The room was nice, but there were definitely some issues with this place. First off, the staff does not speak English. Opted for a hotel instead so we could get info from local staff, that obviously didn't happen. Area around hotel is loud, the windows are not fully sealed at the bottom. The hot water was very sparse. Some days there was none, other days there was a little. For the price we paid, we expected a better experience. Another note, and this is for safety, I understand, but every time you want to re-enter the hotel, you have to press an intercom. They inevitably ask questions, in spanish, that we could not understand, so it was the same annoying back and forth multiple times a day.

Clean, organized property with friendly staff. Most importantly, it is in a safe & quiet neighborhood, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The only potential issue is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so it may get too hot in the summer. As we stayed in March, it was the perfect temperature inside. Would come back again!

Fue una agradable estancia. Es una casona adaptada, en una zona bonita, la calle es tranquila. Queda cerca de muchos de los atractivos de Condesa. Recordar que al ser una casa, las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento de ruido interno, así que pueden escuchar a las personas que andan por ahí. Es una casa fría, la cama estaba bien equipada, pero si vale la pena estar prevenidos ya que no hay calefacción. El personal del lugar fue muy atento y amable con nosotros. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse con ellos.

This place was in a perfect location to access a lot of different areas! You really didn’t have to do much unless you grabbed a quick Uber, which still was only about 10 to 15 minutes for most popular spots. The only thing that wasn’t as great as that they did not have air conditioning, but it did not feel very warm.

First time staying at Parral 14 boutique hotel. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, safe , clean and perfectly located place to stay , Parral 14 should be highly considered. This is NOT a Sheraton style hotel. It’s small and has all the basics but not much more. Staff are professional and polite. My only complaint would be that the front main entrance door should be open between normal business hours so guests don’t have to use the call box every time they want back in. Also , the first night I arrived , I couldn’t even get in because the call box was not lit and couldn’t find the button. Fortunately , a nice older man showed me how to “buzz” the box as he walked by. I stood out there for 20 mins in the dark trying to figure this out. Couples should try to get one of the interior bigger rooms. More space.

This small hotel was perfectly clean quiet and well appointed. Breakfast to order was great. On a quiet street with 24 hour front desk to buzz you in. I was with my younger sister and we felt so safe. The ladies that work there were very helpful with any questions and even provided late check out when our flight was delayed due to a storm. My Spanish is very limited and that was not a problem. I was a little worried about no aircon but the temps are cool and the room was completely comfortable night and day. Did I mention that the price is unbeatable and there are adorable restaurants steps away. This is the place to stay! I’ll be back :)

Nice property though a bit dated. No heating but space heater provided on request. Either get scalded or freeze in shower. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant, responsive to needs. A lovely neighborhood (La Condesa) providing needed respite from a bustling CDMX.

Very noisy place. Without AC we had to sleep with open windows dealing with neighbour noise, cats meowing all night and mosquitoes. I could also hear voices from other rooms. I had issues with hot water in my room too.

Nice little place with great staff. Only issues were the lack of ventilation in the bathroom which made it smell musty at times and that we had to buzz in for entrance when we returned each time. We did not partake in the breakfast as we wanted to try local places but it was a great option with eggs your way and fresh fruit. The staff was great and they did an excellent & thorough job cleaning every day

The room was ok, but was very strongly smelling of chemicals so I had a headache the whole time i stayed there. The hitel set up a taxi transfer for me at the hotel and triple charged the normal rate, so they participated in scamming me. Thry also did not refund myvroom deposit ao the room ended up being way more than was advertised since they stole my monry without returning the deposit.

Overall this was a good place to stay at, I felt safe, comfortable and the location was very convenient. Some of the furniture and bathroom facilities were worn and the drains produce a smell (they are covered with a rubber flap to prevent this). The provided breakfast and snacks were great and the staff was very friendly allowing me to leave my luggage for an extra night while I went on a hike.

