The check-in process is too slow. We didn’t get in our room til 3:20 despite arriving at 2;20pm…checkin is 3 but we asked for early checkin…Nup. The property falsely advertises that you can wine and dine on the top floor overlooking the city. But you can’t unless u pay $100,000 Yen for a group booking. I have the photos to prove it. The average tourist just wants a drink on the top deck…but no! I am requesting $100 cash back for this is false advertising. The room we got - a triple with the hardest sofa bed in the world - is very compact…not lie in the clever photos..girl on the check/in desk was pleasant and did her best.

Cute hotel with friendly staff and a great little cafe on the first floor! Room was spotless and perfect for our needs with two kids in tow. The space was well laid-out with a lofted bed providing extra room. Small, but spacious by Japanese hotel standards. The WiFi was super fast, which was a bonus.

Came for the sumo tournament in Sept and this is the perfect location! It is only a 6 min walk away and it is situated in a perfect location. In one direction, 2mins away is a 7-11. In the other direction, 4 mins away is a family mart. Ryogoku station is also 6 min walk away. I booked the Queen suite and it was large enough with space to spare for the three of us. They also provided us with trash service. They collect it in the morning so you just have to place it by the door, along with any towels you need replaced. The hotel also has a washer/dryer located on the 4th floor which was super convenient. I would recommend doing it early in the morning or late at night to avoid long wait times since there is only one for the entire building. The staff were very friendly but there was a little bit of a language barrier since our Japanese wasn’t very good but we managed to get what we needed regardless. The only thing I didn’t like were how small and thin the body towels were. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay very much and will be choosing this hotel again when we come back for another sumo tournament.

The location was close to the train station which was helpful especially since it was raining the day we left and had to walk there with our luggage. However, the hotel does not have any amenities - no restaurants, concierge, lobby/sitting area, etc... if that is important to you.

Super fint værelse. Vi blev opgraderet uden beregning og generelt var personalet rigtig søde. Desværre var tagterrassen på intet tidspunkt ledigt under vores ophold / den skal åbenbart reserveres på forhånd. Morgenmaden enkel og lækker. Gåafstand til metro og andre seværdigheder.

Fint och rent hotel, men väldigt små rum med väldigt lite förvaring! Man får intrycket av att det finns en takterrass som alla kan utnyttja, men det är bara sviterna som har tillgång till dessa.

This property was extremely small. Would not recommend for parties bigger than 3. If you prefer staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a good location. They also did offer free laundry, but they only have 1 machine for the entire building.

Overall stay was significantly for a family but the air condition is not working well when the temperature is very high on the day the room is hot. The room cleanings is not that good there had some kind of juice smudges on the bed board and the sofa bed have so many smudges on the surface. And the washing machine is useless better than nothing the main point is the whole building only 1 washing machine. The customer service is very significant.
Overall stay was significantly for a family but the air condition is not working well when the temperature is very high on the day the room is hot. 初日に止まった部屋は棚には埃が溜まっており、使用済みのコンドームの袋がそのまま置いてある、室内に備え付けのカップには埃が溜まっているなど、衛生面に良い印象がありませんでした。 その日の夜、ロフトを使用した子供がベッドが臭いと言い出し、嗅いでみるとベッドリネンから生乾きの雑巾のような匂いがしました。 スタッフに訴えると部屋の交換を提案され、案内されました。３泊の利用で、移動した部屋も最終日には別な予約が入っているとの事で、２日目に徹底した掃除を元の部屋に実施してくれるとの事で翌日元の部屋に戻りました。 翌日は部屋も清潔になっており、ロフトのベッドの臭いも解消していました。 スタッフは親切で、できる限りの代案を考案してくれましたが、そもそもの清掃面のポリシーが会社としてきちんと整備されていないのではと感じました。新築でまだ新しい施設で下町情緒とオシャレな間取りの共存する魅力的なホテルですが、清掃面をもっと考えないと今後一気に質が落ちるように思いました。

We only stayed for two nights. We had a room with a bunk (full size bed in the bottom, twin size bed on top) and a day bed. The room is rather small for two adults and two youth. Found a couple hair on the sheet, therefore give a rating of 3-star as average. The facility looks modern overall, location is close to 7-11, JR station and a street of local eatery.

