Stayed at this hotel in May and had an amazing stay. This February stay did not hit the mark. We moved a chair in our room find garbage, there was ants infiltrating the bathroom, the pool was ice cold, and the coffee pot was useless as they only had the room stocked with decaf. Room 102. The hallways and front areas looked clean and inviting, as the front end people did a great job checking in and out. Construction going on but we could hardly notice they were there (other than the overboard amount of shipping boxes scattering the parking lots).

This hotel is a good spot for an extended stay. The place is very clean has updated fixtures. We are hanging out for a few weeks as we have 2 weddings in this area. We enjoy the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and friendly atmosphere.

Very nice location, right on the Greenway trail leading to downtown Middleton. There is also an abundance of restaurants and shopping right near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was greatly appreciated. Free, hot breakfast was good and other amenities seemed nice (although personally didn't use the pool, guest laundry, or fitness area). Our floor was a little noisy with multiple dogs barking throughout the day, but we could not hear them in the bedroom at night. Overall, very nice hotel and would stay again.

Sheets were not changed and disgusting. Told the front desk immediately and was given new bedding. No one offered to change them. I certainly didnt want to touch the dirty ones. The person at the front desk was very kind about it but told to contact the property manager for compensation as he couldnt do anything. I emailed the manager and still haven't heard back. I was in town for an event and ended up driving back home 4.5 hrs instead of staying the rest of the weekend. I was too grossed out.

There was a damp smell in the room and hence I had to use air spray to get rid of the damp smell from the room. The staff were very helpful and good. It would be good if the breakfast spread adds some variety on a day to day basis. If you stay for 5 days and most of the items are same in the breakfast everyday, you get bored.

A good location in Middleton. Great rate. Spacious room. The cons would be that hard. TV in the living area did not work. We tried to call down to the desk, but our phone didn’t work as well. The only satisfaction we received was will put a work order in and they’ll look at it tomorrow. That doesn’t exactly solve a problem when you’re only staying one night. The breakfast was tasty however, the two people who were handling the area or slow. We had to ask for silverware, plates, more hot food, etc.. There are quite a few good options in the Middleton area so I’m not sure we would stay here again.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Overall, staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was one person behind the front desk during the day that appeared too busy on his phone to greet us. We did have ants in our first room but were quickly moved to a new room. Our 2nd room was very spacious and clean. Would have been nice to be compensated in some form for inconvenience. Very easy to walk to trail, shopping, and dining. Despite minor hiccups, would definitely stay here again.

When i got to the property i was told they had oversold and they sent me to another marriott property. They insisted the 2nd property had a room. When i got there, they didn't and sent me back to the first place. Then was sent to a third property that v did have a room. This all transpired at 1 am.

It was a great and clean property! We were on the bottom floor and there was a family above us that was ridiculously load! The staff removed them from the room above us and put them in a downstairs room! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and it’s much appreciated!!!

The workspace desk is exceptional. There is a nature walking trail just outside the door. The hotel is steps away from many great dinning options. I plan to visit again next year!

More than I expected - room were large and included a kitchenette which was very convenient. Loved the larger fridge. Super close to dining places and bike routes. Our BMTR cycling group had many folks staying here and they had a similar experience. Great job on this place to stay! I will highly recommend!
