Clean property and very friendly staff! I wish the rooftop restaurant was open longer on the weekends it was closed Sunday by 4 pm and we couldn’t go out there! We only stayed Sunday night and picked this place for the rooftop views that we didn’t get to enjoy!

This is an excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable and a very good breakfast is included. The workout facility is really good as well. We used it daily. The only knock, and it’s kind of a big one, is they rent out the upstairs rooftop for private events. During our stay there was a huge party up there on a Saturday night. We were two floors down and it was loud in our room. The party lasted past midnight and we had difficulty trying to sleep with this loud Spring Break type party going on.

Everything was good, but the only thing was in the bathroom. The faucet seemed too far away from the back of the sink, so water kept getting all over the back of the counter & the light switches in there didnt look like they were wiped down cuz there was something on them like makeup or old food. Not alot, but simply could have been wiped off. Other than that, everyone was very nice & the rooftop bar was amazing!!!! Awesome city skyline view & spacious.

This was our first time coming to this hotel and I can honestly say we would definitely come back I absolutely loved the outdoor rooftop bar experience it was soo pretty seeing the city lights and buildings meanwhile we were having our drinks and food. Our server was so lovely and she was very attentive with us! The bathroom was clean I just noticed that the sink and corners of the showers really needed to be cleaned since it looks like buildup grime other than that I absolutely enjoyed our little hotel room it was in good condition and the bed was soo comfortable you are in your own space. I enjoyed having a safe in our hotel room so you can put all your precious items in the safe when you leave the hotel room. The lighting in the hotel room makes you feel really relaxed. I must say they do charge you an extra $50 for valet parking and it is only a one time payment when you check in. You can come in/out as many times as you please!

The room was clean and nice as was the overall hotel property. What was bad about the room is road and ac noise. It was so bad the hotel gives out ear plugs to sleep with. I traveled in my job for 40 years and stayed in hotels an average of 2 nights a week all across the US and world. This one ranks as one of the noisiest I’ve ever been in.

Everything seemed new! Only thing we didn’t like was street noise as our room was on corner and motorcycles sounded like they were driving through our room at night! Ask for room not on the street if it is possible. Also parking $50 per day isn’t cheap! But gave us peace of mind.

Didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. Very inconvenient to have to go to 7th floor to use the one very small microwave. No pencil or pad in room to write things down. Lights in room were too dim except for bathroom which also did not have a fan in it

Hotel was very pretty, staff was nice, only hiccup was at checkout time when we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on door and and being told we had to leave even after we explained to her that we had spoken to an employee the previous night and paid for late check out she still insisted that we needed to leave. The fee was on properly on our statement like we had agreed but there must have been a lack of communication to housekeeping. We quickly packed up and spoke to reception who offered a refund. Appreciated the refund and apology but it was an unfortunate end to our stay and left us with a bad taste in our mouth.

Staff was rude. They said our room would be available when we called ahead but then said it wasn’t ready when we arrived with no explanation of why. Desk clerks were condescending and rudely shouted “girls!” to get the attention of our group of adults, not all of whom were even women.

Stayed a night for a concert at The Salt Shed. Very convenient and walkable. Late night restaurant choices close by. Valet parking was easy and the check in desk was so quick and friendly! Our room was an amazing 67 degrees, comfy bed and clean.

Good location for sight seeing. All uber drives were within 5 miles. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms were clean. Great views of the city from the rooftop. Good workout facility. Only negative was the water pressure in the shower.

Good location - about two blocks from I-90/I-94, a few miles from The Loop. Very clean and well-maintained. High level of security. Large room, with comfortable beds, couch and desk. Great view of the city - floor-to-ceiling windows.All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast included. Rooftop restaurant and bar with great views of the city. No self-parking - Valet parking only. But valet staff were very friendly and helpful. They retrieved our car quickly, and offered to help with loading/unloading onto baggage carts. In-and-out parking for the daily fee. This was our second visit to this hotel. We recommend it.
