This is an excellent property for any length of your stay in the area. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The property has all of the required amenities and the best part was the jacuzzi!

Room was very clean, and the property was very pretty. There are several hot tubs, a pool, and a restaurant on the property. Everything is very clean and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly. At night we sat outside the restaurant area, and since it was cold they turned on heaters. They have spa services, and the best part is that they go to your room for the services if you prefer that. There is a winery walking distance from the property. All communication is done through WhatsApp which makes communication easy. Very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be coming back!

Location is great. Is well kept. Jacuzzi was amazing and ready for use within minutes. Staff nice and friendly. Only thing is that there is a firepit usage fee.

Great time loved the property and the food at the restaurant was great . Jacuzzi’s were available even though we did not use it nice to have as an option. We also had to free drinks at the restaurant which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again .

The staff was able to address our issues immediately, but there was a lot of issues that needed to be dealt with. The house we were assigned to had multiple spider webs next to the entrance and we ended up having multiple large spiders all over our belongings. The bed sheet had stains and the towels had stains. The other room had mosquito issues. The road leading to the place is a dirt road that was somewhat leveled but it still would be best to rent a large car. The popular spots are nearby and within 15 mins, but you either take the dirt road or pothole covered street. Aesthetic was just like the photos. Everything closes around 8/9 pm.

Modest 3 star hotel with very courteous and attentive staff. Delivers a great first impression but then is a bit tired on a number of fronts: a number of fixtures in the bathroom are coming off the wall, towels don’t provide a thorough dry, beds are quite hard, bedrooms are sparsely furnished and feel half complete, soap dispensers look very natural and ecological but when you dispense some soap, it’s a surprising bright pink with old school floral/chemical scent that isn’t congruent with the packaging. Practical to spend a couple of nights as we did. Again, incredibly helpful and attentive staff, but for the price we will be exploring other locations in the area in the future.

Enjoyed our stay! It was very private and quiet. Beautiful sunsets! Heater worked great on a cold night. Water pressure is low, but that was expected due to water conservation efforts around the area. Pillows are my only complaint during the stay, they could be better.

Place is almost two hours from San Diego border. We stayed in one of the lower rooms facing the entrance, it had a great view. Room was really clean and bed super comfortable. The only complaint would the front sliding doors, shades completely covers the view and there was no tint on the windows to avoid people looking into the room, at sun down we would miss out on the scenery. There is a restaurant inside of the hotel, food was good (many options also around the hotel). We reserved the jacuzzi, it was ready with no problem. They work with an outside company that gives massages, these are done outdoors or on your room balcony. Hotel doors do close at 10:00 PM every night. Overall we had great stayed, highly recommended. Vineyards: recommend visiting Mina Penelope and El Cielo ( need reservations) Food: Corona del Valle and Salvia

Beautiful view, nice room, super clean, the staff is nice, if you need something should be via WhatsApp since most of the time nobody is in the reception, check in is only from 3-8, they have glasses and corkscrew for your bottle if needed. Our room was cleaned everyday. It has AC and heat. Like everything in Valle, the roads are rural. Some furniture looks a bit worn. I’d stay again there.

Great location, the property is a bit rough around the edges and in need of a few updates. For example, running hot water just quit, the drapes were not tethered to the wall properly and the ceiling fan was so loud we couldn’t use it.

Overall, the property was very pretty. I'm sure the pool would be lovely in the summer. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any requests. The rooms were sparse and cold. We required assistance to run the heat. Beds were ok but not super comfy.

The place is really nice and the rooms were very affordable. However, I had to wait there for 20 minutes at the front desk and nobody was there to check me in. I was not sure on what to do. Therefore it ended up calling the property number on Expedia and then finally someone answer and came down. They gave us a room as a VIP. It says you are supposed to get one free complementary drink, however when we got to the bar and we asked for the drink. They said only the mimosas were included and we do not feel like having a mimosa at 7 PM. Therefore we just had to pay for our own drink then we saw the hot tub and I asked if that was included in our price. They said that it was but we had to make a reservation. I asked how I could do that and they told me I had to send a message through WhatsApp and that I will be getting all the information through there. I never got any information about the hotel and when I sent a message trying to reserve the Jacuzzi, they took about 30 minutes to get back to me so by the time they got back to me I only have about 35 minutes left to use the hot tub, but the worst part was when we got into the shower. The showerhead did not work properly. Hardly any water came out and I a woman with long hair it took forever for me to rinse it and then of course we ran out of hot water so I had to take a cold shower that was not pleasant. I would have recorded that however when I checked out they do not bother to ask me how my stay had been.

This property was perfect from check in to check out. The restaurant on site had amazing food. The staff was very welcoming and professional. This location is a must for a romantic weekend. Edgar Hector Manuel and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and to share their recommendations on wineries. Definitely will stay here again!

I had a large group stay here for my birthday weekend and they went above and beyond to make it special. It was private, quiet and in a beautiful area. The rooms were perfect with amazing views. The staff were very attentive at all hours of the day. I will definitely be coming here again!

I was consern at first trying to get to the property. The location is deeper in driving on a dirt dark road but it's like this everywhere here. This hotel is situated in a convenience area, close enough to all the wineries. It is quiet, well manicure grounds.

Super cute boutique. Very calm and quiet. You do drive on dirt road for about 4-5 min to get to the hotel but a lot of wineries and hotels are like that in Valle de Guadalupe.

Calm, quiet, restful setting, but unexpectedly difficult to get to. There is a mile or so of off-road driving to get there. This should be advised to potential patrons. It is also very isolated and stores or restaurants near by are not easily accessible either.

This property was perfect from check in to check out. The restaurant on site had amazing food. The staff was very welcoming and professional. This location is a must for a romantic weekend. Edgar Hector Manuel and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and to share their recommendations on wineries. Definitely will stay here again!

The staff was able to address our issues immediately, but there was a lot of issues that needed to be dealt with. The house we were assigned to had multiple spider webs next to the entrance and we ended up having multiple large spiders all over our belongings. The bed sheet had stains and the towels had stains. The other room had mosquito issues. The road leading to the place is a dirt road that was somewhat leveled but it still would be best to rent a large car. The popular spots are nearby and within 15 mins, but you either take the dirt road or pothole covered street. Aesthetic was just like the photos. Everything closes around 8/9 pm.

El personal no está capacitado. El restaurante cierra antes de las 8:30 sábado y no cuentan con Room Service. El hotel es carísimo para lo que ofrece. Sin personalidad ni estilo propio. Sus habitaciones son sosas y con un baño bastante mediocre. Llegar es problemático. Salir lo es más. Se tardaron en conseguir un “taxi” más de una hora en fin de semana de puente. El servicio y comida en el desayuno es malo y lento. La atención vía WhatsApp es intermitente, fría y no resuelven. Terrible experiencia y muy por debajo de lo que ofrece Valle de Guadalupe.

There are several outdoor hot tubs that can be reserved by the hour, and they were always very clean and kept at a perfect temperature. The swimming pool is also a good size, making it great for a swim or simply relaxing in the sun. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, and everything we tried was very good. The staff is incredibly attentive and responds to requests almost immediately, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering the price, the value for money is outstanding, and I would definitely stay here again.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este hotel. El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas, con una vista espectacular al valle. Nos hicieron sentir muy bien recibidos desde el momento en que llegamos. La comida también fue excelente.
