Nice place to stay. It could have been cleaner. (Spider webs on the lights). But overall OK. The restaurant food is good but long service. I enjoyed the pool and the spa. I might go again if I go in the area again

Overall, a category three star hotel. the room is very small. The bathroom facilities are dated, although clean. some renovations have been done in certain parts of the hotel but nothing luxurious by any stretch of the means. the outdoor swimming pool was empty not yet opened for the season in the first week of June, overall nothing to complain about but nothing to brag about either.

The staff was friendly, the room clean Unfortunately, there was no laundry room available as advertised Loved all that was available: lots of seating available outside. Near the pool, tables spaced throughout the property outside, beautiful view of the lake. Near a water park for kids and adult.

Chambre 211: déception +++ , nos lits n’ont jamais été refait le lendemain, manquait des serviettes, plancher non balayé, bcp de poussière sous les bureaux, abats-jour bossés et désuets, téléphone non fonctionnel, moulures qui décollent au plafond. Raisons obtenues (réception) manque de personnel et les lits ne sont pas refait consignes de la direction de l’hôtel. Jamais plus cet hôtel.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons immédiatement constaté qu’elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site. La chambre était poussiéreuse à plusieurs endroits, les meubles étaient usés et égratignés, la literie semblait vieille, et la télévision était minuscule, à peine la taille d’un écran d’ordinateur. La cafetière en plastique faisait très bas de gamme. De plus, la connexion Wi-Fi était difficile à établir et le signal restait très faible durant tout notre séjour.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel the room was a little small but we were there only to sleep and shower, the meals at the restaurant were excellent! We were astonished at the variety and quality of the meals and portions, the price was reasonable the service was excellent, the hotel itself was very clean so was our room only little thing the door made a lot of noise which we mentioned at our departure, the exterior was super well taken care of We had options of sitting outside by the pool or by the water , we recommend this hotel it’s a very beautiful and nice place to stay.

Mon objectif était d'aller faire du paddleboard. La plage est facilement accessible, il y a même un quai. J'ai adoré la beauté des paysages. Ce que je reproche un peu, c'est la propriété de la chambre (douche sale, drap pas nécessairement lavés), la petitesse de la salle de bain qui n'est pas pratique, l'odeur brassicole dans l'hôtel, la lenteur des services de restaurantion (45 min avant de recevoir un souper), le gérant qui refuse de parler avec nous pour dealer la chambre, le spa hors d'usage, l'insonorisation des chambres (on entend tout!). Bref, bon personnel, bel emplacement, piscine chauffée, belles installations extérieures et milieu chaleureux. Les serveurs et serveuses étaient super avec nous. Alors, mon expérience était tout de même bien, mais le manoir doit investir dans la salubrité, le temps en cuisine et en rénovation de ses chambres qui laissent à désirer. Trop cher pour la qualité offerte ! Merci ! 😀

Chambre bcp trop petite pour 4 personnes. Nous n'avons pas pu ranger nos vêtements dans le peu de tiroirs qu'il y avait car ils etaient sale (plein de graine de je ne sais quoi et de petit bout de papier). Cetait donc difficile d'y circuler. Notre chambre était directement face au stationnement donc les rideaux devaient etre fermé en permanence. Les rideaux se refermaient sur l'air climatisé qui etaient au niveau du sol donc difficile de couvrir les fenêtres en laissant la climatisation refroidir la chambre. Très vieille chambre du à être rénové. Très petite et vieille télé. Les images étaient très flou. Tout de même un beau sejour avec les activités des environs. L'hôtel semble aussi être dans la meilleure du coin. Contente d'avoir vu le secteur mais nous n'y retournerons pas.

The restaurant was find. The room smelly, small, no balcon only one chair. Climatisation very noisy. The bed, the sheets very used. Cracs on the selling et the luzes too brights and no way to close one light, they were not independent. The door of the bathroom the peint was peeling.

Le site de l'hôtel est très agréable (spa, sauna, piscine, restaurant, microbrasserie, balançoires extérieures,). Toutefois la qualité des chambres laisse à désirer. Nous avions une chambre réguliere avec 1 lit double et celle-ci était très petite et avait peu d'espace de rangement. L'insonorisation avec les autres chambres doit vraiment être revu, lorsque l'un de nos voisins utilise la douche un gros bruit sourd se fait entendre dans notre chambre et ce, pour l'entièreté de la douche. Le bruit est assez fort pour réveiller les clients, ce qui nous est arrivé vers 23h30. Aucune photo de la salle de bain n'est affiché sur Expedia et nous avons compris pourquoi, la douche qui est assez étroite se trouve dans la chambre et la toilette ainsi que le lavabo dans une pièce fermée à côté.

