On the plus side, the bed was extremely comfortable. A big con, the parking lot was in horrible shape. Numerous and deep pot holes made for challenging driving through the lot. The rooms on the back side of the hotel could only be accessed by driving (very cautiously) completely around the building because the lot was so dug up.

Front entrance canopy damaged..from water damage. Been that way for a long time. Don't understand why can't be fixed in a timely manner.. I don't think canopy is safe to be underneath....

A very bad experience, the hotel is in very poor condition and the photos on the website do not show the reality on site, starting with the entrance to the parking lot which is completely destroyed due to underground drainage work, the main entrance porte cochere is not accessible to vehicles and gives the impression that it is going to fall down at any moment since the columns that support it are bent, in addition the hygiene in the rooms leaves much to be desired since I found some bugs in my room which made me leave early and I had to make a reservation at a neighboring hotel.

Ended up not coming at expected time so we canceled. When getting to town was going to stay, but upon reaching the hotel it was horrible. Doung construction couldnt even pull in the one entrace. Huge gaps where concrete is being replaced im assuming. They could tell people when booking. Went to comfort inn next door and it was wonderful plus was 30.00 cheaper and we even got a king suite.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, & the A/C worked. Overall, very happy. The room did have a musty smell when we entered. The hotel is in the middle of the construction process, ɓut work was not happening while we were there, so it didn't affect us.

I was worried when it was a motel and not a hotel. The outside also did not look the best. However, the room was SUPER clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with very soft sheets. There were no hairs in the tub or sink. There were no hairs in the towels either which even expensive hotels have in them these days. The only down side was they were pretty stingy with towels and washcloths etc. We would definitely stay here again.

While the property has construction on the outside, the room was smelly & dirty. The bathroom faucet wasn’t aligned with the sink so it made it difficult to wash your hands. The bathtub was dirty, the shower was old and stained, and was holes in the linen.

The outside of the building doesn't look like the pictures online. Found hairs in bathtub and room had weird smell. They had a giant sinkhole in front of the building going to there second drive way. Breakfast they just had toast, juice and three cerials and you can make your own waffle. We had to wait 45 minute at the front desk to check out and get a receipt. I had to call the front desk to get somebody to get up there and check out. Highly recommend going to one of the many other hotels around them.

This hotel was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The room was disgusting and smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. It was not clean. We did not feel safe staying at this hotel, the other occupants made us feel very nervous and we feared for our safety. We are very loyal customers to hotels.com and we believe this hotel needs to be taken off your list of options. We did not even stay a full night as we could not sleep due to the fact it was so dirty and disgusting. We wish we could receive a refund but we were so tired from traveling across the country that we just moved on to our next destination. It was a complete waste of money.

This room had the most comfortable bed of any of the 5 hotels I stayed at while on a road trip. Microwave and mini fridge were nice amenities that I haven’t always gotten at higher priced motels. Great stay, great staff. Would recommend

Pros: The room was very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was nice, until the end of my stay; The people in the room next to mine argued and screamed at each other every night. I decided to leave three days early, because I could no longer stand the noise of my neighbors, I did not feel safe, worried that those people might break into my room, and hotel management would not refund for those three days. The window shades would not work properly. I managed to get them down, but they stayed stuck that way. The internet connection was spotty and would stop several times a day while I was in the room, already logged on and using it. I won't stay there again.

There was construction going on in front of the building that had caused significant damage to the awning columns that was a safety concern. All four columns were damaged, and were being supported by wooden post. Paint on outside of building was incomplete, but overall satisfied with our room. It was a large room, and was well decorated. Cleanliness was overall good, but needed some attention to small details. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Bathroom counter needs soap dish. Concrete steps up to second floor deteriorating. I got the impression the hotel was in the middle of a massive remodel.

When we drove into the hotel, my wife and I wondered if they were open. The perking lot and motel were clearly under construction. No clear markings as to where to enter to check in. When i walked into the Lobby, there was a lady behind the counter. I was never offically greeted. She asked how can I help you. My reply was I have a reservation and told her my name. She began typing on the computers keyboard. Then I realized she was talking on her phone through her earbuds. We finished the tranaction as she gave more attention to her phone call than she did my checkin.

Parking lot was under construction. Our bathroom door and closet door wouldn’t shut. Looks like they are trying to update the hotel. We had an extra mattress leaned up against the wall in our room. You could barely get your hands under the faucet in the bathroom. However, the bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the staff was quick and friendly at checkin.

First room I didn't even go in as I could smell cigarette smoke time I opened the door and I asked for non smoking room. They did give me another room which was better. The beds were very comfortable. For the most part the rooms were clean. Not sure if this hotel is pet friendly but I had to clean what looked like yellow sprinkle on the back of the bathroom door. Looked like they are in the process of remodeling. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. The yogurt cups were outdated. Not much else offered. So for a quick trip for a wedding, it was a comfortable stay. The price was fair for what we got. Location was great, right off interstate and walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner.

It is a good property. I am from Dickson so I know this is a safe area. The hotel format is a bit dated and the tub was clogged and there is a bit of construction going on in the entrance part of the hotel. However the staff were awesome and it is very convenient to dining/gas. It is a good value hotel.

The property was very nice and the staff was friendly. However there was only one entrance to the property and it was under some basic road construction on the other entrance. Not at all bad or noisy just a little inconvenient because I had to drive all the way around to leave and come out ensure the insurance that other vehicles and things coming in. It was just a tight fit

Facility is a bit aged, but in pretty good shape, and the bed was very comfortable (I slept 10 hours!). Free breakfast was basically waffles and cereal, which knocked it down a star, for me. But Hardee's is a quick walk away.

This is a basic hotel right off the interstate. At first I thought it might be scetchy when I pulled up because the front area was all torn up with construction, and there was machinery parked and clearly construction people were staying there too. But it was surprisingly quiet and clean, the room was just fine. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was lacking; no meat, no bananas. Very little quantity as if they were just so cheap. Rooms were updated and clean to say something positive. Was not aware of construction all around hotel.

First room I didn't even go in as I could smell cigarette smoke time I opened the door and I asked for non smoking room. They did give me another room which was better. The beds were very comfortable. For the most part the rooms were clean. Not sure if this hotel is pet friendly but I had to clean what looked like yellow sprinkle on the back of the bathroom door. Looked like they are in the process of remodeling. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. The yogurt cups were outdated. Not much else offered. So for a quick trip for a wedding, it was a comfortable stay. The price was fair for what we got. Location was great, right off interstate and walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner.

Their definition of a "Hot Breakfast", is significantly different than mine. When the only thing HOT available is toast and waffles, it is significantly lacking. It meets the letter, but not the spirit of the statement. Especially for someone like my self with a low carb diet requirement, there was NOTHING available.

The outside of the building doesn't look like the pictures online. Found hairs in bathtub and room had weird smell. They had a giant sinkhole in front of the building going to there second drive way. Breakfast they just had toast, juice and three cerials and you can make your own waffle. We had to wait 45 minute at the front desk to check out and get a receipt. I had to call the front desk to get somebody to get up there and check out. Highly recommend going to one of the many other hotels around them.

The staff was beyond kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Only feedback/heads up would be that while it says "breakfast included," it only includes juice/coffee, cereal and bread/packaged muffins. Not bad, just an FYI.
