is fair when staying in a hotel or bed & breakfast (as opposed to an Airbnb or hostel) there is literally no way to ask for anything. There was a sign saying that no one enters to clean the room etc unless asked, but we came to find a note left for us in the room while i had personal belongings out. That made us feel a bit uncomfortable. There was a bit of a scuffle when we checked out and the service was quite cold, rude, and unwelcoming. We wanted to add another person to our reservation or add a cot at least, (as it says rooms sleep up to 3 on their website) but as there is no one around to accommodate at the accommodations…there was an issue. Again service felt very dismissive and condescending, but the owner said that “self check-in” is in the name of the hotel. The name is “Emma’s Hotel Bed & Breakfast” when I booked. She had apparently counted the towels we used when they came into the room? Of course we used the towe

I am in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and I would like to say this one of the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff Makes a massive difference from Barbara and the rest of the team. What a great place! Lungern is a nice, quiet town with a beautiful lake. Emma’s B&B is up on the hillside by the train station. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant and had a range of options. Would definitely recommend.

everything was so organized, great breakfast selections

I liked the hotel itself and the location, however this was all self service property. When you get there, you have to use a machine to check in, there’s literally no human individual to welcome you in, not one soul. They didn’t offer clean service, at all. We stayed two nights, and though the hotel room was very nice and clean the breakfast sucked!! They only offer coffee, pastries, fruit, cheese and yogurt. I felt like blah… wouldn’t book here again. The location however was perfect for the activities that needed to be done within distance.

The breakfast was the best. I would come back 100%. It was very comfy and clean.