Thé staff were great but the room was small the heating didn’t work in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but the sheets and towels were very clean. At the end of our stay we found out we were in the old section that needs to be renovated. So if you decide to stay here ask for the new section

Avait réservation pour deux chambres avec expédia arrivé à l’hôtel seulement une chambre meme si le paiement des deux chambres avait passé sur la carte de crédit le réceptionniste ne veut pas honorer la réservation nous avons été obligés de reprendre une autre chambre à gros prix et la réceptionniste dit qu’ils ont beaucoup de problèmes avec Expedia j’ai été obligé de téléphoner à Expedia impossible de parler avec quelqu’un qui parle français on m’a répondu nous avons quelqu’un qui parle anglais espagnol et chinois mais personne pour le francais….. Wowwww

J’ai reservé pour un couple de personnes âgées. Manque de personnel. Personne n’est présent à notre arrivée. Nos infos sont à la vue de tous. Personne n’est là au matin lorsque nous avons un problème technique avec la chambre. Nous devons attendre que la dame qui fait le menage arrive pour nous aider. (La dame est vraiment très gentille). Décevant. Manque de sécurité. Je ne vais pas recommander cet endroit.

Il y a eu une erreur entre Expédia et l’auberge. J’ai réservé à 10:30 le matin pour le soir même et l’auberge m’a appelé qu’à 16:30 pour m’aviser qu’il n’avait plus de chambre, qu’Expédia avait fait une erreur, et que je devais m’organiser avec eux pour me faire rembourser et trouver une place où dormir. Nous avons du dormir dans ma voiture car tout était occupé dans les hôtels.

I only arrived around 10 at night and the reception was closed but an employe and the restaurant greated me and was very polite. He handed me an enveloppe addressed to me with all the info for my stay. The next morning I left around 9:30 and my check-out was already completed. All in all it was a very Nice quiet place to stay.

Service à l'accueil parfaite L'extérieur avec terrasse bord de l'eau vraiment plaisant Chambre tranquille lit et oreiller inconfortables pour le souper au restaurant nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes à 19:30 hrs nous avons eu notre table à 20:15 hrs nous avons reçus de l'eau et apres 45 min d'attente nous sommes parties bien déçu... pour le brunch du lendemain matin c'était parfait La microbrasserie sur place est extraordinaire

Bel établissement dans un coin de pays pittoresque L’hôtel est bien situé et la région est magnifique Par contre j’avais réservé une chambre vu sur le lac mais j’ai eu droit à une chambre avec vue sur la rue Ils m’ont facturés pour une chambre vue sur rue mais je voulais une chambre arrière avec vue sur le lac Ce qu’il faut savoir c’est qu’il y a une brasserie annexée à l’hôtel et qu’avec une chambre avec vue sur la rue on a accès avec toutes les conversations des clients de la brasserie jusqu’à 3:00 du matin Si j’accorde seulement 4 étoiles c’est que je n’ai jamais reçu d’avis à cet effet et que ce n’était pas une question de prix mais de la sélection des clients qui n’a pas été prise en compte

Le bain avait des traces de moisissures. Aucun restaurant fermé le lundi et mardi on aurait aimé le savoir et y aller deux jours plus tard. L'endroit est beau piscine entretenue mais journée trop froide pour en profiter. Chambre très petite mais propre.

Dans la chambre presque pas de mobilier pour déposer nos affaires. La salle de bain est petite et pas de cabinet pour déposer nos choses. Le lit est presque appuyé sur une mur d'un côté ce qui n'est pas pratique. Pour le déjeuner nous avons eu un brunch et la nourriture était trop cuite puisqu'elle a été préparée trop à l'avance et avec le réchaud les aliments deviennent durs et secs. Un peu décevant pour le prix payé.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel the room was a little small but we were there only to sleep and shower, the meals at the restaurant were excellent! We were astonished at the variety and quality of the meals and portions, the price was reasonable the service was excellent, the hotel itself was very clean so was our room only little thing the door made a lot of noise which we mentioned at our departure, the exterior was super well taken care of We had options of sitting outside by the pool or by the water , we recommend this hotel it’s a very beautiful and nice place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price, especially considering the beautiful location overlooking the lake. If you arrive late in the day forget about finding a parking space, use a public garage. One surprise is the lack of any live receptionist. All communication is done over the phone. Your room door key pad will not be activated until 4PM. The ice machine and common refrigerator are beyond the reception desk - go down stairs. Other than these minor details you will enjoy your stay.
