The laundry room is out of order!! I'm paying alot of money to stay here and the laundry room is out of order!!

Smelled, poor cleaning and was full of pimps and hoes. People fighting in the rooms and dogs barking. The elevator was out of service.

The room had a cooking area but no utensils for use. The cooking equipment and utensils needed to be rented from the hotel for use in the room. Towels also were not exchanged through housekeeping, they had to go be exchanged at the front desk. Overall the hotel is good for the price.

Overall, our stay was fine but the road out front is noisy with a lot of truck traffic and some nearby industrial noises. Also, there was no ice machine anywhere on the property, nor could we get an iron and ironing board.

It was very clean. Vending machine and laundry room were a plus and so convenient. There is a dollar tree about five minutes walk if you need supplies and the Mall, Walmart and a few other places are 10 minutes drive. The suites are spacious and comfortable.

It just did not have internet service. The clerk told me that it been out for some time. It also did not have any free coffee.

It was unusual to stay at a hotel that doesn't even have a coffee bar near the front desk. I settled on that, but then I had no iron or ironing board in my room. When I went to the front desk, the lady was very sweet, but she told me she had an iron for me but no ironing board. So I ironed on a towel on the makeshift desk. "Sad". It's dark and isolated at night and no eatery within walking distance. Your staff's customer service is lacking. They don't smile when greeting a guest. When I checked in I felt like an inconvenience instead of a welcomed guest. It seemed like I was a burden. After a long day of flying and traveling, the somber lack of welcoming reception was a let down.

I chose the hotel for location, as I needed to be in Staten Island the next morning. The area around the hotel is heavily industrialized, with few restaurants nearby. My biggest criticism was how spartan the supports were: no ice machine, no hair dryer.

Check in was smooth and uneventful. Seemingly understaffed in the concierge department. The room was clean. The bed mattress is quite cheap but I slept well so I guess it did the job for this one night stay. My issues stemmed from the kitchen. First off there was only one small pot in the kitchen with one spoon and fork and knife. No cooking utensils what so ever. I had to peel my potatoes with a spoon and chopped veggies with a butter knife. Please add another bigger pot and some more cooking utensils. You can’t advertise a full kitchen but not provide basic kitchen utensils. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes and weed either from the previous guest or from neighbors above or below.

They say that they serve breakfast. They lied! There’s no breakfast nor a vending machine on site. I actually paid to stay at the hotel because it says that they serve breakfast. If I knew that they don’t, I’d have been to a restaurant already eating. When I called them from my room, they said that they don’t serve breakfast. Beds. The beds look big right? Don’t get fooled. Once you sit on them, you will sink in (I’m only 180lbs) and feel the bottom of the bed. If I have to describe how the bed feels, it’s like sleeping on a big sponge with weird bumpy stuff inside it. They’re like beds from WISH or TEMU. WiFi. WiFi is only free for 24hrs. They will charge you after that. If I knew that, I’d also not come to that hotel because I had work on my laptop to do so, I ended up using my phone hotspot. Noise. The ceiling is so thin, I could hear kids from the room above me screaming and jumping nonstop. Those kids for 2 days straight were making noise for at least 5-6 hrs each day. Staffs wouldn’t do anything unless if it is 11pm. I had to wait from 7pm until 11pm to call staffs to stop the noise. I never slept through those times. Not just kids though. Even the adults made noises just by walking. Kids can play yes, idc but but they were extremely loud when it became unacceptable and staffs didn’t want to help.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay. Definitely not fancy but seemed clean, although sheets seemed like they may not have been freshly clean but hard to tell for sure.

I didn’t like that room service was only every two weeks, yet the floors and showers were dirty upon arrival. Otherwise it was a great and comfortable stay

Really good size room and extreamly comfortable beds. The kitchenette was a god-send and benefitted us immensely. The only downsidw we found was that the bathroom often smelt or weed and tobacco however when you run the extractor-fan for a little while the smell goes away. Overall a nice place to stay and lovely friendly staff, definitely somewhere we would come back to.

I am not one to write negative reviews but this hotel needs to be called out. The first interaction with the front desk attendant was not pleasant. She came from outside smelling like marihuana and was not very helpful. As soon we arrived to the room, we noticed a pungent cigarette smell. We were so tired so we decided to stay there for the night. The next morning, we asked them for the possibility to move us to another room but we got shut down rudely. They instead assured us that housekeeping will come and "remove" the smell. 2 days passed and no one came to clean the room. We asked again to be moved and got nothing but rude attitude from the front desk attendants. I must point out that the 2 gentleman that worked the front desk were a lot more helpful and had a more sympathetic attitude. Overall the hotel is not well kept, hallways smell like urine and there's garbage everywhere. There's random people hanging out in the lobby and at some point they were sleeping in the couch. Unfortunately we paid for the full stay upfront so we had to stay. Stay away from this place, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Midnight check-in and our rooms were not ready?! But desk clerk was super nice and fixed the issue. Room: Overall clean but floor was dirty and needed to be swept. AC barely kept room comfortable.

