Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it.

Clean and safe hotel very well located in Sintra. Negative is no bar or real lobby area. Positive is nice outdoor area and a good breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit and berries.

Superb location in Sintra, quite basic but clean and the staff were helpful. One slight drawback was there was no parking and finding spaces in this town was nigh on impossible. Other than that I’d definitely recommend it.

Bon hôtel de passage à Sintra . Stationnement difficile à trouver si vous arrivez en voiture vraiment pas évident de se promener en voiture à sintra. Pour l’hôtel la chambre (3 personnes) était étonnamment grande .rideaux brisés. Déjeuner très varié qui était inclus .

it was a nice property but id say some things needed updating. the bathroom smelt weird maybe because of some sewage issues. but that aside the staff were wonderful and the area was fantastic about 15-20 mins to lisbon by car

Great experience at Sintra Bliss! Staff was super helpful from start to finish with everything from parking tips to luggage storage after we checked out. Excellent breakfast, clean room, fun area close to many famous attractions in Sintra. We would stay here again!

Our room was just adequate but the door to the outside was broken, vending machine was broken, they charged us for water. Breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful. Air conditioning worked but didn’t really need it. Room was clean but shower leaked everywhere & we saw mold above the shower… Building is old but refurbished

We've stayed at Sintra Bliss before. The girl working when we checked in was great and very helpful. Our room was neat but smelled like mold. There was a lot of mold in shower that needs to be bleached. A dehumidifier in the room would help. Breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Overall a good hotel.

Location is a definite pro. Breakfast is very good but understaffed. The hotel has a known wifi problem. The signal cannot reach the 2nd floor level. So pray you get a lower floor. Hotel is aware but refuses to upgrade the router.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay, but unfortunately we were given room 4 which was right next to the Reception desk and front door. We could hear everyone enter and exit the building and every casual conversation with the Receptionist, so presumably they could hear us talking as well. Bed was ok, but no tea tray with kettle/cups/tea and coffee as in the photos. We were given a kettle from the kitchen when we asked, with paper cups (!) and then that was swapped out for a coffee maker, but still paper cups. Convenient for the station and the breakfast was good, but would not book here again if we returned.

The room we had was very small for two people and two medium sized suitcases, but it was sufficient enough for the price. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is within walking distance to the train/bus station. We could walk into town, albeit up a ton of steps, buts that’s Portugal! The local buses that take you to the palaces stop close by outside of the hotel. We chose to use an uber/bolt which was inexpensive and a TukTuk ride on the way home. There is a very nice restaurant with great wine right across the street and many other nice restaurants in town.

This hotel was great. My family and I had a wonderful stay. They were accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff had great recommendations. Our only complaint would be that there was no internet in the rooms, and the technician only came on Mondays (we were there Wednesday-Saturday.) Since both my husband and I were working while there, it meant that we had to take turns working in the business area and being in the room while our toddler slept.

L'hôtel est tres bien placé et le personnel tres agréable. Par contre l'insonorisation laisse a desirer, j'ai entendu mon voisin ro fler comme un tracteur toute la nuit. Evitez les chambres 2 et 3, qui donnent sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner, vous vous reveillez avec des inconnus en train de manger derrière votre porte fenêtre.

The property was VERY NICE!!!! Our only minor issue, was that there was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was included, and the staff was very nice. My only issue, was that sounds pass from room to room very easily. We heard the TV, and even minor conversations in other rooms very easily. The price was great, and location was FANTASTIC!!!

This is a small hotel one block from the metro. We booked 2 nights, 2 rooms. Desk personnel was very helpful, he recommended an excellent, inexpensive restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was offered with our room, not many choices since most everything was gone, even though there was over an hour left to breakfast service. We had to go to kitchen area to ask for coffee. There were 2 girls working the kitchen, but they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. Rooms were very quiet, very comfortable and very clean.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful clerk who made our registration easy and quick. She offered asssitance in navigating the neighborhood to find a great restaurant as well as a place for lighter food and drinks to end the night. Our room was wonderful and accomodated all of our needs. Our morning started with a great breakfast and very attentive waitstaff. Later, while we explored the area, our bags were safely stored for us, and upon return to retrieve them the day and evening staff members were polite, and engaging as they bid us farewell to continue our journey. If you have the opportunity to stay at Sintra Hotel Bliss, do it and enjoy it!

The front desk staff were super helpful. We arrived early in the morning and of course wasn’t ready. They stored our luggage and we went out for a few hours. We returned around 12:30pm and the room was ready, plus our luggage was already inside the room! Breakfast staff were excellent and efficient. Food was plenty. We especially enjoyed the pastries! Must try their chocolate croissants.

The hotel is is near the vity hall. Great location. Everything's nearby but just far enough away that you aren't dodging the big tour groups. The blond woman at the desk was amazing. Very helpful. Would recommend to friends, and i would stay again

Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it.

Superb location in Sintra, quite basic but clean and the staff were helpful. One slight drawback was there was no parking and finding spaces in this town was nigh on impossible. Other than that I’d definitely recommend it.

That was perfect stay for me and wife. Staff are so nice and friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is gorgeous. The hotel made me Sintra love love love more and more. I will recommend this Hotel to anybody who wants to come Sintra.

Nice place to stay in Sintra, walking distance to the train station. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good, but you should go early as their is limited choice after 9:30, they don’t seem to replenish items. The front desk staff was very helpful, calling taxis and storing luggage as needed. It is a long, long walk up hill to any of the palaces from the hotel, I recommend a taxi for about 10 euro each way. I recommend the restaurant across the street, Incomum by Luis Santos, excellent food, reasonably priced for the quality 14-24 euros for most of the main courses, make a reservation, they are very busy. Nice not to have to walk up the hill for an over priced tourist dinner in Sintra old town. On hotels.com they list that laundry facilities are available, but you have to walk 10 minutes down the street to a laundry mat. FYI you can do a large load, was and dry for about 10 euro, soap is dispensed by the washing machine during the wash cycle, no need to purchase it.

Great experience at Sintra Bliss! Staff was super helpful from start to finish with everything from parking tips to luggage storage after we checked out. Excellent breakfast, clean room, fun area close to many famous attractions in Sintra. We would stay here again!

Great staff, good breakfast, nice room. Bathroom door stuck open and not fixed. Dead plant on terrace. Covering breakfast food would be better given lots of fruit flies around. Overall just a little bit more attention to detail and prompt maintenance would help this good hotel be excellent.

The front desk staff were super helpful. We arrived early in the morning and of course wasn’t ready. They stored our luggage and we went out for a few hours. We returned around 12:30pm and the room was ready, plus our luggage was already inside the room! Breakfast staff were excellent and efficient. Food was plenty. We especially enjoyed the pastries! Must try their chocolate croissants.

Very nice little place. Breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs, ham, pancakes, pastries, fruits, yogurts, but truly very good. The chocolate croissants were amazing, but people didn't grab them, which worked all right for me.
