I asked for a quiet room but all I could hear on the fourth floor was bass blasting up from the first floor. Not the restful stay I needed

My wife has issues with febreeze & air fresheners, we have an alert on our reservation for that. Given a room but it still had odor issues. Moved to another room that was great! Kudos to the staff for fixing this issue so quickly
