Clean and upgraded facility. The kitchen needs some help! We ordered a flatbread and a chicken sandwich. 25 minutes later no food....no staff. I yelled into the kitchen to see what was the problem. The said "trainee"? We were to be at a concert at another venue. I said I want my money back! He brought out flatbread that was soupy and disgusting---perhaps he microwaved it???? The chicken was so burnt it looked black against the bun. NOT FIT TO EAT AND HE HID IN THE BACK SO I DIDN'T GET REFUNDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER. The breakfast at checkout was good and so was the staff member there in charge. She was very accomodating!

Front desk clerk was less than helpful. There are doors on the backside of the building but there’s no access to get in, so you have to park clear in the back and walk all the way around the front. There wasn’t any shower gel in the bathroom, dirty q-tips left on the floor. Had went down and asked for an extra blanket and a pillow and was told it would be brought up to our room. After waiting over 30 minutes, went back down to see, because the phone in the room didn’t work, and the clerk forgot which room to take them to. He couldn’t find any pillows, so would towels be ok instead 🙄.