Full kitchen. Nice bathroom. Thin walls

Floors are dirty, the bottom of our socks turned black. Very noisy all day & night. People in the room above ours stomped around on top our head all night & sounded like they were moving furniture throughout the night. Horrible bed. We felt the bedsprings thru the mattress and we kept sinking to the middle of the bed. Bring your own coffee pot. Empty your own trash. 1972 phone in the room, lol! No full length mirror, only 1 mirror in bathroom. Hallway smelled like spoiled fish when we arrived. Lobby is busted, No breakfast or onsite restaurant or lounge. Requested to cancel reservation for the next day, was going to be charged the same amt we paid for the rm to cancel so we're stuck here another day. Waiting to change rms because i cant sleep on this bed or listen to the noise on my head another day & night. Who could do a long stay here with a bed and noise like this? Oh! Forgot to mention the 2nd hand smoke we're inhaling. But the little kitchenette is kind of cute, and the bathroom is okay although i observed some tiny mold spots on the bottom of the shower curtain. I cleaned it myself with my own cleaning supplies i brought with me. I would not reccomend this place, not even for a one night stay muchless long-term. Hopefully theyll still change my room after this review!!

It was way too loud. Right next to a storage facility and at 4am you could hear people loading and unloading and slamming the garage doors. This seems to be residential. Left quickly in the morning because a man was screaming at someone and kept saying “I am going to blow your fu**ing face off”. Not a good place to stay. It was very clean.

The bed was very hard, the telephone did not work, there was a renter nearby my unit that seem to be irate and very loud banging on things and swearing a lot. If you want it clean sheets you had to pay for it. The towels and wasps were very cheap although the room seem to be pretty clean.

Clean, everything works,, good TV, good price. No frills, no coffee. Crazy people thumping around, dragging furniture around for 2 hours in the room directly above me. Management was sympathetic and had them quiet down after just one phone call from me. Appreciated that. Might stay here again…

The place is very noisy

Ordered a King. Confirmation for a King bed. Received two queens. Front desk said Kings were sold out and others extended their stay to retain existing King bedrooms. Dishwasher noise and refrigerator noise ran all night! No bath mat getting out of shower.

It was better than I expected. It's a bit pricey and my access key has to be reactivated four times but otherwise it's a good place to stay. I also. Didn't like the linen and essentials policy.

Front desk staff need to be more available.

Front desk staff rude. A man in front does not need to work there. No good customer service. This is my second time encountering him at this location and it was a nice experience. I asked for a manager and he just laughed in my face

I regret staying at this hotel for four nights. Upon arrival at 9:40 PM, we found our booked twin-bed room uncleaned. After a 10-hour drive, being told to wait another 40 minutes for cleaning was infuriating. The staff offered a double-bed room instead, which was unacceptable. We finally got our key at 10:30 PM, but the rushed cleaning left the room in poor condition. Given that check-in starts at 3 PM, this was inexcusable. The room had numerous issues: a broken closet, only two hangers, one spoon, and just two cups and plates for a family of four. The kitchen lacked pots or pans, and the lukewarm shower water was never fixed despite complaints. While the induction cooktop was repaired after the first night, we endured four days of uncomfortable, lukewarm showers. Additionally, there was no hairdryer, and my daughter caught a cold after lukewarm showers without one. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay despite requests. Towels had to be exchanged at the front desk, and only in the evening. Staff were hard to reach, often unfriendly, and showed no effort to resolve issues. When we raised concerns about the shower and lack of a hairdryer, they refused to offer solutions or compensation. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, with a complete lack of basic service or empathy. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The part that they don’t accommodate you after their slip ups is beyond me. They gave my room away while I was inside of the room somebody else walked into my room while I was there laying down, when I approached from desk they just said oh I’m so sorry it was a mistake. (What)! Then they gave a man my room key without asking for any form of identification to see if that was his room what did management do oh I’m sorry. One day I checked and it was waste in the toilet sitting there

This was the absolute worst. I had checked into the property, the room wasn’t cleaned! I notify the front desk immediately and I am given another room and that was also dirty. I tried to get my money back but the front desk agent wasn’t authorized to do it and Expedia only offered 1/2 of my money back. So I still had no room and no refund. The front lobby was filled with other people who had the same issue. I was told to contact the manager the next day. I ended up sleeping in my car for the night.

It was close to the shopping center and the staff was friendly.

Very nice for the price. Full kitchen and transportation options close by.

Needed to stay for a meeting at Newark airport

Our room was clean, had pots, pans, and utensils. The property was around 15-20 minute walk from the nearest bus stop which was tough. The bathroom was clean and functioning, beds and sheets were nice. Negatives: There is only one front desk staff that does everything so they are not always available. Some days I had to wait long amounts of time for towel exchange and extra dishwasher soap.

Industrial area, although I felt safe the area around the hotel wasn't as inviting.

Off of Rt 1&9! Convenient and good for the price you pay!

Everything was great, accessible location. Just 20 mins to New York and 25 mins to Staten Island. The only small issue it is the company across the street, worked at night so you can hear the noises of heavy machinery and the Amtrak train as passing by. Overall hoghly recommended, will go back on my next tripnto Linden, NJ.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean. A good option if you are heading into NYC and need reasonably priced lodging; its located an easy 30 minute drive to the Lincoln Tunnel.

No amenities No food. Nothing around to eat or do

Motorcycle trip. Super friendly and helpful front desk. Very new and clean facility. The area seems a little industrial when you pull in but I found a number of restaurants with in walking distance.

While this is a simple, basic and no-frills property, it was extremely clean and I felt safe. So make sure you bring everything with you as there are no hangers, lotion, or iron. However, there is a small kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave. There is a “Fridays” restaurant within walking distance of the huge parking lot around the corner. This is my 3rd stay here while in town.

Decent for the price. Clean and nicely appointed rooms. Mattress wasn’t bad. Area isn’t the greatest by no affect on the hotel. There is an excellent breakfast place nearby (Park Diner and Pancake House)
