I enjoyed the stay. My room was nice, I was upgraded to the suite single accessibility needs required. It was a bit tight in the bedroom, hard to get to the side of the bed in my wheelchair. The front wheels kept getting stuck when move front and back. The bathroom was perfect for accessibility. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come to the door and assist with opening it. May look into making some doors accessible after swiping key card so it is easier to get in (pool, workout room and laundry room)

This was by far one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. In town for my daughter’s wedding for 5 nights and the hotel was perfect. The food of good, the staff was amazing and the best part, the elevators were on point. We’ve all been places where you wait forever for that elevator. But not here! Good parking and locations. 10/10!

Overall ok stay. The issues begin on my arrival day when I received a call that seemed as a scam from the start. However, my original booking was doubled booked could not stay at location and wasn't informed until 2 hours before checkin. Reservation was found at no additional charge and I specifically asked if this reservation was confirmed so there would be no complications upon arrival. I arrived for checkin at Courtyard by Marriott just to be told there was not a reservation for me. The clerk did nothing to try and help me. I stepped out of the line to call hotels.com back and explain I'm being told that there is no reservation under my name. The hotels.com rep apologized and asked me to hold while he contacted Courtyard by Marriott. Only with the call from hotels.com did the clerk say "on your reservation just popped up"! Very unprofessional and not sympathetic. Front staff needs more customer service training!!! Lastly someone in my party is wheel chair bound, and our room key never worked for the side entrance number 5, I told staff this several times and had keys reprogrammed the keys never allowed us access to the door that made the elevator easily accessible. Instead I had to go all the way around to front of building then walk a distance to get to elevator!! Whew. Not acceptable for a person who is disabled.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my short stay (one night) at this property. The room was spacious and modern, it was quiet (even on a holiday), the pool was clean and I enjoyed it by myself, and the amenities were just what was listed. The area can get a bit sketchy in terms of loud muscle cars, booming bass, and interesting characters hanging outside the premises, especially since this is located close to a shopping center where interesting things happen... but I found that around the hotel, it wasn't an issue. I felt safe, it was quiet at night and I didn't have any issues sleeping or enjoying the amenities in the hotel.

The location and staff were amazing. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend new furniture in the living rooms. My couch had an odor and was visibly dirty. I wasn’t in my room often but when I was I steered clear of the couch.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning some areas—doors, baseboards, corners of shower and bathroom floor. Nice hotel but if the house keeping is not kept up/-it’s gonna be looking unlike other Westin properties.

Good location with plenty of shopping and dinig options. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom sink, floor and walls. Also, there were holes in the bed sheets. It was nice to have breakfast included but it definitly did not live up to the pics posted on the website.

It was fine for what I needed but I will not be back. My bathroom was not clean (left over soap bars), my carpet had food fragments left and there was food in the fridge. Additionally, the front desk staff, one female in particular was SO rude to everyone in line ( I do have her name but I will not blast that publically) . Based on that interaction alone I will not be back.

This property although stunning has some items that should be paid attention to by facilities. The living room area had hangers for a 2nd window covering but it was missing. The result: lots of street and nearby freeway noise, plus lighting. The towel bar came loose while we were there. Touch ups on the wall in the kitchen were noticeable. As much as this room was and the expectation of quality matched elsewhere on site, this is an issue.

Arrived to check in. Upon arrival, I was told the room I booked had been “overbooked” and that they would give me something similar. Okay cool. When I got to that room, neither of the tvs worked!!!! And the room was just okay as far as cleanliness. The sofa bed had stains on it …I will never ever recommend this hotel

The staff was distracted when I initially walked in. And even though I was bused in, I wasn’t greeted until after standing and waiting at the counter for a few minutes. The young man who checked me in was kind and sweet, but was distracted by a woman that was there. The room I booked showed windows all around the bedroom but what I was placed in was completely different. I was given a room with a view of the street on the first floor with people walking by. The chain to pull the curtain down was hanging from the wall. And the hot water in the bathroom sink would not turn on. This wasn’t my first time staying here, but this will definitely be my last.

The room was so plain and the tv is so far from the bed. We were in the middle hallway and you can hear everyone talking and yelling. Then it wasn’t even check out time and some housekeeping lady was literally trying to bust in our room. She almost got hurt. Super unprofessional. Like trying to open our door. We weren’t checked out. I had to really use prayer and control in that moment. This place was ghetto for the price I paid. Never again.

The hotel is actually not a terrible hotel. The main issue is the communication. I have an issue with billing. I left messages and hadn't heard anything. I don't trust them with my money. Be careful. Still waiting on a double charge after 2 weeks.

I booked a room at the Element Hampton through Expedia and paid in full. Upon checking in, the gentleman at the desk acknowledged that the room was pre paid and asked for a card to cover any damages. When I check my account the next day the hotel charged me AGAIN for the room. Totally unacceptable.

We had an issue at check in. And they made sure they accommodated us. They were very apologetic and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I will stay here again and have recommended others do the same

Overall ok stay. The issues begin on my arrival day when I received a call that seemed as a scam from the start. However, my original booking was doubled booked could not stay at location and wasn't informed until 2 hours before checkin. Reservation was found at no additional charge and I specifically asked if this reservation was confirmed so there would be no complications upon arrival. I arrived for checkin at Courtyard by Marriott just to be told there was not a reservation for me. The clerk did nothing to try and help me. I stepped out of the line to call hotels.com back and explain I'm being told that there is no reservation under my name. The hotels.com rep apologized and asked me to hold while he contacted Courtyard by Marriott. Only with the call from hotels.com did the clerk say "on your reservation just popped up"! Very unprofessional and not sympathetic. Front staff needs more customer service training!!! Lastly someone in my party is wheel chair bound, and our room key never worked for the side entrance number 5, I told staff this several times and had keys reprogrammed the keys never allowed us access to the door that made the elevator easily accessible. Instead I had to go all the way around to front of building then walk a distance to get to elevator!! Whew. Not acceptable for a person who is disabled.

Our room was taken on our arrival, and they had no available rooms. The biggest problem was we traveled from NY for a college tour and were tired on arrival. Izahia, was great at the front desk because he was able to locate a hotel with rooms available in the area. We didn’t get a chance to experience the hotel. Or its surroundings.

It was fine for what I needed but I will not be back. My bathroom was not clean (left over soap bars), my carpet had food fragments left and there was food in the fridge. Additionally, the front desk staff, one female in particular was SO rude to everyone in line ( I do have her name but I will not blast that publically) . Based on that interaction alone I will not be back.

I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was awesome EVERYDAY as well as the chefs and prep team! Front Desk staff were Super! The cleaning staff was very attentive! Please please stay here! I really enjoyed my stay here! I appreciated the cleanliness of the hallways and the rooms. Breakfast was good, I appreciated the fact that they made it fresh and to your specific order. The only thing I would recommend is having juice as an option for those that don’t care for coffee or tea (unless I overlooked it). This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back.