There was liquid dropped on the floor when we checked in and the sofa has stains. They cleaned floor but couldn't clean the sofa so we had to ask bed sheet to cover the stains. Good thing of the hotel is very quite.

This was such a wonderful experience. I really loved this hotel. The room actually felt much bigger than the photos, and the level of cleanliness and comfort was exceptional. It was in a great location, about 5 mins away from Ryogoku station. Would love to visit again some time. Oh, and the coffee served in reception is incredible. ありがとうございました！

Lovely room designed with modern bunk beds. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan which 3 were 4.5 stars standard, my 8 years old son actually loved this hotel the most due to the lovely bunk beds design! The room is not too big but enough to accommodate 4 sleepers comfortably (though limited space for luggage). It has a lovely sofa by the window where you get to see the river and bridge next to the hotel. Great quality beds, clean room, the staff at the receptions are very helpful and friendly. It's about 12 minutes walk to the Ryogoku Station. Will recommend if you are looking for simple, modern design and doesn't want to break the bank. We stayed here for a night at the end of our holiday before going to Narita Airport to catch our flight back to London.

Just wrapped up 6 nights here. About half way through our stay we upgraded to a bigger room. We had two adults and 2 children. Try to get the queen bunk room if you have more than 3 people because the smaller room is a little tight (doable, but the bigger room had a nice sitting area that made a big difference). The staff we super nice and helpful.

In the other direction, 4 mins away is a family mart. Ryogoku station is also 6 min walk away. I booked the Queen suite and it was large enough with space to spare for the three of us. Quiet small hotel with spacious room. Walking distance to station and food options. Staff were very kind and helpful. I did find it difficult to speak to someone about a question I had prior to checking in. But overall it was a lovely experience staying here.

We only stayed for two nights. We had a room with a bunk (full size bed in the bottom, twin size bed on top) and a day bed. The room is rather small for two adults and two youth. Found a couple hair on the sheet, therefore give a rating of 3-star as average. The facility looks modern overall, location is close to 7-11, JR station and a street of local eatery.

This was such a wonderful experience. I really loved this hotel. The room actually felt much bigger than the photos, and the level of cleanliness and comfort was exceptional. It was in a great location, about 5 mins away from Ryogoku station. Would love to visit again some time. Oh, and the coffee served in reception is incredible. ありがとうございました！

I didn't like there was not a luggage room, albeit the staff was kind enough to take care of it. The terrace is not open without reservation and fee. The surroundings are not pretty, and it is far from the nearest metro station. There is no entertainment options nearby. The room is small. The bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Super cute, modern, hipster boutique hotel. Loved the design of the room with bunk beds, large daybed by the window. Coffee is excellent and it's less than 10min walk to the station which has everything you need. Staff has good enough and very helpful too

Super fint værelse. Vi blev opgraderet uden beregning og generelt var personalet rigtig søde. Desværre var tagterrassen på intet tidspunkt ledigt under vores ophold / den skal åbenbart reserveres på forhånd. Morgenmaden enkel og lækker. Gåafstand til metro og andre seværdigheder.

Breakfast is included though only the same 2 options available everyday. The hotel was compact but room was spacious enough for my family of 3 adults and 2 kids. My boys loved the bunk bed. Hotel is also within walking distance to a 7-Eleven and many restaurants. It is also near the train station and the view of the Sumida River was nice too.

Nice place. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing, they offer the use of a two in one washer/dryer which would have been great, except it wouldn’t dry our clothes so we lost sleep checking it every 30 minutes just to have to go to a near by laundromat in the morning to rewash and dry our clothes. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Room: Clean and Clear Room, and well prepared, spacious for four person, although two are sofa bed, big and wide enough for adults. Reported lighting is not working, but did not come back to fix it, that is a tiny issues that we can managed. Air Con is good enough, but one room for 4 but got only 2 Blankets, a bit can improve.
