The hotel is fairly conveniently located, and the room was spacious, relatively comfortable and quiet. The one chair, at the desk, was comfortable but could use a set of wheels, especially with the thick carpet. The fitness center, while basic, had enough equipment to get a solid workout. The breakfast offered some variety and the food was reasonably high quality. Unfortunately, the tea tasted absolutely awful - the person working there informed me that this was due to the filtration of the hot water in the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful, especially when I needed a spot to file up all four tires, which had inexplicably fallen low on air.

We stayed at this property in 3/23 and the reason for the low score for condition of the property and eco friendliness was solely due to the faucet water, otherwise property was great. I had two rooms which both had cloudy water almost milky. I informed the front desk and the young man came to my rooms and inspected it himself. He was very nice and offerred aplogies, but, did not have a remedy to fix it. He did say they had filtered water in the fitness room available ( we were on 4th floor, fitness room 1st floor), but we ended up purchasing bottled water ourselves. I informed the front desk again about the situation at checkout and she was apologetic as well, but no remedy was ever offered for my family's inconvenience. Great location. Only 5 minutes to Pearl Street and other shopping and restaurants as well. You are literally at the base of the foothills, great view which is a must when visiting Colorado.

I really enjoyed this place! The view was absolutely stunning. Location was great, not too far from downtown but far enough there were no noise issues. The covered parking was a great surprise and very appreciated. The bathroom was awesome and big. Water was super hot! I think the only thing that would have been better would have been more breakfast options.

My stay was comfortable, quiet and affordable. Highway travel was easy from this location. The room was clean. Fitness center for this location at the time of my stay included 2 treadmills, bike, elliptical, bench, free weights and medicine balls. These were clean with good ventilation in the room.

Boulder lost power.. the hotel was without power during our stay. That was not the hotel’s fault. But, we were in the dark for 12 hours. The staff should have passed out flashlights. Very unsafe and very inconvenient. It was not handled well.

Our room was beautiful and clean. Loved everything about it. We really appreciated that the shower was modern with glass doors and full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The provided breakfast had a variety of good quality choices including hot options and lots of toppings for yogurt, granola, and oatmeal. It’s location just 6 minutes from CU can’t be beat. Nice hotel close to downtown boulder , with bus station walking distance . Breakfast was poor. I stayed three nights and my room was not clean even once . I was told they will clean every other , but not , it was not clean in tne 3 nights . Staff extremely nice . Area super safe .

We never had our room cleaned. They came one day but my granddaughter was sleeping so I said that we were ok for that day. But they never came back the next days. We kept taking towels from the maids carts. Had to keep emptying our garbage and asking for toilet paper. We stayed for 5 days.

The staff was as friendly as they needed to be, and there was always someone available at the front desk. Since it seems to be like a small outpost as part of the Marriott chain. There isn’t much to it other than a place to stay. The morning breakfast is not like your typical offerings when breakfast is included with a stay. that was a little bit disappointing. And housekeeping only comes to the rooms every other day. For what it is, it’s kept clean and it’s a place to stay if that’s all you really need.

Pretty mid-stay. The hotel did not have the type of room we paid for through Expedia (on the side where you could see the mountains). The room was OK, but was clean. The room was not laid out well - for example, if the bathroom door was open, you couldn’t open the door to the hallway because it blocked it; there were no outlets near one side of the bed. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good!

We opted for the room with a view and we were not disappointed. We woke up everyday with the view of the Flatirons and snow capped mountains in the background. Very easy and quick to travel to downtown Boulder while still quiet outside the city. Parking included. Large rooms. Excellent.

Property and room were clean, modern and conveniently located a short drive from Boulder attractions. What we weren't happy about is the fact that we paid Expedia for a king room and were given a double queen room by the hotel. They told us they were overbooked, so rooms bought from 3rd parties got bumped to whatever was available. Buyer beware, next time go directly to hotel to get what you paid for.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Great value for money. Breakfast was ok most days depending on your tastes. I don't eat meat and one day there wasn't any non-meat hot options which was a shame. I don't eat diary either and there's limited non-dairy options. I would like to see more fruit other than apples too. Breakfast lady started clearing away before 9am which was annoying as we were quite late getting there and hadn't finished.
