Nice pod style hostel to stay in the heart of Chinatown. The staff is friendly with a nice smile. This place can be good not only for budget travelers, but also for petite business travelers, as there is a wooden desk in common area. If the beep sound of smart-lock is turned off, the sleep quality may be improved. Well managed hostel.

It is a hostile so there’s a lot of people around and you share a bathroom, but that’s well defined when you pick out the hostel The staff was nice and check-in was easy and checkout was easy. It was clean in the bathrooms. The location is close to the train station and it’s right in the heart of Chinatown and it’s a nice location. A lot of restaurants nearby.

O hotel é bem cheio e tem apenas um banheiro no segundo andar, entao se vc ficar nos outros andares terá que subir ou descer escada. Apesar de informarem que a recepção nao funciona para late check-in, nao tive problemas em acessar a propriedade, avisei dias antes que chegaria de madrugada e tinha um funcionário na recepção me esperando. A localização é muito boa, assim como a velocidade da internet.

Manager and staff were most kind and professional. Hostel is very clean, staff present at all hours. Micro, fridge, water dispenser and coffee/tea available all day.Guests responsible to clean up after themselves with outdoor diswash sink. Several bathrooms available, indoor and outdoor seating. Public coin laundry places close by. Lots of places for food local and foreign, and transport right there too. Do note there are some stairs to climb, though not that many.

I had a very pleasant stay. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. The property is maintained very well. The shower and toilet rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful with my check in. A short walk away from Hong Lim Market, and several other food options nearby. It was a great spot to stay in to explore Chinatown, and close by the MRT station.

The matless where i slept this night has a hole. It's better for us the shared bathroom clean early in the morning. In the night the guests who went inside let dirty. No paper every morning to dry hands. Some guests let their luggage anywhere in the room. It's no friendly to walk inside. The ac is so high

Well maintained hospital with clean rooms and washrooms. Friendly staff who work hard to keep the place in great condition, especially Happy who is very helpful with a smile on his face, always! Great value for money!

I had never experienced capsule hotel before. It worked great for our family of 7. It was a good option for us, being on a budget. Desk manager was friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were clean. We would stay at Wink again.

Thanks for asking what I didn\'t like. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. Providing a continental breakfast was nice. location was very good. To summarize ... I would consider staying there again if the bedding was better or I could bring my own bed.

I had a very pleasant stay. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. The property is maintained very well. The shower and toilet rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful with my check in. A short walk away from Hong Lim Market, and several other food options nearby. It was a great spot to stay in to explore Chinatown, and close by the MRT station.

Really close to Chinatown MRT station, which makes this a very convenient location to be based at. Wink provided really good detailed directions to get from airport to hotel. There were issues with my flight / luggage (caused by the airline) that impacted my plans - Wink was very responsive with getting back to me when I message them. Great customer service. Wink was recommended to me by an acquaintance - glad I took up her suggestion.

Strongly not recommended!!! Literally the worst service in 15 years of travelling. Nelson the main manager and is an angry, disappointed, unhelpful and not a good person. I got double charged and they could not refund me because it is their policy and the entire broken chain of command. I will get refund through the bank, but still the experience is unnecessarily terrible.
