I love Knights Inn in Grants Pass. I stay here about 10-12 times a year on drives between Los Angeles and Seattle and back. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location too! Across the street is a grocery store, parking is easy - the price is right. In fact, I am on my way there right now! Plus, Si Casa Flores is not far! (Recommended to me by Knights Inn!)

This hotel is very clean, takes excellent care of customers and personal pride in everything from the big stuff to the small details. It’s a small hotel with only a few units. Not a lot of room for parking. Showers are small but room is spacious and extremely clean. All appliances work good. Hotel is quiet. I highly recommend this place and the price is definitely fair.

Renovated, extremely clean, exceptionally comfortable beds. AC was working great in the 96 degrees outside. Very spacious room. Large fridge. Very safe parking! Will absolutely stay again.

Clean, great price and excellent location, one block from downtown dining and shopping. The owner was great and takes pride in his property … even using a leaf blower in the parking lot. He was So accommodating when I called about a very late arrival due to flight delays. This is a basic motel with the usual amenities, but no breakfast, which isn’t a problem for me. There is coffee in the room. The owner even offered to help with my luggage upon departure. Will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were spotless and the unit I stayed in appeared newly renovated. The parking lot looked new and the outside of the building was free of debris. Overall, a very well kept property. Also, the wi-fi was excellent and fast. This was the last day of my trip where I stayed at VRBOs the whole way. I wasn't looking forward to a motel after a week in higher-priced rentals but this was on par with everywhere else I stayed that week. Clearly the owners take great pride in their business and do an excellent job of taking care of the facility.

The motel is an easy walk to a very charming part of town, which is a plus. It is value priced. One downside is that the HVAC is very noisy since it is a room installed appliance.

I had such a great feeling about this place when I checked in. The staff was so kind and helpful. They took the time to try to help us find places to go to tomorrow on our last day of our trip. I loved the room. It was very clean and up to date. The rooms inside looks much more modern than the building on the outside, so don’t be fooled by the exterior. Groceries and Starbucks across the road and near the interstate. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean. A/C worked great on the 97' days. Oversized refrigerator for food and beverage storage. Bed was comfortable as well. While this is an older property the owner's have done a wonderful job in updating and modernizing the room making it worth the stay. While there was some road noise from the streets but still overall quiet. I have definitely places this place on the great value and will return in the future. Oh, and the staff were all pleasant from check-in to checkout.

Older motel that’s been redone, the rooms are pretty nice. Very nice bed and everything in the room works well. Great location for restaurants or a drink, and the restaurants are really good. Safeway across the street. All the guests I saw looked like really nice folks. Third time here, I like it.

I really like the downtown location and its walkability. There's a Safeway right across the street. The rooms have a lot of amenities and pleasant to stay in. The staff were professional and courteous. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay here. The only negative is the train that goes by about a block or two away. It isn't a long train, but if you're not use to it, it can be a shock the first time because of its proximity to the motel. Everything else was fabulous.

Clean, great price and excellent location, one block from downtown dining and shopping. The owner was great and takes pride in his property … even using a leaf blower in the parking lot. He was So accommodating when I called about a very late arrival due to flight delays. This is a basic motel with the usual amenities, but no breakfast, which isn’t a problem for me. There is coffee in the room. The owner even offered to help with my luggage upon departure. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night and it was great. The owner/manger was so helpful and friendly. Gave us a great recommendation on a restaurant. The area surrounding the hotel is nice. Starbucks across the street. Lovely shops in the downtown area a 5minute walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Thank you

This property seems to have been remodeled recently, with updated hard surface floors, comfortable bed and linens, Keurig style coffee maker and multi use bathroom amenities. Good value for the price, conveniently located to a Safeway grocery, restaurants and gas station.

The website said there was free breakfast . There wasn't. Also nobody is around the property . I had to leave my key in the room because nobody was around and this was after 8am

This was excellent for overnight accommodation. The room we were in was newly updated and very clean. No breakfast available but Babe's Coffee shop down the street was nice.

At first, I thought, how cute. Shutters instead of curtains, laminated wood flooring, walk-in shower. But … my socks became black on the bottom; the mattress was so uncomfortably hard; and at midnight and 4 am train whistles startled me awake. I even had a rainfall sound machine going. It couldn’t muffle those train whistles!

Girl in charge was AWESOME. It was sweltering in the room. I can’t believe it took 6 hrs to finally cool down (granted, it was 100° outside, but it still should’ve cooled off). And it was a good air conditioner. Even the bricked wall in the bathroom was hot. Went to use the microwave, and there was a to go container with rotten food and bugs. She just forgot to check the microwave. She even came up with cleaner and cleaned the whole thing. Stains on the bed spread and on a few towels. The hand soap dispenser had soap. The one that said lotion had soap. In the shower had body soap, shampoo, conditioner. Yes on the body soap, maybe shampoo? Conditioner was soap. Not cool. Bed was comphy. Good shower. Won’t stay again. The garbage container was open and STUNK. I’m sure the heat didn’t help but the lid should’ve been shut.