Excellent! This hotel is located in Condesa, walking distance from myriad dining options: restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, street food vendors, etc. Location is excellent! The area feels safe. We walked around at all hours of the night. You’ll have to identify yourself before entering the hotel each time, buzzing in via the intercom system. Although there is nightlife, the neighborhood is quiet. We arrived at 10 AM during the work week, an hour drive from the airport because of traffic. We left before 8am on a Sunday, less than 30 minutes back to airport. The property and room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The wonderful staff are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend. I would stay at Parral 14 Boutique Hotel again.

The staff was terrific and the hotel had small clean rooms ( we had 3 different rooms -Roma was the largest). The hotel was conveniently placed near great restaurants and lovely parks. An Uber was 109 pesos from Centro. The internet was reliable. The hotel itself was quiet as the rooms were placed a distance apart with sound proof cement walls between. Dogs bark regularly but that is true all over CDMX. I would suggest that a chair be placed in the room so you do not have to lie on the bed to read and a mirror be placed over the sink so you can see to shave.

Lovely stay at a simple and quiet hotel in a great area. The women who with there are so sweet and helpful. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, it would do much better with a fan. I was also on the ground floor so couldn’t open the windows to sleep as people passing by would be able to see in. Other than that, a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast was good and filling. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms are very quiet and you can hear people talking outside/walking by at night - so bring white noise if you're a light sleeper! I would stay here again. Great location - go get a pastry at Mama Carmela around the corner!

Pros: Beautiful and safe location, which was the main reason for booking. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping, with two large parks within walking distance. Friendly and helpful cleaning/kitchen staff. Basic but tasty breakfast. Cons: Room near the front desk was noisy due to constant interactions. Room was very cold with no heat, though extra blankets were provided. No dining room; breakfast served on the patio, which was very cold in January. Unresolved water leak in the bathroom sink despite reporting it immediately. Had to remind staff for basic amenities like a hair dryer, toilet paper, and sufficient towels for four guests. Staff was unhelpful with check-out and damage deposit reimbursement, leaving it to be resolved with the bank.

The room was nice, but there were definitely some issues with this place. First off, the staff does not speak English. Opted for a hotel instead so we could get info from local staff, that obviously didn't happen. Area around hotel is loud, the windows are not fully sealed at the bottom. The hot water was very sparse. Some days there was none, other days there was a little. For the price we paid, we expected a better experience. Another note, and this is for safety, I understand, but every time you want to re-enter the hotel, you have to press an intercom. They inevitably ask questions, in spanish, that we could not understand, so it was the same annoying back and forth multiple times a day.

Fue una agradable estancia. Es una casona adaptada, en una zona bonita, la calle es tranquila. Queda cerca de muchos de los atractivos de Condesa. Recordar que al ser una casa, las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento de ruido interno, así que pueden escuchar a las personas que andan por ahí. Nice little place with great staff. Only issues were the lack of ventilation in the bathroom which made it smell musty at times and that we had to buzz in for entrance when we returned each time. Breakfast was excellent and filling, made to order - a highlight. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood, extremely safe. Lots of food, coffee options close by. Close enough to the more happening and busy areas. Recommend using the Ecobici bike rental system!

Esta falta de transparencia genera desconfianza y dista mucho de ser una práctica profesional. Lo peor fue la atención de la persona en recepción: actitud pedante, trato grosero, cero empatía, nula disposición para explicar y una evidente falta de vocación de servicio. Más que atender a un huésped, parecía estar haciendo un favor. Como empresa, hemos decidido no volver a hospedar a ninguno de nuestros colaboradores en este hotel y tampoco lo recomendaremos a clientes, empleados, directivos ni socios comerciales. I really enjoyed our stay at this little inn. We got our room cleaned daily and free water and breakfast. Located in La Condesa close to restaurants, shops and bars. It’s an older building with no ac or heat but comfortable for CDMX weather (we were never cold or hot). They have a safe for valuables and nice bathroom and plenty space wardrobe and closet for your items. It felt like staying at a friend’s home with lots of character and close to all the action of condesa and Roma Norte. I definitely would stay again!
