Very clean and comfortable beds. Even the sofabed was comfortable. Very spacious. Very large pool and whirlpool. Also a very large gym with tons of equipment. Breakfast was okay but they stocked very good quality products like Silk alternative milks and Oikos yogurt.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nice and clean space. The gym was more equipped than most I’ve come across (multiple cable machines and squat rack/free weights), and the pool and jacuzzi were nice sized. Included breakfast had nice options and was well stocked to take on the rush of hungry people in the morning. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Middleton/Madison in the future.

Hotels.com and the website for the hotel both said that an airport shuttle ran until 10pm, but it did not tell us that you have to schedule it 24 hours in advance. This cost me frustration and a $65 Uber ride both ways. Also the staff was not exactly helpful and their was a ton of construction like noises all night. I think it was the concrete facility nearby and USPS trucks loading all night. Noisy.

It was a very nice hotel. The only downside was the pool bottom is rough. Several kids cut their feet and breakfast options ran out fast due to a wrestling and hockey tournament with hungry teens.

Make sure you don't get a room directly above the indoor pool. It will smell like chlorine and gets humid within seconds of the AC unit turning off. Other than that, it was a great stay. Beautiful pool and the best gym I've seen at a hotel.

We stay here when we are in town because the staff are very accomodating, the breakfast is very good and the work out room is large and clean. We left something there last stay and they found it and held it at the desk for us to pick up the following week!

Could have been a little cleaner, was a used bandaid by the fridge, looked like something was leaking in the back of it, lots of what looked like beard trimmings left along the back of the bathroom sink. Other that that, it was very comfortable.

Room was comfortable but did smell extremely stale and almost like B.O. when we first got in. After blasting the air, it seemed to help. Room was very quiet during the night hours. Breakfast gave plenty of options and was very good and fresh. We were staying when there was an extremely large group (multiple families/soccer tournament) with a ton of kids so breakfast area was sooooo dirty. Tables left with food and garbage after they had left and no staff in sight cleaning it up. We were glad to have made it down there before they all came down. Overall decent property, but luck of the draw with other guests there but like mentioned, nothing was disruptive over night to be able to sleep well.

The property is fine and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had decent variety. For being a pretty new building, the AC is tremendously noisy, to the point that we had to turn it off during the night to allow us to sleep. Indoor pool was very cold, not suited for children in my opinion.

We checked in later in the day, even though we booked this stay quite far in advance. We were placed in a Handicap Room, even though we definitely were not handicapped! The bathroom was equipped with handicap features, including a door that was on a track, and didn’t close off the room! This feature of the room, made our stay disappointing!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express. This one had the best breakfast so far. The check in was very quick. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Free parking. I didn’t use the pool. Both elevators were working and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Checked in 10 minutes before pool closed and staff still let me in. Very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, yogurt, make your own pancake, coffee, juice, etc. The compressirs for the refrigerator and AC in the room were a litte loud when they kicked on throughout the night.

The hotel was brand new and sparkling! We LOVED the fitness center. Do not get placed in Room 105 as it is across the hall from the elevators and down the hall from the community gathering space. It was very loud late into the evening, and again early in the morning.

This is always a good hotel to stay at most times. This time around not so much. Apparently they had a change in staff and the person who was suppose to be checking me in, was on a smoke break so I stood there 10-15 minute waiting with no one else around at like 9pm! Just a bit disappointed!

The front desk at the time when we tried to check- in was a bit rude and unfriendly but they were trying to be informative regarding the details of the Morgan Wallen concert and insured us it was better to go to concert to then to wait to check-in (got there 10 mins before check-in), but when we checked in after the concert (after 2:45am), the guy at reception told us our hotel was about to be given away (there was no one else in the lobby) and told us thats why we shouldn't book though a 3rd party to get a better cost. That rubbed me the wrong the way but the hotel itself was great, the staff could have been a little bit more warm.

The area around hotel is very dark at night, it is very difficult for the first time visitors to find out how to get to the entry. Suggest to build two light-up signs, set one at the corner of University Avenue and Eagle Drive, set the other one at the corner of Eagle Drive and Murphy Drive.

Room and lobby were wonderful. Service was terrible. Had to wait 5 minutes to check in. Gentleman was nice enough, but I could tell he was wearing many hats this weekend. Saw him folding towels. Breakfast was cold and no pancakes and no straws. I have a child with a disability and we were counting on pancakes as a soft food he could self feed. Instead, he ate cold eggs and we had to wait to drink milk until we could check out and leave to find a straw. I asked at front desk and interrupted a woman using her cell phone who politely informed me there were no straws available. Later, I saw that same woman with others (presumably staff) eating breakfast in the front lobby - presumably after breakfast had ended. It just looked unprofessional. But also suggested me that there wasn’t enough staff for breaks that front desk staff on multiple shifts are multi tasking in the front entry way and not always at the desk.

The property is quite new. The architecture and decor are tasteful. Our room was quiet, and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is that the kitchen where breakfast is prepared is apparently unvented. The entire hotel, even up to the fourth floor, is permeated with the odor of bacon and eggs. We could even smell it on our clothes.
