3 bdrm country cottage - Main house - Rosewood cottages

The Rosewood House is fully self-contained, featuring three bedrooms (one queensize, four twin beds and a double/single futon bunk), a spare room with a single bed, a four piece bathroom, a large, modern kitchen with dining area, and parking for three (+) cars. Including the Vacation House, we rent five cottages. Our property has approx. 600' of frontage on the shoreline of the Saugeen River. The fishing is great! We do not have receptionist at the property House Guidelines: - Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits. - Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining reasonable noise levels. - Parties are not permitted. - Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment. - Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees. - If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them. - We welcome furry friends for a pet fee, as it helps cover the extra 1-2 hour long cleaning /labor after checkout. Pets fees may occur.
