Pros:Host was awesomePlenty of sleeping spaceClean Cons:Property not in the safest of areasCould not use the alarm systemIce in ice maker was completely solidNo towel rack in one bathroom, missing ceiling fan remoteComfortable seating not suitable for hosting 12 people.Upper level was warm all though air was onAsked for photo of my ID, never had anyone ask for that before.Internet was slow

Nice snacks and the house was well equipped. Beds were adequate but on the firmer side. Great experience. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House creeks for those in the basement but nice. The outside deck and patio are great!! Nice outside spaces to relax in nice weather.

We stayed at this townhouse during winter break and had a great experience. The location is excellent — it’s only about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown DC.The house was very clean, well organized, and spacious enough for our group of eight. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient.Most importantly, the host was incredibly nice and responsive. Communication was quick and smooth throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place!
